change the text but keep put in shape when using actions.

I want to put a text that changes its value at different intervals in my project.

To do this, I have inserted for each trigger and triggers, I inserted an action such as: sym. $("objet 1").html("2");

Although the text changes its value, the formatting isn't.

I would like to keep it white 30px Arial, but when the value is changed as a result of the action, it reverts to a few small black arial text size.

Any ideas on how to keep the formatting of the text?

Hi Nathan,

Use the text tool, I manage to reproduce your problem. Here is my demo file: classFontsTriggers.zip - Box

    Hello Damien,.

    If you talk about form fields in the Widget, then Yes, you can change them by going to the tab manage and click Edit opposite the name of the Widget under the Widgets section.

  • set_item_property changing the text, but how to return the original value

    Hi all
    I use Oracle Forms Builder 10 gr 2 / I have the following problem: in a button I trigger when it is pressed. And then I change a few elements prompt text. But my problem is how to return the original prompt text. A kind of refresh or clear?

    Here is a piece of code that modifies the prompt text:
    set_item_property('XXBG_CE_STATEMENT_LINES_NEW.AGENT_NO', PROMPT_TEXT, get_item_property('XXBG_CE_STATEMENT_LINES_NEW.AGENT_NO', prompt_text) || '*');
    Thanks in advance,
    Bahchevanov.

    This is not tested, but it's something like this:

    declare
       v_item  varchar2(200);
    begin
       v_item := get_block_property('block',first_item);
       loop
          exit when v_item = 'block.'||null;
          set_item_property(...);
          v_item := 'block.'||get_item_property(v_item,nextitem );
       end loop;
    end;

  • Need to change the text in the pdf file created in Illustrator CS6

    I need someone else to be able to change the text in a pdf file I created from Illustrator. They have full acrobat should be able to change it. I tried myself to test before you send it, but it does not work. The original file has been created in Illustrator CS6 and saved in pdf format (text not created contours). I opened the file in acrobat and try it saved as file extended to be able to change the text but not luck. You will be able to highlight the existing text and replace it. I tried to change the text of the tool, but rather only a selection box around each line of text, it puts a selection box around the text. I can highlight the text and delete it, but I am unable to change it. Each individual text line should be editable. Is there something I need to do differently in Illustrator so it can work correctly in Acrobat?

    If she help him file is a calendar and they need be able to change the dates and events that are already there.

    This really isn't an appropriate use of Acrobat. You should all use the same editing tool (i.e. Illustrator).

    Extension of files reduced the amount of editing Acrobat can do, it does not increase it.

    The editing of text in Illustrator tool would be to edit the text Document. There is no guarantee that it will divide nicely in lines, it is trying to help by making the text of paragraph.

    In theory, you can use a form for this (fill in the blank for dates) but really, you should use the same tool. Not necessarily Illustrator, more Excel or specialist software calendar.

  • How to change the text in illustrator

    I am pretty competent with Photoshop and muse, but only to learn illustrator, I'm fighting. I have a Logo and I want to change the text, but cannot me. It does not show in the art Board, writing will show a compound path, not as text characters. All thoughts

    You must create a new text object. Your text has been converted to paths.

  • I have dl'ed pic of Shutterstock Vector but can not change the text.

    I remember I have open upwards or something like that last year, but I forgot how much exactly.

    Anyone know how you can change the text in a vector image in Photoshop? When I open it, it's an entire layer. Cannot modify the text that was on the peak.

    You would have to edit it in Adobe Illustrator, and from there, you can delete the text. Double-click on the image to select the specific area (using the isolation mode) and then delete.

    try to change the text in a saved file, but it will not allow isolate me the text, place the cursor in the text box or simply go back to remove.

    Hello

    in what format save you your file? If it's a jpg file, then the text is compressed and unfortunately PS is telling things as they are. Even if you could change the text before you save, after having been saved in jpg format, the text is merged and is no longer editable.

    A good solution is to save the files as PSD files, photoshop files. In this case, all layers are saved uncompressed and so your text will appear in its own layer in photoshop. All you need to do in this case to change it is the result of a three-step procedure

    (1) select the right layer

    (2) take the text tool in the tools bar

    (3) mark and change your text

    So the crucial question is: in what format you save your file?

  • Can I copy the text but not change (it is not secure)

    Hello

    I am a user of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. I want to change the text in a document that does not allow me to do it, but, on the other hand, allows me to copy. First of all, I had a document in which each page was a picture. Second, I used the text recognition tool. After the process is complete, I could copy words, but not to change them. When you select the function Edit text & Images, the program detects again an image pages, I can't underline words.

    Thank you very much.

    Edit: The text font is New Times Roman, which is already one of the available fonts when editing a text (I checked it by editing the other document).

