  Printer: OJ6500 E709n (wireless printer)

  OS: Windows 7 Pro

  Here's my problem.  I ran into a problem with my printer don't want not to send the scanned on the network and after checking everything (router, firewall, etc, etc) I tried to re - install the driver and the software OJ6500vE709_Full_14.exe, but something happened and it crashed.

  The problem is not the drivers because I can still print, but I can't use or remove any software and still cannot use the scanner.  Programs are displayed in the "programs and features" but try to uninstall, there has no effect.

  I ran the washer HP and nothing, pilots have disappeared but the software is still there.

  Here is the list of software that I can't uninstall:

  Program HP Customer Participation 14.0

  HP Document Manager 2.0

  HP Imaging Device functions 14.0

  HP Smart Web Printing 4.60

  Center solutions HP 14.0

  I was able to remove problem registry entries, but that might make things worse because I do not know which to delete.

  Short of reformatting, I am ideas.

  the uninstall does not necessarily mean that the files are deleted kin your computer, the best that you can do this time is to backup all your files and programs and then reformat your hard drive to a new installation and upgrade of Windows.

  MSE installed last night. Conflict with zonealarm free, so, today, used Revo uninstall to remove mse. Alert security Windows icon in the system tray, always there. If I click on it, you will see the Security Center page. How can I get rid of those 2 things?

  I have tried everything I can think and suggested in your base of knowledge, but FF does not open. I downgraded to a version earlier, but which did not help so I uninstalled everything and did a clean reinstall of the 7.0.1. I restarted at every stage.

  Uninstall depends on origin of the App, Apps in the Mac App Store can be removed by pressing the icon in Launchpad, until all the Apps shake by clicking on the in the corner. Others may be moved to the trash. Other applications may have to uninstall apps in the Applications folder in the Finder, and others may require a combination of dragging to the Recycle Bin and deleting a few files manually.

  I have two Macs running El Capitan, which is old enough (2008 iMac) and am not at all have this problem. If you look through these forums, you will find that many of the slow running issues have been resolved simply by getting rid of the 3rd party anti virus and Mac apps from cleaning. Here, the consensus seems to be that these applications are useless on Macs and slow them down at best and are downright harmful in the worst case. I have none of them on any of my Macs and you have never run in the problems of virus or malware from OS X launch back to 1999. My advice would be to uninstall everything these programs from your Mac and see if that helps. And don't bother to re install later. You do not claim them, particularly the so-called cleaners. OS X does this work by himself.
