  I solved this problem using MessageService to retrieve the attachments() which gives me FileAttachment instead, and the FileAttachment fullPath() gives the correct path for my image.

  At this point, you will need to reach out for support via chat/case the direct e-mail only account for changes of recovery can be done on your end.  The original reasoning for it's for security reasons that you can get more insight in the thread below.

  Robert,

  A user can select this in their Contributor Settings page, accessed via the my account link. I don't know if there is however a global setting.

  All our notifications are sent in HTML format, unless the user changes. But I think we did this setting in the default user profile.
