Cloud can discover no device
Seen my RN10400 for about a year now and no problems to use it as a storage for network device domestic. Now I truying to create clouds for users permissions, but after the steps in the manual I got nowhere.
To invite users to clouds I need to access the ReadCloud page and set the permissions, but then I have here ReadyCloud can not discover device. (It says that I have saved or saved devices). While I get the serial number to find the device, it brings back me to admin page. Tab cloud, I still see that the service is offline.
Spend truying so time to get through, but no.

I found in my library: with CC, you can use the software on a PC and Mac OS. The Adobe ID is used for the activation process. Previously, you could activate only on two instances of the same operating system. This restriction has been removed. Also, if you connect to a third computer on which you installed CC, you are automatically connected on one of the earlier computers where you are logged in.
BUT:
The subscription is allowed to a person associated with the membership, so cannot be used on 2 computers of different people at the same time.

I quote: you can install the software on two computers. I have three devices wirleless, IPAD, Tablet, SONY Blue Ray home theater, not able to see the Windows 7 PC. I'm under Media Server 12 and I put it in place in a home group and sharing. My other Windows 7 PCs can see the device. It worked before but has stopped working.
I tried to restore to an earlier date. I tried to uninstall and install Media Player from the windows features. Nothing has worked.
