  To Center a page you need 3 things:

  (1) a document valid type,

  (2) with a width of container in pixels, ems or percentages.

• Why is - what happens to my CF8 installation?

  I recently bought a server with Windows 2008 Standard Edition and I bought a copy of CF8 standard.  CF8 installed on the server and everything went well.  Added a site to the server through IIS and the site if poster and all, EXCEPT for the contact page, on which I have a textarea with richtext.  On my dev machine it fine appeared and worked well, on the server it doesn't? MORE things like making text required with messages boxes do not work (it will make the CFML, but does not display the richtext box or the js alert when a required field is missing), but on my dev machine (which is my MacBook with CF8 installed), it worked fine.

  So I think for me, what is causing this and decide to uninstall CF8 and reinstalling CF8 (maybe watered installation) GUESS WHAT, now all CF code runs on the server as well now.  So now I'm happy and go to build another site on the server.  GUESS WHAT, same thing.  The original site now works fine, but the new site is not made the richtext boxes and alerts of required fields do not work.

  What causes this.  Is this something im doing? What is Windows 2008?

  Please advise, because I about to pull out my hair.  I can't keep uninstalling and reinstalling CF8 to make my sites to work 100% with CF8

  Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:

       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox

  I suggest you try the following steps to resolve this problem:

  Processors must be of the same type - for example 64-bit Intel/AMD can work with the other processors of Intel/AMD 64-bit of the different clock speeds (but not with the Itanium processors).

  If I HA single ESX VM cluster resumes on next available host.

  If I single cluster DRS of ESX - VM ESX vmotion will busy unless charges ESX (- from charge - which means more CPU / memory)

  Question: what happens to VM on HA - DRS cluster. ??

  Scenario; VM is part of ESX, which has properties of HA - enabled DRS.

  I have one of the ESX restart. Automatically virtual for next ESX vmotion machine? It also RESTARTS on next available ESX

  Q is going to restart or not restart?

  It's pretty simple:

  HA--> HA--> VM restarts when an unexpected failure has caused your VMs to descend

  DRS--> Distributed Resource Scheduler--> Can migrate seamlessly to the VMS between hosts when there is an imbalance of the burden of your cluster. You can also use "maintenance mode" to evacuate a host when you know that something is about to go wrong.

  So in answer to your questions:

  If you restart one of the guests then:

  (1) you would have of the placed in maintenance mode before hand and VMs will be migrated to another host (vmotioned)!

  (2) If you forgot to put in maintenance mode that will be restarted the virtual machines.

• What is the problem with the graphics on the upper right of the browser. Why is this happening?

  It gets a lot worse that what can be seen in the image on screen shot (below). This does not happen with other browsers (Safari, for example). This also occurs on the right side of my toolbar.

  The above mentioned page doesn't have to download, so here is a description of what happens:

  Flashing of the grey squares on the side right of the browser (the scroll bar and the parts of the web page) and on the right end of the toolbar.

  You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Firefox > Preferences > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.

  You will need to close and restart Firefox after enabling/disabling this setting.
