  I then signed off CC and back in. Although I can sign to OK the screen of the app Apps CC is now a clock is going along, but nowhere - the Apps screen is actually empty.

  After a full reboot of my mac, the update then took place without a hitch, until I could try your ideas.

  I updated all my apps yesterday (Yes, it was stupid, my bad). I had a multitude of problems with the first, my main application.

  Today I see there are new updates for Ps and Ae, never a good sign two days after the launch, but what the hell, I'm in for a penny, in for a dollar.

  I click Refresh all.  I get the error listed above. He says: try again.  Yes.  Same mistake.   I restart and try again.  Same result.  My Ae plug-ins have disappeared and I'm on deadline. Grrrrrr.

  Any suggestions? What's new updates descriptions is evasive.  Why update two days after launch if it isn't serious? I was born on Sunday, but not last Sunday.

  I tried a few dozen multiple times with the same result.  I could go back and reinstall Ae CC2014 (but he leaves CC2015 on drive C). My plug-ins are in place, I'll deal with it later. I won't work with the software that they have implemented a version of the replacement of two days after its launch.  I'll avoid Ps for a day or two.

  I found a page of Adobe Web describing the error, maybe it's a traffic issue, but who knows. I guess I'm close to the server, one fine day, I can see the Adobe building from the Ridge behind my house.

  I will suggest to uninstall the Photoshop CC and completely clean the CC in Photoshop using creative cloud cleaning tool.

  Do yourself a favor and remove the application.  Mac do not need AV applications and at best, they will be not hard (but not good either) and at worst will corrupt your system / OSX's built in protection.  Your concerns are malicious software that requires the cooperation of the user to install, not the virus.

  The last 2 times I received an update for CS6 via my creative application of cloud, the update failed. I subscribe to the package of the photographer so I have a Photoshop & Lightroom CC 2015, functional and up to date, but I would like to get updated CS6 up-to-date as well. The only change since the last time the update worked, (and that's a big), I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. This upgrade was completed on 26 September and the November update was completed in early November. Someone has the same problem?

  I pay tithing Adobe CC but also keep a copy of the CS6 installed.

  I need to use the old 32-bit version of Photoshop at times.
