  I think the problem is on the oracle forms.
  This is the case of the letters in the password as Andreas Weiden.
  the problem - I think - is that Oracle Forms Builder implicitly sends the connection (user name, Passwords and network service) for oracle forms DURATION at the top of case (capital letters) and your password contained lowercase letters while the password is - default - case sesitive in oracle database 11 g
  the solution - as I think - can be one of the following solutions:
  * You can retype the password every time that you run the form.
  * or you can change the password to uppercase.

  If you have forgotten your password, if you have another user who has administrative privileges account you can log in to that account and change the password of your account of origin of the user accounts applet in Control Panel. If you do not have another account like this set upwards or that you do not have the password which you will need to log on to the built-in Administrator account. In XP Home, start the computer in Mode safe. This, by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. This will put you in the right menu. Navigate using your arrow up; the mouse does not work here. Once in safe mode, you will see the normally hidden administrator account. The default password is white.

  In XP Pro, you don't need to go to Safe Mode. In the home screen, do Ctrl-Alt-Del twice to get the classic Windows logon box. Type in "Administrator" and the password that you assigned when you set up Windows.

  If you reset the password of the account administrator integrated into house or have Pro and don't remember the password, use NTpasswd to change the password of the built-in to a white administrator account.   It seems that the connector has changed since the last I used it about 4 years ago. You will need to create additional tasks and the logic to handle this. When password on the form AD process changes, you will have to also compare the password definition as well. And if they are different, then you will want to reset the password on the user form. When runs in your task to change the user password, it returns the same password to the form of the user of the AD, which then will not do anything because there will be a real change on the ground, which means that the update of password does not work. And then you also have your task to change the password on your other resources that will send the new password.

  The HARD drive password can be removed by using security help.

  Using the BIOS SETUP, tab of the HARD drive password section which should appear as follows:
  HARD drive password
  HARD = built-in HARD disk drive
  HARD drive password mode = USER only
  Registered = user password

  In the field "User password" tab and just enter the old password and then a new twice (once to check) as you normally would.
  If you don't want a password, simply press "enter" twice

  Did you run the command "change profile" AFTER the password has expired? In this case, it will not affect the password already expired, but made sure that won't happen again. You must reset the password in this case.

  However, it is not a good idea to change the DEFAULT profile. Instead, create a new profile as APP_UNLIMITED with appropriate limits and assign the user to the application.

  You have several options:

  First of all, you cannot create a user without password unless you have an id valid provided e-mail. At least provide a manager who has a valid e-mail id. In these cases, password is automatically generated and will be sent.

  1. the user event handlers. (Post processing event handler). This approach works for both manually created users and reconcile trusted users. It is more of a 11g and a recommended method.

• Form field: the user selects a single cell in a table?

  I have a table I'll turn it into a form where the user can select multiple cells. When the user is finished, it will present in the usual way.

  I want the user to be able to select multiple cells, and have sectionals outlined in red, by the small illustration that I've included here. I can't seem to find a way to do it, even if it is obviously very simple. Ideas? The table below is just a mock-up of what I want the form to look like after the user has selected the cells which are framed in red. Borders appear only when the user has clicked on it.

  If these cells will be interactive form fields, the user will not be able to select several fields at the same time. What is possible change the border color when the user clicks in a field while holding down a modifier (shift, Ctrl) key.   Hi Matthias,

  Password, you can protect the form in the designer of the LC. This means that a person opening the form in the designer of the LC will need the password, but users opening the form in Acrobat will not have the password.

  

  Check the permissions (green) password. If you check the (red) from the top, then the user with Acrobat/Reader will also require the password.

  This goes someway to protect the form, but it is not completely safe. Someone with a little know-how and tools can potentially ignore this.

  With the second option, the user always sees the PDF and buttons can show/hide sections. However what is back is just the data in XML format. You must then re-import this XML data in the form to see.

  Just a point in what concerns the script. It seems that you have an object or a subform called "hidden". I wouldn't recommend this as 'hidden' can be a reserved word and Acrobat can get confused. Something like "hiddenSF" or similar is preferred. So if you use the first option (which is preferable), all objects could be attributed to a normal/name of the object binding > binding tab and you have script before the submission script:
