command line delete vpn

Hi, I'm a newbie to command-line 6.4 AMPS & I'm looking for the command to remove an unused vpn key, e.g. 'key1 '.

Can someone advise? Sorry, tried looking everywhere for the exact command. Or is there a GUI method?

Thank you

Hello

ASA Firewall the Pre Shared Key is located under the configurations of the group "tunnel". So the PSK is linked to the VPN configuration

To be honest, if you delete a PSK of an ASA configuration then you are usually by removing the entire VPN configurations also.

Depending on the version of your ASA real (not ASDM) software configuration format is different

It may be

Group-tunnel VPN ipsec-attributes

IKEv1 pre-shared-key *.

or it can be

Group-tunnel VPN ipsec-attributes

pre-shared key *.

The "tunnel-group" is named with the IP address (for example, 1.2.3.4) if we talk about the L2L VPN connection. If we talk about the VPN Client connection, then the "tunnel-group" is usually a name as in my example above.

  • Command line configuration Client VPN for UC500

Hi all, I have a Cisco UC500 on a site and I need to set up the VPN Client for users remotely in. The Configuration Wizard has an easy however, it errors when trying to save it. Dangerous than the external interface error has been partially configured via the command line.

So I would try to set this up via the command-line, however, I can't find any doc about all this that I find are for routers, ASA and PIX. Have a walk through this set up via the command line?

    Thank you

Configuration of the VPN Client on UC500 is the same as the router. You can use the example of the configuration of routers.

  • How can I make and delete a snapshot of the command line in ESXi 4?

How can I make and delete a snapshot of the command line in ESXi 4?  ghettoVCB4i does, but I need unusual behaviour for two virtual machines.  I need to be able to save only one of the two virtual drives, not both.  So I can't use this script here.  I need to write a script that will:

    1 copy off the .vmx

2 make a snapshot of a virtual computer running

3 use the vmkfstools command to clone the vmdk in the backup location

    4 remove the snapshot.

The snapshot is the part that I do not know how.  I do not see a flash drive in vmkfstools and I do not understand the snapshot code in ghettoVCB4i.

    Thank you!

vmkfstools is a tool for working with VMDK, has nothing to do with stereotypes. In the Busybox unsupported console, the only tool that you can use for some of the management of the virtual computer is vim-cmd , which is about a wrapper for VMware vimsh, take a look at our site for more information: http://engr.ucsb.edu/~duonglt/vmware/#vmware_vimsh

Basically, you're going to do something like the following:

    vim-cmd "vmsvc/snapshot.create XXXX FIRST_SNAPSHOT MY_FIRST_SNAPSHOT_1"

where XXXX is VmId to the virtual machine that is retrieved from vmsvc/getallvms, then you are going to deliver the snapshot.remove

Here are some other useful commands dealing with snapshots:

    Vim - cmd vmsvc/snapshot.removeall \[VmId]

    [[[vim - cmd vmsvc/snapshot.remove \[VmId\] \[removeChildren\] \[snapshotLevel\] \[snapshotIndex\]

    Vim - cmd vmsvc/snapshot.get \[VmId\]

ghettoVCB4i uses vimsh to do these things as well.

  • Firefox command line option 'no-remote' launches a redirection of spam

I set up multiple profiles in Firefox. I want to be able to run multiple profiles at the same time, so I created the shell script to start each profile; example:

    nohup /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox Pei User01 no remote > / dev/null 2 > & 1 &

When I do that, I get the following pop - up. The endpoint may change, but the section of domain.domainggateway.com that seems to start forwarding appears every time.

    http://11165504-364378.domain.domaingateway.com/redirect?o=0 & y = 0 & x = 0 & r=http%3A%2F%2Fpdamv.bidsystem.com%2Fppc%2Fclick.aspx < deleted long chain - c >

I have narrowed down in determining that this will happen only when I use the option 'no-remote '.

I suspected that I had malicious programs from a Plugin. So I carefully and completely uninstalled Firefox, twice. Yet both times I kept getting this pop-up when you start by the above command. I have not found a solution.

I now suspect some lance this code lies in the official download of Firefox, but I don't know how to dig into that one more away. Ideas on how to figure out where it comes from and how to fix?

