  I checked online and blogs and forums suggest to check the use of the downloadable access list, but they are not used in the switch. As mentioned, all Cisco IP phones works perfectly, except this one. I have already removed the Active Directory object and created a new object from scratch, but the same result. I also tried another port in the switch, yet an authorization failure.

  Currently, I don't know where to look further, then maybe some of you can help me!

  Thanks for the update of René. I have suggested for deactivation and reactivation of the dot1x in the world to see where it got stuck somewhere. However, it seems the thought is not okay. Would appreciate if you mark it resolved so that someone else can take advantages out of it.

  I would say that the main goal is the ability to offload the encryption to a dedicated service module. Dedicated encryption protects performance when CPU utilization for other services.

  I did a lot of research, and I came to the conclusion that my BB is stuck in reset mode. Actually have a question and I also just want some reassurance.

  So first of all, my BB started resets itself automatically, as he has done before, (turns off and restarts, usually in a few minutes, I'm good to go).  Well this time that he did not return to a usable state.

  What he does; The Red led lights up for about 3 seconds, then turns off. Then, I get a white screen with a small clock top for a few seconds.  It's all just that, again and again.

  I removed the battery,... has not fixed the problem.

  I tried holding alt, cap key (also #) and delete. .. do not solve the problem.

  So, I just want to know if a 'clean Reload' is the correct step.

  Second, here's the question I have at & t service. The BB I use is tmobile. So I was wondering, since I will be clean/clear the phone, download software device from at & t instead of the Tmobile device software.

  All the notes I've read say to contact your service provider, or visit their site to download the software for the device of BB.

  Any help will be appreciated. Also, I would like to know if I need to provide more information about my phone.

  Once the camera has a white screen and the "507" error you can load the new OS.  It makes no difference what carrier download you operating system.  It is best to download the latest version of the device regardless of the carrier he published.  Here is a link to the most recent instructions including how to reload.

  Friend of mine had to send in his Z30 for service.  It has been unlocked when he went.

  It was not really problem because he ended up loving her ready and set aside the z30.

  I came along as my z30 (purchased directly from blackberry) eventually get damaged by a poor sim card adapter.

  I want to start using the z30.  I have try 3 unlocking services, the 3 most popular and renowned more... None of them can unlock this z30!

  I'm stuck. need help.  It's a bit of a unique situation... He has been dead ends.

  I'm getting a strange behavior with a Catalyst switch and 802. 1 x. I use multi-auth, with a PC and phone Cisco patched in. The two devices to authenticate correctly, but only the PC is allowed depending on the switch logs.

  We have a LAB with Cisco ISE, certificates and list DACL. Everything works fine with the 1.1.1 version but now we want to use the functionality of CMS - SGT instead of the ACL and we found that we need seed for this device and the only device that takes in charge the Nexus 7000 is. Is this true? What is the only way that we can use LMS - SGT? Are there plans that any other device will be used to seed device?

  To be able to accomplish this together the local drive to 'any Configuration' policy this way UCSM won't overwrite the current raid on the server configuration.

  Just got an i phone, plugged into the laptop and windows recognized, downloaded tunes and cloud services, i ran the update and installed it on the correct phone but I optimizes freezes and cloud to say that windows is not compatible with windows 7 64 bit PC is plugged and not wireless then is the problem URL not entered into the phone again, got a few apps downloaded to the phone, but not all, went on apples website and is a lot of people complain that phones it will not work after you install the latest update.

  Server ISP (telus) will not help, even if I bought the phone from them, they tell me I have to call apple to the United States for help, I'm paying long distance of the Canada. Not used for cell phones it's only my second, getting e-mail ok.

  can anyone suggest what to do to solve the problem, the cost of phone $649.00, expensive for something that I can't go to work as it should.

• Download / install the OS 5.0 for 9630 phone without service test

  I am owner of a storm and I REALLY need a test for non-touchscreen phone so I bought a Tour 9630 opportunity off of eBay.  I need OS 5.0 and when I go to upgrade the OS using Desktop Manager, it says that I need an active subscription BlackBerry.

  Anyone know how I can get the 5.0 OS loaded, so I can test my program?

  I know that this is not a question of Java, but I wasn't sure of where to go.

  It is not that hard, being a developer I have no post details because I thought sorta you would know what I meant.

  When you install an operating system on your PC, you create a folder on your PC:

  C:\Program Files\Fichiers Research In Motion\Shared\LoaderFiles\ * your OS file *.

   
  

  Thus, the BONE folder is named with the version of the OS, as "8900 - v4.6.1.310_P4.2.0.127.

  In this case two files, a nameed "GPRS", and the other will be called "JAVA".

  What you would do is install the two 4.6, your operating system and OS 5.0. Now copy all the contents of the folder 5.0 on the contents of the file 4.6. Then, follow the same old instructions:

  • Go to c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
  • Plug in BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

• SCCP Protocol not available for all cisco phones?

  All our phones are currently using SCCP and using Call Manager.   My company bought a few 8841 s and 7841 s, but I see only the protocols SIP for them on 10.5.1.10000 - 7 of the call manager.  I'll make an assumbtion here that I would need to add a default value for the device with CSPC as Protocol.  After you download a SCCP file for this model.  These phones do not provide a file to download to the SCCP Protocol.   Any help on how to set up a type of phone SCCP for these models?  Or it wouldn't hurt anything to run on the SIP protocol?

• ASA 5505 Cisco 7940 phone and laptop behind it

  The only problem I'm having is that when I try to use the internet port on the back of the Cisco phone, there is discount on an IP address for the Vlan voice (172.30) and not the VLan data (172.31).  Therefore, a laptop that I plug into the internet port cannot get out to the internet.  I need the laptop to get an IP address that is on the Vlan data if possible.  Thanks in advance for any help.   Here's a copy of my config.

  Peter,

  So unlike switches the ASA does not support CDP.  As a result, there may be no communication between the ASA and the phone to distinguish the vlan data against the vlan voice.  Thus, the phone will use the vlan native to get an ip address and register.  That's what you have already configured on eth 0/7.

  When you connect a computer to the pc to the phone port, it will use the vlan native and thus be put in vlan 3 (vlan native) on port 0/7 eth.  It is expected that it will get an IP out of this range.

  So, that leaves you with two options.

  (1) disable the PC port on the phone.  This will force users to connect on ports 0/1-0/6 and be set to vlan correct.  You can disable it by going to the call Manager (Got to Device > phone, and then set "PC port" to disable).

  (2) configure nat for traffic vlan voice.  Please note that the PC connected to the phone will not be able to connect to one of the other PCs or printers on the VLAN for data (inside interface).
