  I think you have two options when you are working on a landing page with an embedded format:

  • You can change the background color of the entire form field set by selecting the shape, and then clicking on the Toolbox. In the window that opens go to the second (on a paint brush icon) and select the background color you want.
  • You can change the background color of the actual fields in the form by adding CSS styles. Select the Toolbox, go to the last tab (Tools Extract page) and in the middle of this window, you will see "head | CSS | JS"- select this average CSS tab and enter the style code to get the color you want.   I have to say that a large part of the problem is due to the agency providing the form. It of a little silly to provide a PDF of a form and makes it not to fill, especially since it's possible since Acrobat/Reader 3. This particular form would be easy to implement with fields.

  This script could help show how to get the type of field.  I'm reasonably show that he originally site of Stefan Cameron, http://forms.stefcameron.com/, but can not find it now.  Basically if you have a 'field' then ui.oneOfChild.className will give you the type of field.

  So in my document, I load all the text fields roughly the same name than just with slight variations in their name.

  For example:

  The way this works is that each individual text box represents a parameter for a single element, so in this case there are 4 products.

  Is the way in which these parameters are selected, the user presses a button that generates a copy of a template page.

  On this page are a group of checkboxes, buttons and drop-down lists, these particular text fields display the value of a drop-down list.

  This is so that when the user has finished with the generated page, it can be removed and all the information is stored on the main page for later in the process.

  Because of how the elements of work means that fields can either displays a 'None selected' or option selected, BUT they cannot stand by the option that was selected.

  For example;

  FldTxt "none".

  FldTxt1 "selected Option2.

  P1. TemplateName.FldTxt "selected Option2.

  P1. TemplateName.FldTxt 'None Selected '.

  I think it's possible.  You can issue a setText at any time update the field.  The trick is to get and then the interpretation of characters.

  You can have both share the same database column, the process of the APEX DML does not know how to consolidate.

  You will need to add a calculation and determine the real value based on two fields, up to an only one mapped to db.

  I can't with that make up a form in InDesign for export in an interactive form in Acrobat. A couple of fields, the text is formatted as myriad as I want. On the rest, it is formatted to Minion and I can't seem to find anywhere to change this. I tried to do a "paragraph style" a character style, formatting a text box and nothing seems to work. Even tried to copy both entitled and their use for the other boxes, but it does not work. They returned to Minion.

  Don't know how you ended up with a different formatting, but in all cases, you can only control the choice/the font size in Acrobat, once your form exported in InDesign.

  You have it backwards. Use this code as your radio buttons script two MouseUp and remove the code that you have applied to the text field:
