• Is there a way to merge/combine forms?

  Is it possible for me to merge/combine multiple simple shapes (like several rectangles or a rectangle and a circle) to create a form more complex? I found no option that allows me to combine forms, but as a library for my forms, I was wondering if, perhaps, I missed something simple?

  I did a Rectangle which I modified the form

  On the same layer and then I selected the Ellipse tool and set it to combine form

  then I create little circles and placed on the left and right ~ I placed the circles half and half on the Rectangle off

  However, when I rotate the objects they are combined is more and turn not together...?

  any ideas?

  Oh, also... I'm repeating circles up and down and I want to keep their percisely online but when I use the direct Selection tool to select the first circle made and then use copy / paste and then use the arrow keys to move the circle to the top... are these copied and moved again in fashion circles combine form? I was wondering because it doesn't seem like they are always combined.

  I disabled by clicking the move tool after completing all settings, but which did not help either.

  If you use the path Selection tool and then rotate fails to spin subpaths of a form, then that looks like what I illustrated with my second screenshot above - the subpaths are selected, while others are not. Even if you have changed the PST to, say, the move tool, a rotation will affect only the selected subpaths when you leave the PST, at least that all subpaths are deselected.

  Opt/Alt-click on the thumbnail of the form in the tracks Panel while a path of access/Shape tool is active will select all subpaths, and you can then rotate the entire shape.

• Combining forms with pdf files

  I need to find a way to combine my new LiveCycle form with my pdf files that have reliable text fields. When I try to combine them, I get a message saying "Adobe XML forms cannot be merged". My goal is to be able to link and fill in all the fields of the form to pdf files. Thank you in advance.

  You will need to combine them all in LiveCycle. PDF of Acrobat and LiveCycle PDF are not compatible.

  I think you can simplify the solution with something like this:

  

  This adds a random number of days between 0 and 127104 to the start date.

  You can get the number of days between two days simply by subtracting B2 - A2, here.  Or you can use = DATEDIFF (A2, B2, "D")

  The easiest way is to convert all 3 forms in a "Paint" object You can then assign each a different color, including 'none' for the borough.

  The objects remain separated and can be moved freely.

• Combining the 2 forms of Photoshop CS6

  I have a form, it has no fill, so this is just a preview, it's a glimpse of a leg.

  Now what I want to do is to draw an additional contour inside this sketch of the leg, but I don't want 2 end up with 2 distinct forms (2 coats), I want to outline 2 directly in the first, so it's all a large vector shape.

  For some reason, it seems impossible to do in Photoshop CS6. If I select combine forms, menu, tool pen in free form and then draw the outline of the 2nd in the 1st plan, when I stop I don't end up with a contour of drawing combined (on top) the first, instead, it seems fair to do some weird cuts and I find myself with the narrowing of first plan and the outline I just drew appear not as a preview , but as a path.

  It's something that works perfectly in Flash pro, you draw a shape, you attract each other on top and you then have two perfectly combined, no fuss, no bother. You can even vary the intensity of the race in any point along the line in Flash, I'm not sure that this is still possible in Photoshop.

  Any ideas what goes wrong in photoshop or how to do this in photoshop?

  You can almost get what you want by working a little differently.

  When you use the pen tool in the options bar, choose the path instead of the form option. Draw each of your paths, as you normally would. When all paths you want on a single layer are drawn, click the Trace Panel. The Brush tool and choose the color and the width of the contour line. Then select one of the paths by clicking on it with the tool "black arrow". At the bottom of the track Control Panel click the icon for "trace the path with brush. You can repeat this process for the other race tracks.  If all the paths on a layer will have the same contour, then select them all and click on icon of race caresseront all.

  Note that for the kind of work that you seem to do this approach has the advantage of using a brush (see low path in the example), which can produce very interesting effects.  The vectors in the Panel traced paths must be named if you want to save it in the document.  In addition, if you want all paths on one layer to merge, then alt click on the thumbnail of the relevant path, and then in the drop of path operations choose fusion form components.

  I am very new to Ajax and Java

  So I'll need a bit of hand holding on it.

  If it's too much to explain in a post on the forum, I'd be willing to pay someone to set up properly and to explain so that I can repeat on my own $50.

  But here's what I'm trying to do.

  Presentation of multiple forms with single submit button.

  I need to create many many forms, so rather than repeat the basics (details and company info)

  I would just be able to manufacture PARTS of form and then build forms much faster this way.

  The forms I created are for various applications.

  I use the personal and professional contacts as the first 2 examples, but I'm going ELSEWHERE, I also understand according to the form.

  So just keep in mind these are examples.

  The point is that each PARTY is a separate form.

  The reason clear to achieve is to save time, many similar applications that I need to do the construction.

  Example 1

  Form of home insurance

  SECTION A - personal information

  PART H - home (s) address

  PART F - personal fire and alarm information

  PART C - the previous insurance issues and cancellation insurance

  ----------------

  submit button: supports all 4 forms above

  Example 2

  The company insurance form

  SECTION A - personal information

  PART B – business contact information

  PART D - commercial address information (what to do if several addresses?)

  PART E - business and information fire alarm

  So ideally, I would need the following requirements.

