Clear.fi reading Blu - ray?

I thought Clear.fi would play bllu-ray discs but mine own can't.  Clear.fi can see the disk of the comic and the title, but he won't play.  I tried to update, but it says that no update is available.  My office not came originally with the BD but I added it later, and the drive works fine with other applications.  Clear.fi is supposed to play blu - ray?  because my computer came originally with BD, do I have a limited version?  Thank you

I got mine to work again. Hope this helps:

(Your computer must be packaged with Clear.fi media)

You can get the Clear.fi media with the beam of AcerCloud here

  1. Uninstall Clear.fi media
  2. Launch Acer eRecovery Management
  3. Find the menu for the recovery of the drivers and programs
  4. Scroll down and find the Clear.fi media! Click to reinstall it.
  5. To connect to the internet
  6. Start clear.fi Media and then insert your Bluray movie
  7. When you are prompted, click Yes to update the aacs key
  8. Fixed

One night, asked me to update the key but I wasn't online, so I ignored the prompt. Big mistake, because it has never appeared again. I consider that a bug that could make a lot of other unhappy customers, so if an admin reads this I hope the issue gets up for a programmer.

    Hello.

    Can anyone help please?

I have a laptop Qosmio F750-11v 3d and although I can use the disk drive Toshiba Blu - Ray to convert standard DVDs to play in 3d using the 2d - 3d conversion tool integrated in the drive and they work great and also appreciate and understand that I can not reading Blu - Ray DVD and convert them using the same way 2d - 3d conversion tool. May I ask why, when I bought the New Avengers 3d Blu - Ray Disc I don't see it 3D even when I activated the drive on the "3d method" tab and active the check box for "turn on 3d Blu - Ray disc mode"?

The software of face recognition using webcam of the tracks OK.

All my drivers are up to date etc.

Why can I not see a true 3d images generated on my pc drive?

    Confused?

    Hello

AFAIK you can use Toshiba video player for playback of DVDs and video files.
But NOT Blu - ray discs!
To read disc blue ray, you need to use the WinDVD BD for Toshiba, is another tool installed on the laptop.

But beware: ONLY Toshiba video player supports converting 2D to 3D

  • Tecra A11 - 17N - reading Blu - ray?

Running a Tecra A11 - 17N with Windows 7 and an eSATA (or USB) plugged the external Blu - ray writer. The supplied software (Cyberlink) for Blu - ray playback has an "Advisor", which reported on the ability of the various functions of reading Blu - ray discs (BDs). I appears that it is only the graphics card Driver / which is the problem, see the picture here:

The 'i' link info tells me to check that everything is up to date with Intel drivers, what I did (I think!).

One got a Tecra reading Blu - ray discs?

If I understand you right you have problems to read the external ODD connected Blu - Ray disc?
With other preinstalled words Cyberlink doesn't have access to the drive externally, right?

To be honest, I'm a bit confused because your laptop has no internal feature of Blu - Ray and Blu - Ray player. According to the specifications of the computer laptop Toshiba DVD player must be installed on this computer.
are you sure you've got this Cyberlink with original Toshiba recovery image?

    Ideas:

    • You have problems with programs
    • Error messages
    • Recent changes to your computer
    • What you have already tried to solve the problem

Always do a job - even in a first time?  If so, pilots may have been replaced by a Microsoft Update and maybe that's why it doesn't work anymore.  Check the drivers and see if there is an option to restore the drivers to a previous version (which may be supplied with the system when he worked).  If so, try the restore and see if that solves the problem.  Make sure that it not only reads blu ray disks but can read and burn CDs and DVDs as it should.  If not you can always just reinstall the drivers by unscrewing the restore and restore the drivers who were there before you started this effort and again to confirm that it still works except for playing blu ray discs.

I don't see the point in HP brake a blu ray player that has no driver available for it - I have never actually heard of what happens with a manufacturer or the device installed on the computers they sell.  Someone at HP left dropped the ball big time on this one.  Maybe HP will give you a free exchange to another blu ray player they may have available for your computer making the drivers for it and who actually works like the one bought you is not - it can't hurt to ask.  Check the options first then you can ask to him who is of at least equal quality and is the same price, or maybe a bit more expensive - they can always be arranged because of the problem, they know exists.  I guess that it's still under warranty, so that shouldn't be a problem.  It's an option-, but the decision is yours.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

    (2) I tried to update driver... but the driver is updated... Of course, I look on the internet and my drive is the best. Microsoft 6.1.7601.17514 release date: 21/06/2006

    Hello Russell,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I appreciate your patience.

It is regrettable that the CD/DVD drive cannot read Blu - ray discs.

However, please do not hesitate to answer, if you have other problems with Windows.

SlimType BD E DS4E1S not not reading blu - ray

I had the same problem. Windows showed the drive correctly, but he did not read anything.

    No miracle software worked.

    Solution:

Open the drive and clean the laser with a soft cloth. Move as gently strong laser unit and back. Put in a CD and turn manually for 30 seconds.

