  When you have multiple sites open at the same time, we call these "tabs".

  You should see all your tabs lined up near the top of the Firefox window, between the forward/backward buttons and the web page itself. To close a single tab, just need you to click on the 'X' icon on the tab itself, instead of the Red 'X' icon in the title bar of FIrefox.

  2. were you able to download photos before without any problem?

  3. where are the photos?

  4. you receive messages or error codes when you try to access all photos?

  Method 1:

  Disable or rather uninstall your antivirus and other security software installed and try to import. If this helps you to navigate to the desired folder and get the photos uploaded, this would indicate that the setting of firewall/antivirus blocking you to exert the action. You may need to configure some settings in the software to allow the same.

  Note: The computer without antivirus software or firewall is a potential threat to the computer; Be sure to activate security software after completing the troubleshooting steps and after identifying the problem.

  Method 2:

  You can try to disable add ons and check if it helps:

  Step 1:

  Run Internet explorer with no Add - ons. Steps to open Internet with no mode of modules:

  a. click on start

  (b) in the search box, type in Internet explore

  c. Select Internet (no add-on mode)

  If you were able to access the Web site without any problems, then the module may cause the error.

  Step 2: Measures to determine which add-on may be the cause of the error

  Please forgive these questions (probably) very amateur, but I have a client who would like to get a new website for them. They already have an existing site (hosted somewhere in China), but please can you answer the following questions about to build myself a new site for them:

  1. If I build them a new site on Muse, I will need to start the hosts or can they continue to host on whatever the installer they have? If they can continue to host, can I just send them the HTML files?

  2 affected their existing emails if I host (i.e. accommodation to Business Catalyst)? If I host the new site, how I would go about integrating their email without harming things?

  3. If the customer continues to receive, how they manage the content of the site I design for them? Or if I needed to manage, how this would be possible if I am not it hosting? If I'm the hosts (with BC) is it possible myself and/or the customer can access the CMS?