  1. present the single button

  2. present the code can handle 2 or more parts not the value # specific

  3. I would prefer if it was automated code (so I don't have to change the code every time, I can simply add the parts - and also long ID # or named it will work correctly)

  4. If there is a problem with any PART stop the entire form

  5-

  A question, I had barely know is how "combine" forms a single entity so that they can change it later if necessary?

  * main problems I have with BC forms:

  I did a lot of work with them recently, so I get a kick of the foibles, but there is always a ton of issues and roadblocks that I meet that requires a workaround solution.

  I wish I knew how to make dynamic British Colombia forms, because the BC is not a data source for multiple selection option, we must create a webapp connection to combine everything.

  Unless there is another way to combine multiple forms, I guess that's what about this discussion/issue together.

  Are you ok with BC being unable to report on the data of the form? Rather than having the fields map to a client-server, you could serialize the form data (in JSON format, perhaps) and submit the entire form in a single field in a form BC, or an element of the Webapp.

  This would allow the form fields to be as dynamic as you can imagine. you will be not restricted to use only the form fields that have been declared in the admin.

  You have to take care around the diagram, because BC does not have an influence or support for that. It also means that when you want to display the data, you will need to go through your own deserializer. In addition, there are length limits to keep in mind.

• Can I combine a smart shape and a hotspot of reversal in CP8 legend, but not group the legend of rolling itself?

  CP8, I want to create an object - a red point - that will be used for the legends of overview throughout a project. I have created a red dot, created a legend of turnover and the point of interest rollover the red dot of the size. I would like to group the red dot and the hotspot, so I can easily duplicate the combined object. However, when I consolidate them, the legend itself becomes an integral part of the group. I tried, but have not found a way to do it. Or is there a better way to create a rolling object which can be moved independently of the legend of flipping?

  The rollover area and the legend of working capital are an object, although you can configure their properties separately. It seems logical to me that they come together in a group, you see only a single object in the timeline: the rollover area.

  Why, that should help move the legend on his own? You must always select the scene, because it doesn't have a separate timeline. You can move, resize the bounding box for the group just because of the form, or the rollover area, or the legend of turning movement. In these 3 screenshots, you can see same group with only one form and a legend of reversal. Second screenshot, I moved from the area, third, I moved the legend.

• How to deal with forms not continuous and graphic styles

  I don't know how to phrase this question so I will try to describe the problem.

  Imagine that I have two forms. One is a hollow circle (like a doughnut chart). The second is filled with a smaller circle. The smaller filled circle is then poitioned inside the hoolowed one, if you as a target, but with no group 'middle '. I want to do is apply a graphic style to the COMBINED form. The problem is that if I select both shapes and apply the style, each form will have its own style, whereas what I want is for the style to be spread across the two forms as if they were one. And if I use the generator of form tool, when I join two forms, from outside, filled circle inside circle dug, I filled in the form of the "middle band" then I want this median strip to be empty.

  You can probably I don't know Illustrator and Photoshop is from. PS, I can simply select my two shapes and apply a style. Given that my selection is a form that does not take into account the median strip, the style applies uniformly to the entire selection. I can do something similar in Illustrator? In reality, my network of forms is more complex than the example above and I have to keep a vector.

  Really, there are two types of Graphic Styles - object styles level and group level. It is Impossible to tell what style is who. So if you have a level of the Style object and try to apply it to a group of objects or often a compound shape, you get each object with the style. If you have a style of group level and try to apply it to an object, you often get asked anything.

  It may seem that you have a style of object level and try to apply it to a group.

  There is no way to convert a level of the object style to a style of group level or vice versa. The best (and almost only) I found to work around this problem is to apply the style to the correct level then take note of all the style settings, select other classes and recreate the style of this level.

  Whether or not a style applies correctly has a lot to do with specific aspects of the style in addition to what level the style originated from. It is a frustrating aspect of Graphic Styles.

  Same works of query (as used in cursor c1) fine in Toad but gives bad result of forms... and the problem is xaq field i.e returns incorrect quantity...

  Tousje,

  To have a clipping mask, you must have only one path (which may be a composite path) on top; in this context (the combined form of the letters of) Type shows as one (compound) path.

  If you must use a clipping mask, you can:

  (1) select hexagons and object > path > Outline Stroke.

  (2) pathfinder > unit, which they will turn into a compound path with good shape;

  (3) also select objects underlying and Ctrl/Cmd + 7.

  Or you can:

  (1) select the two hexagons and just group them, and then change the color to black (or white);

  (2) also select underlying objects or transparent, click palette flyout opacity mask with ticked Clip and mask invert checked (or unchecked).

• Adobe Photoshop Fill

  Hi, I've been using photoshop for less than 5 months and I recently came across something with the paint bucket and fills the path. I use the "pen tool" and I make my selection and I filled the way, or I use the paint bucket. And when I use the tool it fill out my selection. I'm looking to the top what happens, but nothing is coming on this one topic. Please help me.

  You need to invert the selection.

  OR, to prevent need to check your pen tool preferences.

  I suspect that you draw (what I call) a path to the outside.

  

  If change you it to the option "combining forms" you will not have this problem.
