Non riesco a disinstallare mi e cloud creative dice:

"Impossibile disinstallare Creative Cloud Desktop dato che e occupied". Come devo fare?

    At work, we have several workstations that have only a user on them, but we have a shared notebook that is for employees who are away from the office. We have the creative cloud installed on this shared laptop, but we have several users on this laptop.

    When we install Adobe Creative Cloud, it will be available for the whole machine out of a license, or that it will be available only on a per-user basis, where one license = one user?

    unless you have an enterprise for multiple users license, an a user (the licensee) is authorized to use your single user adobe programs (legally).

    ARE ALL OTHER PAID-BC PARTNER/CREATIVE CLOUD SUBSCRIBERS WHO USE MUSE TO PUBLISH SITES TO THE BC FREE SITES THA ENHANCED WITH CLOUD CREATIVE HAVING THIS PROBLEM?

    This problem began, coincidentally or not, after you have installed AIR update tonight.

    We have a creative cloud account and managed installed Muse and used to compile and upload both our 5 free sites of BC without problem.

    (We have also a separate paid partner account Business Catalyst with different credentials.)

    Tonight we reviewed one of the free sites of Muse and tried, as usual, publish only the files changed to its corresponding provided CC site.

    But Muse to publish dialogue would not could not 'see' the CC account, indicating that we were not allowed to use and rather tempted to move towards the publication on a new site or existing under the BC account paid partner.

    After that a cat, then a call with Adobe technology supports, they me transferred to another area of support, but we were cut...

    Development of the two CC sites is so dead in the water...  We hope that Adobe can solve this problem as soon as POSSIBLE!

    Never use us the account paid in BC and the CC account or software at the same time.  But it seems that perhaps Muse is looking for Adobe account login information (for example, in the cookies) and find and use the paid BC count info (that would be nuts, because the application of Muse has been downloaded under the CC account).

    We will make this post on the forums of Muse and British Colombia.

    The BC account that is used by default is determined when you first install Muse, is the same Adobe ID account that holds your CCM or Muse subscription. If you need publish on a BC that uses a different Adobe ID account, you can do by passing the target Adobe ID for the publication in the dialog box Preferences of Muse.

    Please go to the Preferences of Muse dialog box and confirm the Adobe ID targeted when editing in British Colombia is good. Note the BC target account is an implementation, if you switch between two .muse files that need to download on various accounts of BC, you need the target account in preferences.

    ICH habe mein Studium und mein Cloud Abo so aus finished. ICH wanted Nun die Augsburg Cloud Deinstallieren und mir ein elements Produk aufspielen bis ich einen job habe, aber sie Lasst sich nicht Deinstallieren Stephens den implement. ICH habe einen PC Windows, Win10.

    ICH habe schon nach anleitung, Cloud die mit dem Creative Cloud Uninstaller deinstalliert und versucht die Cloud wieder zu Installieren um die other program zu löschen, aber das nicht geht.

  • Installer of creative cloud leaves early in the installation process

    It's the sort of two problems. For my first problem, I now have a different problem. I'll describe them both.

    System:

    Intel Core i7 - 6700K

    ASUS Z - 170 Deluxe

    32 GB OF RAM

    1.2 TB SSD

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980

    OS was originally Windows Update November 10, now Windows 10 anniversary (Version 1607, OS Build 14393.187)

    I have creative cloud installed my desktop PC (the above specifications) and my book of Surface. Everything works fine on the book of the Surface and they are on the same network. Initially, all the applications worked fine on my desktop but at some point along the way, most of them is launch order. Photoshop, Illustrator, and Muse would launch very well, but Lightroom 6.1.1 InDesign, bridge, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Dreamweaver and Media Encoder would do anything if try to start either in the start menu or the CC app things I tried to solve this problem:

    • Reset.
    • Check out CC on all devices, then back away from logging in.
    • Uninstalling and reinstalling the CC.
    • Off my C:\User\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe preferences, uninstalling CC, deleting the old prefs, CC reinstalling backup.

    Finished always with the same results. Then I out of the CC, uninstalled all applications including CC, set a Recovery Point and proceeded to remove any related Adobe (uninstalled all Adobe software, open the registry and deleted all the registry keys associated with CC). Rebooted, installed CC, same results. Was able to install the applications, but only 3 of them would launch. Disconnected CC, CC uninstalled, restored to my previous Recovery Point. Tried to install CC again at this stage, the same results. Could install apps, but most of them will not start.

    I was at this point on the Windows 10 November update so I decided to maybe switch to the update of the anniversary, he'll fix it. Thus once again signed off CC, CC uninstalled and upgraded Windows 10 for the last birthday update (Version 1607, OS Build 14393.187).

    Now, I have a different problem. The CC Setup program does not work. It starts initialization and gets to the point where it says "download of CC. If not launched in administrator mode it just leaves at this point. If run in administrator mode it displays a dialog box stating: "we encountered the following problems: setup initialization failed." I tried to install in safe mode (with networking) and got the same results. I don't have a problem of the internet; I am able to log in to the Adobe site (as you can see on this post) and my book of Surface on the same network is having no problem whatsoever.

    Any ideas?

    I just got a laptop and I am trying to download photoshop and lightroom and everytime I go to download it, it says trial, no download. How to download on my laptop. I have two programs already downloaded to my desktop. It is not autonomous his creative through cloud.

  • Cannot install all software from the creative cloud

    Hey there,

    I recently formatted my hard drive which contained all my outside Lightroom adobe software.

    Now, I tried to reinstall my software CC and they don't download and install. I get a message that I can't install it on a drive network hard (or similar of sth.), even if I have my local disk (C: /) chosen as the installation path for applications. My lightroom works fine, the rest will not be installed.
