• Cannot sign out of Mozilla Support

  When you try to log out of Mozilla support in accessing my profile by clicking on 'Sign Out', I go to a white screen that has a URL of https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/logout and empty screen stays there forever.

  I am told it is not good and that I should 'Sign Out', I recycled Firefox and rebooted several times, no result. Any suggestions or do we not have a bug?

  Unfortunately, I don't have the problem this morning and cannot specifically attribute all the actions on my part to the resolution of this problem. The day of my statement, it was a solid bug which persisted restart Firefox and restart of Windows 7. I know that I have 'clear all' in Firefox later so the suggestion of deleting cookies could have done the trick.

  My apologies to all, but at least I have a plan if it reappears in the future (that is to say, clear cookies and see if the problem has been resolved). Thanks for the suggestion!

• Microsoft XPS Document Writer print to file box is disabled & I am UN able to check it out!

  When I go to print a page from an online program I'll click on print, then opens the print/printer selection screen & I select Microsoft XPS Document Writer.  However, the print to file box is disabled & I am UN able to check it out!
  Until a few days ago it was not a problem and I saved MUCH print files, but became a problem!
  I did a restore of the system in a few weeks, well before that it started and the restoration doesn't change anything!

  My latest lamp died with a JVM. I just replaced today and I want to retrieve my downloaded applications. After I restored the device of BlackBerry Desktop, any of my downloaded apps are there. I have a brand new 9860, together running 7.1.  I run the App World. He told me to upgrade. When I followed the upgrades of the screen, I get an error message: notice: sorry your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support the BB App World. I have a brand new phone has so first question... I can update App World on Wi - FI. or should I do my first phone company data Plan? I've been running my old phone without data plan but enjoying use BBM and cell phone. Not happy.

  I have persistent problems, trying to get DreamweaverCC2015 check at the check-out to work with my team. When I called Abobe support they said they no longer support this feature of Dreamweaver? Is this true?

Now, when I open an e-mail the dialogue box opens, closes and opens a second time in a blink of an eye.  How do I find out what it is and get rid of it.  My anti virus does not pick up a problem.

  Send an email to your friend teling them someone abusing their email address. Ask them to use a signature in their emails, so you can easily tell that it is authentic.

  Only the author of this diagnostic test will have an idea what it is say you.

  You have apparently already run MalwareBytes Anti-Malware for Mac, so we can expect probably any form of Adware.

  That being said, rather than assuming that you have been infected by software malicious than Adware (which is extremely rare nowadays), why don't you start by simply describing what problems observe you.   I keep getting phone calls from a company called support essential Microsoft technical support request. I paid for support over two years with a company, but I don't think it's the same company. In any case, the calling company says that they are part of Microsoft and they can update my security settings to keep hackers out of my network and keep someone who they say hacked into my network and sending offensive spam. It's for real? I live in the country and have no neighbors. How a person to hack my network? I have literally no neighbors within 2 miles.

• Volume icon disappeared from my system tray, and the option is grayed out (don't let me check it out) in the taskbar and start menu properties screen /Notification

  If one of the system icons is out, you can reactivate the as follows:

  Right-click on the taskbar and select Properties. This will bring up the tab "properties of menu taskbar and start. It's where you mentioned, it is gray. It is very well...  From there, you can click on Customize button in the icon section. Look for the icon that you are missing, and check the status. The type of report should read "Hide icon and notifications", change that to "Show icon and notifications".

  If this does not resolve the issue most likely you have a problem with group policy on your machine. This can be corrected by following the instructions on the following link:

• Get the installation out of warranty support?
