• Issue of metadata browser

  I have recently upgraded to 2.6.1 LR LR 1.3 and do not know if a feature available in LR 1.3 is still available in LR 2.6.1.

  When you use the metadata browser in LR 1.3, metadata DATE showed not only the YEAR, but you could toggle to see how many photos you took in every MONTH of this year.  [See screenshot image]

  Using the metadata the library filter option in LR 2.6.1 I can list the years when the Date is selected, but I have not found how to list the months for each year.  ???  Am I missing something, or this capability is not available in LR 2.6.1?

  Essentially, I'm trying to find a quick and easy way to know how many pictures I took in a given month and each one discovers in the grid.

  Select the date in one of the filters by clicking on the currently displayed item, and you will see exactly the same thing.

  I have a question about metadata Navigator.We try to install a 64-bit server metadata browser. But our agent is running on a 32-bit server... So when we run a scenario using the metadata browser we select which agent, it should use. We do not yet have of M.N. There is a fundamental question.

  The problem is due to the mode of generation of scenarios.

  When you generate the script, select the option "all purpose".

  In case if you want to set some values to another variable running use "Run with the last value?" checked.

  I am new to ODI and some challenges. ODI 11g (11.1.1.6.0) I want to move data from a SAP EHP6 system to a warehouse of the oracle. I got the table that I need, using the SAP reverse engineering metadata browser. I then created the interface and on executing this operation fails on task/Session 13 - Loding - Srcset0 - load data into a staging. I use a shared directory. I put FTP_TRANSFER_METHOD = FSMOUNT_DIRECT. I get the error message is

• How can I search to search for images with only 2 specific people?

  I have a lot of photos the tag with a lot of peoples names and other keywords.

  I also have many people tag with the face detection feature.

  I want to see pictures that don't have 2 specific people in them, anyone else included.

  I expect Ctrl-click on a few faces and he let me to raise only pictures with those two, no chance.

  I was hoping to enter key words somehow, no luck.

  There has got to be possible, hoping someone can help me get there faster...

  I want to see the pictures that have included ONLY 2 specific people in them, nobody else.

  It is conceptually simple, but somewhat tedious: first of all, you will find all the photos that have at least 2 people, then you exclude those photos that have other peoples.  It will be much easier if you have all of those organized hierarchically under a parent keyword, for example people.

  1. in the catalogue on the left panel, make a right click of the quick Collection and make clear quick Collection.

  2. click on all photographs.

  3. in the library filter bar, open the metadata browser and configure it to have two columns of keyword.

  4. in the first column, select the keyword in the first person and in the second column, select the second person. This will show the pictures that have at least two keywords, but they can include photos that also have other keywords of people too.

  5. do not change > all select and make Photo > add to quick Collection.

  6. in the catalog Panel, click the quick Collection.

  7. in the library filter metadata browser, delete a keyword column.

  8. in the remaining key word column, if you have intermediate keywords with your keywords of individuals, expand each of them.  For example if you have people > family, people > friends, people > colleagues, etc all expand them to all the keywords of the sheet are show.

  9. Select all the keywords people clicking on the first and then shift-click on the last.

  10 deselect any intermediate parent keyword (e.g. people > family) by Cmd/Ctrl-clicking them.   Deselect the people themselves.

  11. deselect keywords two sheets on the two people.  At this point, you should have all of the keywords selected sheet people except for the key words of two people and no intermediate grouping selected keywords.   Pictures showing are those containing the two desired keywords and at least another keyword of people.

  12. do not change > all select and make Photo > remove from quick Collection.

  13 disable filters by clicking None in the library filter bar.

  Quick Collection now contains these photos that contain the desired keywords of two people and no other keywords of people.

  If you do a lot, you can use any filter plugin to predefine a search that automates this for you.  Set this research would be a bit difficult, so if you want to go this route, send me a private message and I'll take you through it.

• Missing plugins after reinstall of CS4

  After Effects CS4 planted on a desktop Mac, a computer scientist came to reinstall the software. Now, a lot of built-in plugins are missing, even though they appear in the plugins folder. Missing plugins include EasyEase, sequence, mocha, TIFF, WAV and Wiggler. Also lack us the metadata browser.

  Those are all included in the installer.

• Essbase Studio error

  I am emptying everything that I don't use in the metadata browser. I am trying to remove something, but then I get this error:
  
  Mistake to destroy the declaration. Row = 143.
  
  Table of relationship refers to non-existent object. Report the error to Technical Support.
  
  Is there something in the backend db Essbase Studio to be removed?

  I had happen to 11.1.1.X Studio where I removed the artifacts that were used. It pipes the database completely. There really is an order you ERA to remove things. Basically, reverse order that they were created. With the help of the lineage is a good way to check where we use artifacts. 11.1.2.1 had much better to check see if oyu can delete everything first.

  At this point, I recommend restoring a backup system tables

  (1) is it possible in an ODI procedure (or one of its modules) to generate a popup window that you ask a value of a certain variable and use it to run a specific scenario?
  
  (2) I know that it is possible to run a specific scénarion using a web service. Is it possible to use some variables specified in the web service in the script which will be executed using this feature?

  Hi Ben,

  When you opened the thread to see someone answers it opens the possibility to check the status... and in the top of the page, has a check box to indicate whether the thread is resolved.

  Tells you about:

  (1) Yes, it's possible but not functional once it's open only where ODI (officer or development) is installed. To resolve this problem, use the metadata browser. It's a 'Operator' browser that allows to launch the ODI process from anywhere.

  (2) Yes, it is not only possible, but a natural behavior. In the help installed with ODI, take a look in the Guide of the Oracle Data Integrator user where there is a detailed description of how to make...

• Search metadata Media Browser

  Is it possible to search the metadata of the files in the media browser?

  I know it's possible in the project Panel, but I would like to find a file using the metadata in the media browser before I decide to import it into my project.

  "Basic capabilities" of PrPro, including the display of the metadata, are strictly limited to that which is already ingested and only stored in individual project database, not in a database across.

  To make the search for style library, you would Prelude he can actually find things pretty decently, and even though Stefan made notice subclip, transcoding of these sub-elements and put them where you want them and even a rough edit of a sequence for use in PrPro. This is as well (as compared to say Lightroom) bridge... he can search the disk for you, but does NOT store a database on what he sees, like Lightroom when you 'import' folders of images in its database.

  I asked the permanent database capability to be added to the prelude, and would love if others did too... so if you're of like mind, do not hesitate... boguent/fonctionnaliteent these reports are (as I often state) used in tabular reports any by senior managers when thinking about what they are going on the payroll budget team/engineer to do.

• Import metadata sub-element of prelude to the multimedia browser

  I really wish I could import all my media from the media browser and not the file > import, but when I use the media browser, read you correctly certain metadata prelude.   You're right - I have reproduced this behavior.  However, if you right-click on the item in the media browser, then choose Import, you will get the subitems.

  Hello

  I see you are using OAS (OC4J) for the deployment of MN not Oracle SOA :). Well, it's a bug in ODI. The solution/workaround solution would use a latest version of OC4J. Coz to view features of card/lineage stream of MN you have to have special GUI which will not supported in tomcat 5.5 or OC4j.
