  I have Thunderbird installed 38.2.0 on a Mac OSX 10.10.5

  Even running in SafeMode with all disabled add-ons, drop-down menus in the preferences do not fully open: see screenshot. The more I click the menus, the worse it gets.

  I found the source of the problem (by turning the Add-ons and turn on one by one).
  The culprit is the theme fonts & size changer 38.3 (my old eyes can hardly see the default interface). However I have used for years without this problem. I'll contact the developers.

  Don't know why the problem persisted in Mode without failure. I uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird since then and the problem is no longer in fashion without failure.

• Creative Cloud Files & fonts don't be loading not - always has spinning charger

  Ive recently had problems with fonts and files in my Office creative cloud App when I have access to it, I am presented with a cone of loading (screenshot below) and does not load the files typekit or cc. This charger does not disappear, even after hours of "loading". I am unable to use the fonts in TK within my apps, so it seems that this could be just a mistake of loading of all kinds? I tried to charge it, synchronize and rebooting with no luck. Any help or advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated! TIA!

  
  

  Hi kylestalla,

  I'm sorry that you trouble with that. It seems that the creative cloud desktop application is unable to write to one of the files on your machine, and so you're stuck in a spinner.

  Perform the following steps to resolve the spinner:

  1 leave the desktop application Cloud Creative

  2. in the menu go to the Finder, select go to folder

  3. paste this path, and click OK:

  ~/Library/preferences/

  4. in the window that opens, you should see a list of files, including com.adobe.accmac.plist

  5. click on com.adobe.accmac.plist and rename it to com.adobe.accmac.plist.old. You will be asked to confirm that you want to change the .old extension.

  6. start the creative Cloud desktop application again.

  I hope that this solves the problem. Let me know if you need anything that anyone else.

  The fonts are installed in your operating system.  Photoshop uses the fonts installed on your system. You don't want to install fonts in Photoshop.

• Creative cloud and font Sync app

  I noticed that if I do not have the operation of app CC I don't have access to my TypeKit fonts in any of my applications. Is it the way it is supposed to work? Normally I have the app CC disabled because it is a memory hog, but I guess my primary questions is I will have access to the TypeKit fonts if my internet connection goes down? I don't mind the CC application runs whenever I need to access the fonts, but if it is sync would be via connection internet then TypeKit fonts are not an option with the projects of the clients if connectivity falls down in the middle of a project deadline and the fonts are not accessible.

  I'm sorry you troubles here. The fonts must synchronize and work offline if you will need to have the creative cloud running app.

• How can I change the font size on my tab headings and bookmarks menu? The fonts have inexplicably increased in size and I can't find an option to change them.