I do not know which of the two actions helped... but it worked for me! Solved

  • When I try to read Blu - Ray, it says "Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD. The disk has been created in a way that does not support the player. »

    Original title: Blu - Ray

My computer can read blu - ray, but when I try to play one, it says "Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD. The disk has been created in a way that does not support the player. "How should I do?

    Hello

The Blu - ray disc format is not supported in Windows Media Player. To play a Blu - ray Disc, you must use a non-Microsoft program that supports playback of Blu ray and a device that can play Blu ray discs.

You have the right equipment needed to play the blurays?  (In other words - you have a player of Blu - Ray... not only a reader of CD and/or DVD built in?)

  • Satellite L650-BT2N23: reading Blu - ray as part of the Intel HD graphics card

I'm considering the purchase of the Satellite L650-BT2N23 with Blu - ray player, but it does not come with a discreet graphics card.

My only option is the integrated graphics card Intel HD, and I fear that Blu - ray playback can suffer.

Can someone give an opinion on this?
    Thank you.

    Hello

Please read some information on the page of Intel on the Intel HD graphics chip.
The chip is called HD because it is able to process HD video which means it should eb strong enough to work with the blu - ray!

So in your case I wouldn't be afraid. The graphics chip is OK for video content high definition!

    Welcome them

  • Pavilion DV-6149nr: pavilion dv6 does not read blu ray/dvd

Having a problem with my blu ray/dvd player. It will read the software CD and drives very well, but does not recognize blu ray and dvd. I tried reinstalling the driver, but that solves nothing. Tried to restore my system to a point when he did read those, but it does not, either.

    SGTMonkey wrote:

So, is this fixable or should I just buy a new drive?

Looks like the drive will need to be replaced. Reason to be after you restored and still the same problem of reading is then laser most likely has it reache use life. Reader of OD aren't so expensive that it just make sure yours is Sata connections and must match any player you just have to remove your plate and put it on the new drive and that will resemble nothing has changed.

  • drive Blu - Ray dv8t-1100 is no longer reads Blu - Ray discs

The OS is Win7 Pro. The Blu - Ray player will read all CD and DVD and BD with no video content. I updated and verified that all software audio/video (MediaSmart, Media Center, Media Player, DivX and RealPlayer) are up-to-date. The BDs are not recognized by any program, and I get a message to insert a floppy disk. I understand that not all of the comics will play on all players, but these are all discs, I've played several times before. If you need additional information about the configuration of the system, let me know and I will provide. Thanx

I use Norton Security Suite for Comcast. The solution to my problem ranks right up there with "is it plugged in?

I took a small lint cloth and GENTLY wipe the blue read/write head. Problem solved! Please be others with the same problem, try this first. It can save a lot of upgrade.

    Thanks for your reply.

  • Cannot read Blu Rays with software HP DVD play BD and HD DVD

I have a Pavilion m9060n Vista desktop computer. Running HDMI on a monitor Samsung. It is used to play Blu Rays on the rare times where I tried it, now, it won't. I went through the procedure of updating through Cyberlink and now I'm stuck with this:

"Do you want to activate your reader now" flashes on the display and the program stops. This happens on multiple disks.

I reinstalled the DVD playback software, run the Cyberlink BD & 3D Advisor and it passes. I tried to read a comic that I ripped to my hard drive, video playback, but there is no sound, probably due to the fact that he is no longer a healthy option HMDI in DVD playback menu.

For testing purposes, I have download the Cyberlink PowerDVD 10 trial and everything works fine which must exclude a hardware problem.

Who did the trick. Everything I threw at it worked well. I tried to do an update, the police is unreadable on my screen and it gave me the opportunity to close this window. Impossible to tell what version it is.

  • Reading Blu - ray takes a long time to find videos

    Hello world:

I looked in the forums to see if anyone has had this problem, but cannot find anything.

I'm a blu - ray player for a feature of creation. Happened along fairly well with only a couple of roadblocks, problems of button highlight, mainly, but that is not why I am here today.

The last burn takes what seems to be an unusual amount of time to find the video file when a button is pressed. The previous burn reacted pretty quickly.

I also have a framework of 'snow' before the start of any video (when using my PS3 for playback). No snow by using my Samsung drive, but the videos are always delayed.

    Statistics that can be significant:

-Burn is 23,92 GB of content. Previous burn was 23.87 Go.

-J' started the process of creating another 4 on my iMac 2009 finishing using Encore 6 CC a friend using his new iMac.

-L' use off-brand blu - ray discs, don't remember the name of the manufacturer

-Reading on my PlayStation 3, which has been fine until this last burn

Reading finally found the videos and the videos have gone very well. Don't know what the cause of the delay to start each vid.

Am I pushing it with the size of the content to 23,92 GB? I have retranscoded a couple of files to free space, will see if it works after replacing them, but if you have ideas or it's familiar, please comment. Your help is appreciated!

    Thank you

Do not use off brand disks use good as Verbatim or Tayo Yuden and burn at half speed.
