  Hello
  
  Hoping someone can help - I need to create a prompt in a request for answers to allow users to choose a customer - I need this to be similar to a multiple selection in a dashboard command prompt so that the user can type begins by and find the customer what they want. Currently, the only options of answers is to scroll through the entire list or type the value directly. The application is simply posted as a link on a page of dashboard - I'd rather not have to create another page of dashboard if possible.

  Patricia, you try to do this more difficult it must be. Of after what you say, just use value Interaction > Browse the report which lists all the names "begins with Pat. Put "is invited" on the name of the destination report cust column and it will give you the "last step" you are looking for.

  P.S. a lot of useful tips in this thread. It would be nice to price messages with points.

  Expected result:
  
  Name, Date, country, Aux01, Aux02 (union HERE of all the values in TableA and TableB)
  
  I created a similar application
  
  After the creation of quick dashboard based on name (values should be TableA prompt name.) Name and TableB.Name Union).

  For each quick column create variable presentation.
  Apply the filter to each column of each criterion separately making it equal to the presentation variable. (Click on the filter columns-> below you can see Add Click on this-> Variable-> presentation). Give variable that you created for this column in the command prompt.

  as suggested by Srini, you can create the above requirement with request of the Union and make the dummy columns in col1, col2.col3 in second request and col4, col5 col6 at first request.

  Use something like ifnull('',0) (I guess col1 to col6 are numerical values).

• Lost money after combine with a similar request

  I used the option "combine with a similar request" to combine the 2 reports that have exactly the same columns.
  The only difference between them is that they use different filters.
  The action of the combine is made correctly but the sum over the years is missing
  When I run the 2 reports separately for each of them that the amount is shown in the report but when I combine it is absent.

  I am creating an answer using the 'Direct request for database' option. Here I do not see how this set answer.
  I want to use this response in the dashboard and get prompt dashboard to send the value to respond. We have no work around for this scenario.

  you do not have to create the column is invited, just add the following statement in the sql you wrote
  and tab.col1 = (@{pv} {1})
  where tab.col1 is the actual database column that is equivalent to a presentation variable pv
  now, to make a prompt of any sector of activity and set the default value to a specific value with single quotes "If the column is of type character and assign it the same variable presentation pv as assigned in the direct application of the database report.

  I am new to this forum and am revolted by the attitude of the staff of the Toshiba customer support to my legitimate request for a free upgrade to windows 7, here's an email I wrote in which I would appreciate your comments on:

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your response to my legitimate request for a free upgrade to Windows 7 see I recently spent more than £1,000 of one of your products.

  After having several problems with the Vista operating system, I telephoned your customer on December 4 and had a conversation with an employee who could not satisfy me as to why my machine was not entitled to an update free to Windows 7, as mentioned on your web site.

  He offered to take me up to a supervisor I agreed and that was connected to a female member of staff who tried to explain that my model did not appear in the "promotion". I couldn't sense in explaining, in the context of facts that my machine was of the same age and from the same family as those seen offer "promotion."

  This employee was still unable to respond or understand my question and said that it is not technical interested so I asked him to put me through to his supervisor and after 10 minutes on the line, I need to speak to Alistair Cook.

  Mr. Cook explained 'promotion' for me, but could not explain why my model was not an option, so he said he'd call at the time where he discovered why. What he has made some time after and repeated her account earlier with no clarity. He said he would do more research on the issue and send me the results.

  Please send the request into pieces of 32 k, after setting the following header:

  UTL_HTTP.set_header ( http_request, 'Transfer-Encoding', 'chunked' );
  

  Similarly, the response must be read using a loop and iterative calls to UTL_HTTP.read_text.

  Curretly do I of Siebel end but I want to know if it is possible since the end of the OPA too and how?

  I have developed interfaces SOA (11 g, Jdev 11.1.1.2.0) which has the applicant ABC, ABC and ABC of provider Ombudsman.
  I use the AccountingEntry EBO and CreateAccountingEntryListEBM.
  
  1 / in the applicant ABC (synchronous process), is called the database/table, data are sent to the EBS (Ombudsman ABC), also the Ombudsman sends the data to the provider ABC (synch process) where SAP is invoked and response is returned to EBS (Ombudsman ABC) and any further BSE sends the response to the provider when am store the answer back in the table/database
  
  application: applicant-> EBS (plectrum)--> Provider (SAP)
  answer: provider-> EBS-> applicant
  
  The issue I'm facing is with mediator ABC
  1 / in the scenario current, using two mediators, one for the application and another for the answer, am not able to capture the response of SAP (provider ABC) even if the response is sent by SAP, so think for one Ombudsman.
  2/when I use only one mediator who is to handle the request and response, mediator does support this. Please let me know your veiws and apprecaite your help.

  I've developed a scenario by using the AccountingEntryEBO, using 10.1.3.4 (not the 11 g version you use)
  However for my scenario, you can replace BSE with the Ombudsman.

  We had the following processes:

  1 source adapter (BSE)
  2. the applicant (BPEL) ABC - when this process called the EBS, with an Invoke, you must use a set of correlations (see below), then there is a stage of reception where it waits for a response that also uses the correlationset even.
  3 EBS (BSE)
  4. the ABC (BPEL) provider - call the target adapter and on completeion successfully, then called the EBSResponse process
  5 lens adapter (BSE)
  6 EBSResponse (BSE) - think of the ABC's of the applicant
  7 SourceAdapter update (BSE) - this adapter updates a flag on the table to say that it has been delivered with success or failure. (but can also be used to return values according to your requirement)

• I get a request for local storage through Adobe flash which I can't get rid of

  When I opened a site of video or audio as the NPR media player http://www.npr.org/player/v2/mediaPlayer.html?action=2 & t = 1 & islist = false & id = 370394953 & m = 370394958 & live = 1 I get a request for Adobe Flash Player settings for Local storage. Clicking on accept or decline does not a doggone thing. I don't have the problem with Google Chrome, but I really prefer to use Firefox. I had the problem with other sites next to NPR (National Public Radio All Things Considered). It does not interfere with the download, but there really with the NPR player. My world will not end if you do not resolve the problem, but it would be nice if you could. I live in the Philippines, so that might be a factor.
