  I'm trying to reinstall JUST Acrobat 9 Pro for CS4 Design Standard (OS 10.6.8) - DO NOT WANT TO reinstall other programs of the suite (they are very good and do not want to mess with them). When I insert the cd, the installation does not start automatically, so I double-click on the install icon. When I get to the part where I hit the install button, it says "Preparing installation...." "but everything is there forever and does nothing. Have tried several times without success. Please help :))

• Student/teacher of CS4 Design Standard-Mac version

  I bought a student/teacher version of standard for CS4 for Mac in 2009.  I loaded the trial version and when I purchased the software, I was sent a serial number to activate the software.  I recently had to reimage my computer and do not have a cd (I have never sent one) to reload the software.  I recorded my serial number of the software on the Adobe site.  When I contacted them on loading the software, they would not provide a link because he doesn't buy them.  I have a letter from the place, I bought what tells me to contact Adobe support.  Even when I contacted the seller about my purchase, the information they sent me check buying again once told me to contact Adobe support.  Where can I go to download CS4 Design Standard for Mac student/teacher version.   The ProDesignTools connects all the work for me.  I use IE 11 and, first, in the very important Instructions section I first Ctrl-click on him click here to visit this Page first link, which shows me a LR 5 download page and most importantly, sets the cookie for leave to Adobe, then without closing this tab, I Ctrl-click on the links of CS4 Design Standard and they all started a download , which I immediately canceled.

  I bought a copy of CS4 Design Standard a few years ago and still use it today. I update my 2009 MacBook to a MacBook Pro 2012 which is not a disk drive so I need a download of this edition. When you look at the list of downloads I don't see version CS4 Design Premium, no Design Standard version. Can someone point me in the right direction?

  If everything seems to work, leave it.  If you have a problem:

  Uninstall all cs4 programs and use the cleaning tool cleaner, use of the CC to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

  Uninstall flash player, Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

  Restart your computer.

  First install indesign.

  then install photoshop

  Then install acrobat and Illustrator

  Then, install the remaining programs of cs4.
