Close all screens?

A few times I have much stacked... screen I'm able to hit the "back" button until I go back to the main screen of the application, but is there a way to close all screens and return to the main screen when I hit 'Hand' in my menu?

Thank you!

Try this:

While (UiApplication.getUiApplication () .getScreenCount () > 1)
{
UiApplication.getUiApplication () .popScreen ();
}

  • How can I MOVE buttons on taskbar to a new location without having to close all programs and resume in the order I want?

    I like to keep the buttons in my taskbar has organized with the browser and messaging on the left, followed by Windows Explorer and other items. If they get out of order or programs are loaded into a different order, how can I MOVE the buttons to a new location without having to close all programs and resume in the order I want? In addition, sometimes, one of program buttons seems in itself to migrate out of place and I need to get back to where it should be: same problem.

    Hi shohareZohre

    Thank you for using the Microsoft Answers Forums!

    The task bar is the horizontal bar at the bottom of your screen time. In contrast to the office, which can get obscured by the windows on top of it, the taskbar are visible nearly all the time. It includes four main sections:

    ·         The Start button, which opens the start menu.

    ·         The Quick Launch bar, which allows you to start programs with a single click.

    ·         The middle section, which shows you what programs and documents you have open and allows you to quickly switch between them.

    ·         The notification area, which includes a clock and icons (small pictures) that communicate the status of certain programs and computer settings.

    Add or remove programs on the Quick Launch toolbar

    The Quick Launch toolbar is located on the task bar and is a convenient way to open programs. You can add or remove program icons in the Quick Launch toolbar so that you have easy access to the programs that you use frequently.

    To add a program icon to the Quick Launch toolbar

    Click the icon for the program to add (you can find most icons of programs on the start menu or the desktop) and then drag it to the Quick Launch toolbar.

    Note: If you don't see the toolbar tools quick launch, right-click on an empty area of the taskbar, click Toolbars, and then click quick launch.

    To remove a program to the Quick Launch toolbar icon

    Right-click on the icon of the program and then click Remove.

    Notes: ·         Delete an icon from the taskbar does not remove its corresponding computer program.

    ·         If you want to stop showing a toolbar on the taskbar, right-click an empty area of the taskbar, point to toolbars, and then click the item that you want to stop broadcasting.

    NOTE: The ability to move the programs in the taskbar is not possible in windows Vista but the same functionality is available in Windows 7. Please see the link below.

    Y at - it a keyboard shortcut for "close all tabs in the right" and "close other tabs" actions? Thank you.

    As far as I know that there is no shortcut pre-defined for this task. You can always check for the shortcut available in this list: hotkeys - quickly perform common tasks of Firefox

    However, you can set your own shortcut using this addons: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/customizable-shortcuts/

  • Can I configure Thunderbird to close all tabs when I stopped it for the next session starts fresh.

    I'd rather have a working platform clearly every time I start Thunderbird and only see relevant tabs at this session. If the program can be assigned to close all tabs automatically when I stopped, which would solve my problem.
    Thank you

    I guess your best bet is to click the left tab-"Close other tabs" before closing in Thunderbird.

    How is - a close all tabs for Thunderbird?

    I move an email to a folder, and for some reason any Thunderbird open all my emails and put them in tabs. I tried all the menu items and could find no way to close all the tabs at once. • Multiple tabs open when I clik a link to a new tab. Then, do not open or even appear when I try to close with "close all tabs"... they are like "ghost tabs.

    It spent last few days... the tabs are displayed on the tab bar, but do not open upward or close when I try to close... when I tried "close all tabs", who says so "you try to close the 2 tabs", they are not counted as being open... the only way I can get rid of them is Firefox is completely closed and then it starts again. Ghost tabs!

    I solved the problem, but not using the "safe mode".
    After going into safe mode and close and open FF again;
    I then had to dl the latest version of FFox... 33.0 (I had 32.0) online, a friend told me there was an update for it... found 33.0.1.i and dl who had, then restarted my computer.
    I found that the new version had removed many of my fave on my 'personal bar '... icons I have them back by going to this:
    'Classic theme restaurateur' found in 'modules '.
    I didn't add "colorful tabs" again...

    In addition, an easy solution... my mousepad has been 'sticky'... by removing just, my mouse works much better on my desk...

    now, everything is back to normal... no pop up several tabs, even in typing emails is better now as well.

  • Firefox closes all my tabs on stop and do not open them again when I restart, how to fix?

    When I shut down for the day, Firefox close all my tabs and not resume at startup. I get a message asking if I want to close all tabs. How do I keep my firefox tabs? I have Windows 7 if it's of any help. And I'm in Firefox v 26.0.

    In case you use "clear history of Firefox closing:

    • do not erase browsing history

    Note that compensation "Preferences of Site" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, windows pop up, installation of software and passwords.

    Use "Firefox > output" (Windows: Firefox/file > quit;) Mac: Firefox > quit Firefox. Linux: Firefox/file > exit) to close Firefox if you are currently doing by clicking on the X close in the title bar of Firefox.

  • The new Firefox 4 close all my tabs without giving me the option to keep them as Firefox 3. Why can't we keep this feature?

    I installed Firefox 4 on my laptop but not on my PC because of 2 problems: -.
    (1) Firefox 3 would always ask me if I wanted to keep the tabs open, what I almost always do. Firefox 4 is no longer offers this option and closes all tabs. Why?

    (2) Firefox 4 closed all float ins without asking or advising me. This allows not only my life more complicated, it also prevents clients download freebe offers because they are completely unaware of them. Why you play 'Big Brother' and decide for us what we see online?

    Blessed be

    I think that it is assuming you are using the new FF4 Menu button. If you use the old style of 3.6, page options would be under the menu 'tools '.

  • In the previous version of Firefox, I could close the window and still have my tabs intact when I reopened it. Why 4 FF closes all tabs and does not give me an option to save? (And if so, where can I change the parameter?)

    In the previous version of Firefox, before closing a window with tabs open, he asked if I would "save and close", "close all tabs" or "Cancel". FF4 comes to warn me that I am fill these tabs and wonder is I want to continue, without giving the option to save my search for later use.
