  You must place it on the first tab called definition rule.  This error looks like a you get if you tried to paste this in one of the rule as warning/criticism/Fatal conditions.  You should not change those at all, just the definition of the rule-> scope rule

  The first thing I would check is your photos storage configuration. You have deselected optimized storage. Tap Settings > iCloud > pictures or settings > Photos & camera, then select a storage parameter.

  Flash does not work on some web sites. I never had a problem before with flash on FF in the nearly 15 years that I've used FF.   If the user grants permission for a site to exceed the quota of 50 MB IndexedDB, then as much as I know Firefox is no limit more. The only limits on the size of the IndexedDB database will be the disk space of the user and operating system.

  The quota of localStorage is 5000KB and there is no way for a web site asking the browser for permission to store more than that amount in localStorage.

  Keep several copies on separate drives offsite. There is no solution "fail safe." You can mitigate or reduce the impact knowing that drives die, buildings burn, data gets corrupted/stolen or lost. Knowing that on the records of time bad go migrate your data to new disks on a rotation schedule.
