after update Creative Cloud is not open? use OS X 10.10.5
Please close all adobe activity monitor processes:
Activity Monitor: Stop a process
Please go to the user's library.
Reference: file access user ~/Library in OS X Lion mountain & OS X Lion
Go to the user/library/application support/adobe/OOBE
Rename oobe and boost creative cloud.

I have not had this problem before, but after the last update, I can not open Creative Cloud App. I see it in the Manager tasks as the race and I can open my Adobe software, but I can't open the creative application of cloud itself.
I have Windows 8.1 and full administrative rights on my computer.
Any ideas?

Creating Cloud applications will not open
I'm on an iMac El Capitan 10.11.4 running. All my apps are up to date, but they will not open. The icons just bounce off the dock. Give a Ctrl-click "Application is not responding do not" and then I force quit. I restarted my computer several times, but that did not help. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Someone please help!

Please force quit Adobe all associated creative processes Cloud, CoreSync, CCLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe CEF Helper, Office Services, Adobe, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash Daemon's Activity Monitor in Mac. Then, start Creative Cloud Desktop Application and reconnect.

Cloud creation will not appear my apps
I have the latest version of the desktop creative cloud application and from now on my home feed does not show my installed apps (bridge, LR and Photoshop). It wont let me log out or uninstall, and it doesn't recognize any of my apps. I tried to reinstall, reboot and logout, but nothing works. Please notify. I'm frankly tired of the creative cloud Office. I had to reinstall twice already, when it stopped working and now I can't do same.

The Creative cloud update presents 3 new updates (in the OS X toolbar), but when I click it, the popup window opens and the wheel of progress will run until the end of time, if I click there to close. It's relatively new behavior, i.e. Since the last update to creative cloud. I did not bring any changes to the system (OS X 10.10.4) so I guess there is a problem with the latest version of creative cloud.
So much for the update controls were not to build in the applications themselves, so that I could run Photoshop, for example, and check the updates from there instead of being dependent on these programs of buggie (why do we need these two anyway?).
