  If you are not prompted to use the new password to your Wi - Fi network when trying to connect, you may have to remove the network on your system. This can be done by the following steps.

  1. Open system preferences in the Apple menu
  2. Choose the network
  3. Select a Wi - Fi connection on the left
  4. Click Advanced... in the bottom right
  5. Choose your network from the list of preferred networks
  6. Click on the '-' at the bottom of the list
  7. Click OK
  8. Click on apply

  Once removed try to connect to your Wi - Fi network normally and you will be prompted for the password.

But oh, it does not stop there. After I restarted several times, to see if it was maybe an update that was waiting to be installed, it has ceased to be able to open files, so now I got a laptop can only be used to store things, but not to modify any information.   I'll have the touchpad jumpy condition where I'd like to just turn off my touchpad because I use my mouse anyway, but since I installed a version of the legitimacy of Windows 7 to get rid of Vista I am unable to do anything with my mouspad.

  My point of 5000 MS wireless laser mouse does not work, but work wheel Magnifier button and scroll.  What could cause this problem?  I there something wrong with the mouse or something should be cleaned?  This is the first question I had after 3 years of use.

  I have not any hardware or software changes, and the problem is constant, not specific to any application.

  I restored my system to my latest backup when the mouse was working, but it has not solved the problem.  The software update has not solved the problem.

  I installed a different mouse, which works very well. The wireless mouse does not work on another system, I assume that it's broken and I will replace it.
