  I work in a technical-sales environment that is to use a good many PowerPoint presentations with sheets embedded and spreadsheets. Several members of the team tried to save their presentations as a PDF, but doing so disabled icons they would click to access the embedded documents.

  As far as I know the only way to access files embedded in a PDF document is to attach to the PDF itself after registration and all hyperlinks can be retained, active icons cannot. I wanted to check if this is correct or if there is another solution I've not been able to find online that I can share with them to save a few extra steps in their projects.

  I went ahead and got on the chat to see and according to them, you must set the attachment via the PDF links. So I guess that means that we do, which is going back in and put new attachments on the icons of the disabled, is really the only way to do it right now. If someone else comes across this post and understands what I'm doing and knows a way that did not include the Help Center, feel free to post.

  The only thing that I know that you can create an InDesign and indicate whether or not it prints in the PDF file is a button. That would certainly NOT work with character styles.

  No need of. Create a file association.
   
  1. download and save the attachment to the office.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select: The PDF reader, you use.
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.
   
  This should allow you to open these attachments directly from email address now.

  Hello! Please if someone could help with my bug. I use InDesign CS 5.5 now, but the same thing also happens when I try to save a Word document as a PDF (MS Word 2010).

  PNG should work fine (even if it is not designed as a print size). If is not the image in question format (thought jpeg does not support transparency in the image itself), jut the fact that there is a form any transparency on the page.

  How to disable JPEG in ACR go to EDITION-online-online Camera Raw preferences and switch to 'Disable the JPEG Support' down in the processing of JPEG and TIFF.

  It seems that you apply the color ProPhoto by ACR.

  So that the result can have two reasons: either the JPEG format was saved without a label (converted to ProPhoto but without embedded color space) or it was marked and recorded with an embedded profile, but other applications are non - or wrong colormanaged. Both will result in a desaturated image as it appears on the right side:

  Also the # in the name of the image (image 3) shows that your color (the workspace settings) to the PS settings are different from the color space of the image.

  Either apply sRGB when you go through ACR or disable the JPEG open with ACR feature as described above, which should preserve the original color space.

  When browsing through my file manager to search for files, I used to be able to see an overview of all of the PDF files I had saved.
  I can still see the 'old' created previously, but my latest files show just a black square with Adobe "A" in the lower right corner or sometimes an Adobe large 'A' on a white field with 'PDF' at the top left.
  Seeing a thumbnail allows to find your file according to me, anyone know why I don't get them more or how to get back them. (Save a thumbnail option is checked for normal word documents, but not visible upon registration of PDF.

Is check the led Converter PDF version are the same, check the config of esa more PDF are there are lo mismo, not so to me falta alguna u otra libreria cosa.

  Soporte Técnico Francisco me aconsejo revisar if could print text, lo cual solo me thought buena idea, pero no antes una sistema vidéoconférence revised eso y no estaba el archivo Québec el vi image, add the image to the report needs, copy of the image, request a print pero me mando otro error 'margins are invalid in Print Report.vi. , entonces cambie los márgenes y ago mando a print in PDF, not think q are los márgenes porq Patrick of papel TR well imprimia, pero creo q more PDF tiene otros Street márgenes y por eso no worked, if me I help mucho poner los indicators of error.

  I can't generate a PDF file, but if the form call the report in "BITMAP" mode and the character not without archive.prt, i ' ts generates a PostScript in UNIX.

  Later, I turn the Ps to PDF with ghostscript PS2PDF.
