  After my last post, I did a little research and figured out how to import my favorites in IE8... so I uninstalled firefox again... but this time I had checked the "delete my personal Firefox and customizations" in the wizard, who did remove two addons (Ghosery and Ad Block Plus)... the relocation was different this time and the first time you start firefox He asked if I wanted to import my IE Favorites, which I did... I now added Ghosery and Ad Block... and if so far everything goes well... seems I got this back up and running.

  Today, I noticed a strange behaviour and I was wondering if it was normal.

  I have Active Notifications turned on, and turned Gmail and other services to notify me through the feature. Whenever I have an email or other notification waiting for me, Notifications Active lights several times to the top of the screen every 10 seconds or so to warn me, even when the appliance is not moved.

  Isn't this option only supposed to activate when you pull the phone out of your pocket, pick it up or move it slightly?

  Nope-

  If the phone is in place screen it at intervals will show the clock and new notifications you get. The only time that the screen will be turned off completely is when the phone is the screen up or down in a pocket / at an angle.

  You can set hours when it goes off: settings-> active notifications-> to sleep at night. The purpose of this is so you can look at the phone and get a snapshot of your info without having to press a button.

  I pressed @ each assortment of keys & combination of buttons & have not been able to restore a digital key function. What happened to 2 x before.   What it is connected to? Often, you need to reset a modem connected (that is, pull its power for 20 seconds) the modem to connect the new device. If the light is blinking orange error, you should be able to see what this indicates using the Airport on your Mac.

It restores the connection for a while but always says the same thing. «A network cable connected correctly isnot or can be broken and also problem with wireless adapter access point.» I live with 3 other people and we all use the same router and they have no problems.

I'll always see color (blue, black, green and purple) options in my second drop-down list and it seems fine, but then the third drop reference only the options and colors 'Ford '. (I don't have the code for the third menu list drop-down).

  I want the client to choose Chevy or Nissan and have her drop downs (based on the color they chose)-dependent, but I can't seem to make this work.

  Thanks for your reply, but I spent some time with support online yesterday which has managed to make me sort, I do not have a UPDATER AAM file, I could not delete the contents of the OOBE folder either, I had to rename the folder creative cloud. I was sent then the application manager - who was then updated to the new until I'm able to get apps. Long-term, but it worked. I tried the procedure you have above, just not all the steps worked for me. Thanks to the Member of the support staff who helped me, I have been literally pulling my hair out!

  Looks like you are trying to backup either iCloud or iTunes, but you have found an error on files being unavailable. Can reply you with the exact wording or a screenshot of the message you are getting?

  In the meantime, you can solve the problem with either of those two sections depending on whether or not it's iTunes or iCloud:

  If iCloud backup could not be completed or if you can not restore

  or

  If your iTunes backup could not be completed or you cannot restore from a backup
