CIT 200 pins

Applications of PIN, 0000 1234 do not approach what to do?

Since you have tried to reconfigure your CIT200, have you never enter any different pin then the default one... If you have forgotten or it dosent accept your PIN then I think you need to reset your phone...

  • iMac G4 not accomplishments RAM

I have a 2003 model iMac G4 equipped with a 1 GHz processor and I tried to put a stick of 512 MB of ram in it and when I turn it on it still boots in leopard surprisingly but it says that it only has 256 MB of ram. This iMac used to have 1.25 GB of ram, but I put the ram in my G4 iBook because I use it for school and the 512 stick came from the iBook. That these machines use different ram?

Can you identify the iBook G4? There were several different versions over the years

the G4 was manufactured; the first models all use PC2100 DDR266 200 PIN SO-DIMM.

    Only the last iBook G4 12 to + 14 - from mid-2005 use the DDR333 PC2700 200 pins

SO-DIMM; and this chip is the same as that which corresponds to the iMac G4 USB2.0 user upgrade

There were two models iMac G4 with 1.0 GHz processor; We use PC2100 DDR266 200-

pin SO-DIMM, while the model later used chips of SO-DIMM 200-pin PC2700 DDR333...

Some models can use the chip of RAM spec later (at slow speed of original memory due to)

limits on computer hardware) so the DDR333 is considered DDR266 in older Mac G4s.

A SO - DIMM DDR 266 since an old iMac G4 probably will work not in later model G4 iBook.

I have a Mid-2005 model iBook 12 inch 1.33 GHz that can use the same chip RAM upgrade

    the latest models of USB2.0 iMac G4 (PC - 2700-DDR333 200 - pin SO-DIMM) in a direct exchange.

And I have a little iMac G4 1.25 GHz models. The factory RAM chip is a different specification

pin count and requires the ritual apart take special upgrade to greater capacity.

You could exchange the chips where they came to test and see if both are OK.

If you touched the metal contacts on the RAM, which may have shorted the chips; or the RAM

was not entirely (if the parties were right in the first place.)

And you may need to reset the PMU in the iMac G4 to see if changing the RAM is recognized

    Hello
    I have an Equium A100-027 with 1 GB of RAM (2 x 512MB modules)
If I would like to raise the speed, which RAM modules would need? I also need a new graphic card, can I buy a graphics card or should it be some for my laptop?

    Hello

in regard to your question upgrade:

    RAM-> you need 200 pin DDR2 RAM: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SO-DIMM

Graphics-> update is not possible, because the graphics card is soldered on the motherboard of your laptop, which means it s 'wired '.

    That's all

  • What Ram do need me?

    Hello again

My Toshiba laptop is an Equium A60 152 and it has only 256 MB of ram.
In the manual - it says that I need to use RAM modules in:
    PC2100, 200 pins, SO Dual In-Line (SO-DIMM).

I tried to find this RAM, and it comes in different varieties:
    DDR266 LOW PROFILE
    DDR333
    DDR400

Nobody knows which of the 3 types I need to fit in the slot below the laptop?

    Thanks again for any help

    Confused Newbie :)

    Hello
regarding your user manual... the pc2100 is ddr266.

But in fact, all portable A60 include pc2700 ddr333; If the required part number are:
    PC2700 256 MB (PA3311U - 1 M 25)
    PC2700 512 MB (PA3312U - 1 M 51)

Will be of this form: Kingston 1 GB 533 MHz (4200) DDR2 SODIMM, 200 pins, CL4?

    Hello

Just FYI: this device can handle with max 2 GB of RAM and the compatible and tested modules memory vivid are DDR2-533 512 MB (PA3412U - 2 M 51) and DDR2-533 1 GB (PA3411U-2M1G).

If your device has 512 MB of RAM, I recommend you to put another 1 GB of RAM and I think that the device will work like crazy. ;)

  • How much memory can I mount in a Tecra M10 - 1CN?

How much memory can I mount in a Tecra M10 - 1CN and should be in two 200 pin SO DIMM DDR2 PC2-6400 800 MHz modules

    Hello

Expand the memory depends on the chipset of the motherboard
The Tecra M10 supports the chipset Mobile Intel GM45 Express and this chipset DDR2 800 MHz RAM 8 GB max

So first of all, that you can use 2 x 4 GB RAM modules, and on the other hand the speed of memory is limited to 800 MHZ.

