CHANGE OF COLOR IN THE SWATCH TOOL

I'm changing color in the swatch tool I can change the color of a space that I have chosen.  I can get the new color in the upper part of the square

(new) color picker window, but I can't get that same color in the column of the tool and change the color of each box.  I click and click with the eyedropper in one of the 2 square and all

I'm getting is gray, black or white.  I'm clicking on with the wrong tool?  Thank you

Sorry guys, I have some layers, the image/mode was pretty close and gave me a clue.  I went to change/convert to profile

and the destination space Adobe RGB.  I put it in the sRGB profile and he is back to normal, so I will try to give the correct answer to myself, but I certainly share with the other person Thank YOU

  • How to sample the color with the eyedropper tool and have it be the foreground color?

    How to sample the color with the eyedropper tool and have it be the foreground color?

    Use the keyboard shortcut to set the default foreground sample.

    The sample of foreground (top left in the screen shot) is visible and you just click on the color with the eyedropper tool to change.

    You can also use x to exchange the undertone in the foreground if you want to change that.

    There is no all.

    Illustrator and MS-Office share not all the graphics features of construction at the file level. There is no universal edit-ability between the two.

    .. which is the best export (eps, emf, or svg), then insert a vector file into PowerPoint?

    If your Illustrator illustration is vector of 100% and contains no live effects, complex gradients, blends, etc., the first thing to try is copy > paste special > enhanced metafile.

    Otherwise, SPE may work, or you can use the pixelation in PNG. Personally, I do not consider export raster format Illustrator to be a stable workflow method, so I'd be inclined to use Photoshop as an intermediate step: Illustrator > Save As PDF > open in Photoshop > save in PNG. Just my preference.

    The only way I know is to add a color to the color chart or use an existing one.

    as

    App.Selection [0]. Characters [0]. FillColor = document. Colors.Add ({colorValue: 255, 53 (160) and space: ColorSpace.RGB}) ;}

    Hello Uwe!

    After 03:00 by me 02:00 by you

    I tried the link and it download but I have cs5 cs6 and cc but not cs5.5 and all the scripts worked on them can due to the conversion of files.

    It seems therefore that the following summary is all is correct

    New documents contain some

    Color chart (black, registration, paper and none) the index order is the order in which shades appear in the swatches Panel

    And the colors in the order of the alphabetical index

    named colors without name last and then 'A', 'Z' first color.

    Color documents News-[1] will be a color without a name that can be duplicated to produce other colors without name, noting that duplication should be processes and not the tones.

    So far so good, (not for long)

    Unnamed colors are not read only so if we make a positive effort to remove, we can do that.

    while (app.activeDocument.colors[-1].name == "") app.activeDocument.colors[-1].remove()

    Now, we will not have any what swatches without a name to duplicate and will have to use the method of file text marked with John at number 3 above.

    If there is no shade no name and we try to replicate the colors [-1] and it's a color as 'Yellow', then it seems s indesign crash.

    In any case the method below should always work (for regular non-dyed colours etc.).

    // optimized for easy of use but not efficiency !!!

  • Change the text color with the eyedropper tool

    I've seen cc Photoshop tutorials where you can change the text color by using the eyedropper tool on the color swatch Panel. When the text is selected and the color swatch Panel is open. When I chose is which color I want out the color swatch Panel all them it does to change the foreground color and return to the soil box, why it changes the color of the text, as I have seen in tutorials?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Rchjr

    When highlighted often is difficult to tell what color the text. You can work around this by doing the above, pressing ctrl-H or cmd - H on the keyboard and the highlight will be removed, but the text remains selected. Its exactly the same procedure that you use to make the mobile dotted lines disappear just leaving an active selection. Obviously the text tool must be still in use for all this to work with text.

  • How can I change the color of the pen tool?

    Hello

    I struggle to see the grey line used by the pen tool when you create a path. Is anyway to change its color?

    If not what other things I can do everything by pulling the paths to make it easier to see the path line I draw?

    Thank you

    Maurizio

    It is said that keep Anti Alias guides and paths turned on in preferences > Performance > Advanced allows, but I have never noticed any difference anyway.   You use a display of very high resolution by chance?

    You will know that color the way movies between full black and white full according to the background color, but if you use a screen high resolution and the BG is just a few share points and on the other 50% gray, then that won't help much

  • How to change the color of the Swatch template easily

    I wonder how I can change the color of the black bands in an object like this:

    Screen Shot 2015-02-19 at 10.35.21 PM.png

    But also how to make the white stripes transparent if possible. Currently, the object is filled with a shade of colouring black and white that turns the same angle. Anyway I need to quickly and easily change the color of the letterbox by changing just the background/outline (and keep the white stripes, white or transparent).

    Thank you!

    Eric,

    How about this?

    (1) ClickDrag the shade outside to the artboard;

    (2) select a bit direct with each color to be changed, then select > same > fill color for all selected them, then change;

    (3) in the palette Swatch dialog box, click new swatch and name.

  • Color for the gradient tool selector

    Recently, I started using Adobe Illustrator and watched many tutorials for the basics of it (from Photoshop), but one thing I'm not too comfortable with is the tool gradient in Illustrator than Photoshop.

    I keep reading that the only way to adjust the colors must either use the colors in the color chart or color slider mini but is possible to choose the colors that you can in Photoshop? (Screenshot attached to show what I mean)

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Adobe Gradient.png

    When you have selected a point of gradient in the gradient colors Panel you can double-click the fill color icon in the tool palette to change color with the color picker.

    Not sure if that's what you're looking for.

  • by selecting the color with the Brush tool

    is it possible to choose the FOREGROUND COLOR while using the Brush tool?

    If I hold down the option key and click on the tool icon brush becomes the eyedropper icon, but click on produces only a COLOR of background.

    I know that the tool of the icon itself can choose fade in the foreground or background, but it seems that there is a way to choose the FOREGROUND COLOR while using the Brush tool.

    what Miss me?

    Thank you

    It is possible that you have the background color of active play sample in the color Panel. Go to the color Panel and click on the foreground swatch (to make it active) and see if that makes a difference.

  • Cannot change multiple colors for the life of me

    Hi there-

    I'm VERY new to photoshop and have tried to change just two colors in this stupid picture now for about five days. I know it is rudimentary, probably for most users.

    I have searched extensively online and experienced the replacement color and adaptation to "replace color" tool under the image.  I'll try to join the front and the picture after I was able to come up with.

    Essentially, I want to just replace the red and green to orange and black.  Orange I have is a very specific pantone (I have numbers, RGB and CMYK that I would use).  If possible, I would like to keep the shading... I think that's the biggest problem.  The colors are not uniform.

    Anyway, if it will take me a lot of time it's fine, I just don't know how to do and have all the edges and look to correct shading.  I can't find an online tutorial that shows even how to clean an image after you change its color to make it look professional.  I'm going nuts.  It is a job application and if you know how to do this and can help me - thank you!  Help!uranium_explosion1_original.jpguranium_explosion1_black and orange.jpg

    With a hue adjustment layer you can easily change the colors on this image while maintaining the shadows. I selected Greens on the menu drop down and move the brightness slider to the left.  Then, I selected the Reds and moved the Tint slider to get an orange tint.  Finally, I added a levels adjustment layer to increase the contrast.  I know, however, how to obtain the specific orange hue you want. I look forward to reading more specific solutions.
