  Here's something that I put in place quickly based on the suggestion to use the interpolation. You could expand on that to increase the size of the image based on a percentage of the width and height or set the aspect ratio.

  VI was just one example which opened with a connection dialog box empty. In this example, after you set up the connection with the dialog and rejected, the dialog box returns the resulting connection object that was used to open a connection. If you want to preload a connection object and then you must do this before and pass it to the PromptEdit method. For example, see image attached.

  A .udl file is just a text file, so you can just read the connection string using the standard file i/o functions in LabVIEW and then réécrirait again once the dialog box is dismissed.

  I tried to integrate this code and it works very well with a parallel sequence in the example.  Specifically, look at my implementation of 'DisplayExecution event Callback.vi.  I hope that this solves your problem.

  You must have the file is closed to rename it to. So you should have the file open, get the name of the first layer, close the file, then rename it. This script works with Win. With a Mac, it could well change the alias.

  Hoping you can help me with a question.

  I need to change the names of the members of alias in my default alias table. I was able to do by running an excerpt from plan (thanks metro OLAP), change the Alias names, then by using a rules file to load the changes again. Since I found an alternative that seems much more straight forward which is simply to export the Alias by using outline-> export a Table Aliasfile, make the changes to the .alt file and then using contour-> Table of Alias to import to load in the updated Alias names the. I just wanted to check if this alternative (and easier) approach is correct?

  I saved the outline on my desk, if I live, how I can better restore the outline?

  It depends on the properties of Dimension Build.

  There are two options, called "Delete not specified" and "merge". You must be very careful. I always prefer to use Merge on the incremental updates that will only update the new changes / add new members. It does not remove members if you are using "merge". But, if you use 'Delete not specified', it will keep only the members in the file and removes the rest.

• How can I keep my Reverb to reset to 0 when I change the instruments?

  I use the latest version of Logic Pro X (10.2.1), and whenever I change a new instrument, all my reverb settings are gone.

  For example I have strings that my instrument, and if I select the next instrument like 'Studio Strings', my reverb setting disappears. I have to keep resetting reverberation whenever I take a new instrument. Is there a way to backup the configuration of the reverb, so that it remains the same, regardless of what instrument I play?

  Apple supports fails in this regard.  I have an alias name called < wrong_email_address.icloud > and I can't change it to my current e-mail address.  Apple, you must obtain the Department of good software and either a solution or change this feature.  This is ridiculous.

It's pretty easy for me to do locally on my machine, but much more difficult for me to spec for an off-site CM.

  Are you talking about the FTDI driver? I know that they allow these changes through registry settings. Thus the approach would probably be to have a small registry script that updates the parameter of function. Most likely, this will have to be run with elevated privileges, as these parameters resident generally in the HKLM or HKCR rather than the HKCU one hive.

  Yes, thanks. Another regional setting of RTE would replace the one we provide in our Installer and then the user would have the menu in its language. Very well!

  This question should be addressed to the manufacturer of the device. From your previous posts, I guess you use GPIB or serial. If the unit has received the order, the manufacturer should be able to tell if no indicators on the device to update when the order is received. Based on my experience, however, the device indicators will most likely update on receipt of an order successfully.

  Is it possible to change the command line parameters passed to a VI WITHOUT having to restart LabVIEW?  Maybe I'm used to how it works just about any other development environment, but to have to do is quite frustrating.

  Unfortunately, you'll have to close LabVIEW to pass parameters in a VI of the command prompt. You can build your VI in an executable file, and then pass parameters from the command prompt.  Because the program is its own executable file, it is not dependent on wheter LabVIEW is open.