Even if you use faster modules i.e. 1033 Mhz FSB would clock speed to 800 Mhz so it s not worth to use faster than the DDR2 800 Mhz modules

  • Satellite A100-998 - support 2 GB RAM modules?

    Hello

I'm looking to upgrade the memory of my laptop. The vehicle currently have 2x1GB modules in the expansion slots. The manual says it takes PC4200 200 pin memory, but does not specify if it will accept 2 GB sticks as this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/164911. It does not mention of the sticks of 256 MB, 512 MB and 1 GB.

However, I see no reason why he would not support the higher capacity, if I wanted to move to 4-GB memory total. Can someone confirm that this will work? Thank you!

    Andrew

    Hi André,.

According to the specs on the page of Toshiba, Satellite A100-998 supports 2-GB memory modules. This means that you can install the 2 GB of memory in each memory slot for a maximum capacity of 4 GB.

For example, I recommend high-quality Kingston modules. I always buy Kingston modules for upgrade and never had any problems.

  • Upgrade of RAM for Satellite A30 213

After buying my satellite second hand I immediately found why it was for sale, the dreaded overheating.
I cleaned the fans with compressed air and it worked fine, then my error fatal, flushed with success, I bought the RAM online and installed. It was recgonised by the system and I thought all was well until it has proved defective and crashed my operating system, no recovery was possible.

I want to get right to the RAM of a reputable suplier, but the specifications I have indicates only DDR RAM, does anyone know the full specification (pins etc) because I don't want to lose it all again?

    Hello

    Have a look here:

You need the PC2100 200 pin SODIMM (266 MHz) DDR modules.
You can upgrade the Satellite A30 Ram up to 2 GB. This means that you can use the 2 x 1 GB module.

I had a good experience using modules from Kingston.

  • Question about upgrading RAM on Satellite P100-423

    Hello

can someone reassure me I'll buy the correct RAM and the best for my 2 Satellites. One is the P100-423.
The other is Satellite Pro P100.

    (1) can I use modules of PC2 5300 DDR2 SO-DIMM 200 pin - 667 Mhz on both computers.
I want to buy chips to 4 x 1 GB (all the same), so both will have 2 Gig ram PC.

    (2) I saw the bullets above with 533 Mhz, but told me I can use or 667 Mhz. Is this correct?
667 Mhz would be faster and better is not it?

    (3) some chips are also designated PC2 - 4200 - instead of PC2-5300. Again, I can use either?

    (4) Finally, I always thought that it was better for if adapt to 2 memory chips to live the same size - that is why I want to use 2 x 1 GB chips.
    Yet, I was recommended to mount 1 x 1 and 1 x 2 GB in each pc.
I know that IE a total of 4 GB is theoretical only 3.25 GB is possible.
But asymmetric training will offer much greater performance on balance training 2 x 1 GB. ?

Thank you very much for all the advice offered

    Robert

With the help of RAM slower is possible. I have another laptop to work with the iso 4200 5300. It works ok.

However, using the exact speed is better because it gives the best performance. Your system calendar is set on those memories.

However slower modules, but more RAM still will give you better performance.

3G seems to be the max for Vista-32. The imbalance is obviously not optimal, but I expect that the performance is better with 2 GB.

    Hello

    Satellite P10-304 supports the * 200-pin PC2700 (333 Mhz) DDR SODIMM * modules.

    Hi all

I'm looking for some RAM for a Satellite P200, although I can't find it on any list of compatibility.

I'm hoping to get two 2 GB of RAM DDR2 880.
    Can you help me please.

The RAM will be downrated to a slower speed in the Toshiba or the 880 works perfectly?

    Thanks for your time.

    Hello

    > RAM will be downrated to a slower speed in the Toshiba or the 880 works perfectly

Sorry, but I don t know what you mean by 880. Do you mean the module 880 Mhz DDR2?

There are different models of Satellite P200, but generally you can use DDR2 667 MHz (PC2-5300) 200 - PIN SODIMM barrettes

Compatible module runs at 667 Mhz.