    Also exactly what OCR settings did you use? It is important because some parameters leave the original picture and add text hidden. Changing hidden text does not change the image.

  • My client needs to change the text that appears on every page of his site, but in the edition browser is not make changes to the master page text. Is there a way for him to do? A special widget or something?

    He wants a place on the header of every page of his Web site where he can post his latest information in real time every day. If he had his way, it would look like a strip of tickets transiting via the header of each page. I was going to include it in the design of the master page header, so all that he would have to do is update the copy on the master and it would update the header of each page. But in the Assembly browser does not work on master pages.

    Is there a way to do this? Even if it's an a widget that has been done by another Member of the community of Muse?

    Thank you.

    By BC you can change the template or page that would change the display, but if the new site is updated to Muse then he would cancel the change.

    Thank you

  • How to change the text in a form published in LCD / Acrobat 9?

    I have therefore some minor changes to a form that was created in LCD 9 and Acrobat 9 Pro.  Apparently, this seemingly simple task is now impossible with the newer versions.  When I try to edit in Acrobat XI I get the message "this form cannot be changed in Acrobat" but I have no way to change the text on LCD.

    Users of release forms 9 really blocked?

    Yes, it looks like you used to be able to directly edit the pdf 'work' base layer in a LCD pdf.

    The painful solution was to:

    (1) copy the shape of the LCD for a background version

    (2) select and delete ALL the objects in the LCD screen of the form of the background

    (3) use print-to-pdf to create a non - LCD of the shape of the background version

    (4) clean form pdf print background objects,

    (5) use Acrobat XI to edit the text

    (6) open the original form in LCD and then edit-> work replace to replace the background pdf with the updated release of step 5

    (7) maintain the layer background for the changes to come

    This is quite annoying, because with the old version was the only step:

    (1) open the pdf in Acrobat and edit text

    In any case, thanks for the info. I'm not sure what was the logic behind this downgrade XI, but it was enough of a very negative experience that I'll do everything I can to avoid pdf for Adobe products in the future.

  • Change the text aline of the part of the label of af: inputText

    Hello

    I want to change the text aline of the part of the label component af:inputText to "right". So I put the

    AF | inputText::label
    {
    text-align: right;
    }

    inside my css file, but it does not work. If I put

    AF | inputText:disabled:label
    {
    text-align: right;
    }

    It works for disabled inputText components, but I want to "text-align: right" to apply to all of the components of af: inputText. You have an idea?

    Thank you
    Will do

    Do, please always tell us your version jdev as the solution may depend on it!

    Depending on where you put the inputText you nee on the skin for example

    af¦panelFormLayout::label-cell{
        text-align: left;
    }

  • Change the text with AS3 makes the invisible text

    Hi all

    Even for a total n00b like me, this is awkward: I can't even change a text on the stage with as3.

    I place a text on my stage, assign the dynamics, incorporate the police and give it an instance name. When I change the text, he evacuated the scene or if it remains invisible, I don't know.

    I thought it would be as simple as this: myText.text = "new text";   but apparently I am doing something wrong. When I put a trace (myText.text);  before and after, I see the old and the new text in the output window. Then he changes correctly, but why he disappears it? Also tried in a new white project, to ensure that it was not something somewhere.

    I'm totally distraught...

    BTW I use Flash CS5.5 on Win7

    do not enter text in the ide.  Use actionscript to assign the original text of your textfield and also change.

  • How to change the text after the script to the Calendar Wizard creates a calendar

    I mainly work with Photoshop, so I am new to the world of InDesign.  I put my options for the Calendar Wizard script, it goes through the motions, making the calendar and then shows my finished product.  The problem is that it lists the year alongside each month: may 2012 June 2012, etc, and I need to remove '2012' of each of them.  I know that the font styles updates the entire calendar when they are applied, so I hope that it works in a similar way.  I guess it is a very simple task if you are familiar with the program, haha!

    Thanks in advance for any help!

    It sounds more like you ask how to delete 2012 of several pages, and not how to change the script to not put 2012 in all first. If I'm wrong about this, you may want to ask on the Forum script.

    An easy way to remove 2012 is to use find/replace. If you are looking for 2012 and do not fill the field exchange, she will replace 2012 with nothing. In the Find/Replace window, there is a field that will allow you to search for the location of the cursor to the end of the current history, the history, the stories in the document or all open documents. If you set it to the Document, you can use the search button to find the first instance, and if you want to remove it, you can hit replace them, replace/find (what will change and find the next instance), or change everything. I would replace/find, in case you have 2012 on another part of the calendar that you want to keep. You can also have it search the text only when it has a particular paragraph or a character style and put in place the same or a different paragraph or character style. To do this, click in the boxes of Format change or find. To clear out them, hit the small icon of the Recycle Bin next to the field.