'Re missing you the main hyphen before '- no - remote', if Firefox thinks you want to open the remote Web site no.

    • nohup /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-aucun-distance Pei "User01" > / dev/null 2 > & 1 &

You can add - no.-distance to the command line to open another instance of Firefox with its own profile and run multiple instances of Firefox at the same time.

Note that you can not open external links in a Firefox instance started with the - non-interrupteur remote, usually it is recommended to launch default profile without the - No.-remote switch unless you are never to open external links (by clicking on a link in an email) in Firefox.

You probably have some of the older than the needs/desires software legacy Java installed.

Please see these sons of community message:

After the installation of El Capitan, I get the message: to use the 'java' command line tool, you must install a JDK

Just found this last Java does not work with El Capitan

This is the Apple link to the legacy version of Java 6.

First of all, I would like to try to identify what application generated the next message and update (delete) this request as the case may be. If you need to run Java then, as the Apple Support page says it's certainly preferable that your installation of Java entirely up-to-date with the Oracle's Java course. If you can get without Java, you should install it not - like the Flash, it should not be installed unless you have no choice.

  • Read command line arguments to TestStand sequence start, moving within the sequence

Start a sequence by using a batch file and add command line arguments. Example: "MySequence.seq Arg1.

Now, within the sequence I want to read this first (and another) argument "Arg1".

There is a stage in the ActiveX for that, giving a type (object reference) channels, see screenshot.

Question: How to use this reference to read the argument?

Honestly I don't think that you are using it correctly.  I think that your application in your UI Manager must handle this.  However, to answer your question:

According to the TestStand help CommandLineArguments property is of type string.  It comes to aid of TestStand as well:

    Channels

  • Follow-up of command line question

Earlier today, I asked for advice on how to remove a troublesome file using the command line.

When I opened the command prompt, it is set to c:\Documents and holder

    I tried led annoying file

The command prompt said not found

However, my embarrassing is a record in the E:\  CD player (file waiting to be written on the CD)

Please indicate how do to the E:\  Command line CD player.

Thank you... I am confident that I'm getting closer to delete this file!

Forget to e.  The file is not on E, it's on your hard drive (C) waiting to be burned (written) on a CD (that will E).

When you have done the research and found the file, what happened when you selected (clicked once on) the file and you press the delete key?

If for some reason you can't use the graphical interface (for example, Windows Explorer) to remove the file, open a command prompt.

[Press ENTER after typing each orders]

    The prompt (as you noted)

    C:\Documents and holder

    Local parameters of type cd

The prompt now show you C:\Documents and Settings owner

    Application of type cd data

The prompt now show you C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data of owner

    Type cd Microsoft

The command prompt now shows C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft owner

    Type cd CD Burning

The command prompt now shows C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning owner

    Type dir

You should get a list of all files in the directory of CD burning. Most likely, your annoying file is listed.  Led type followed by the file name.

You could do all this in one step, of

    C:\Documents and holder

Type cd "C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning owner"

The quotes may or may not be necessary (I don't remember at the moment), but should not hurt to have them.

  • How to remove a shortcut with the command line?

How to remove a shortcut with the command line?

How to make a backup of the local users and groups with command line?

You delete a shortcut, just as you would remove any other file.  A shortcut will end with the extension ".lnk".  So assuming you are trying to remove the shortcut named "Shortcut.lnk" which appears to the user 'Bob's Office, you use the button Delete (del) or 'clear' command by specifying the full path to the file.  (Remember to put filename in quotes if there is a space anywhere in the path or name) as in:

    del "C:\documents and settings\Bob\Desktop\Shortcut.lnk".

What kind of a backup 'users and groups' you want to do?  If there is a backup of the users and groups as written in the registry, a good registry as C:\WINDOWS\ERUNT backup program that will make the command line.  If you are trying to backup all users and their data as well, then you are better off with a backup program.

  • Need help to remove the files of the United Nations necessary for the command line

    Original title: DELETING FILES

I have a large amount of support .png files that have been placed on my C:\ drive, by some malicious programs or the system.  Whatever it is, I want to remove them because they take a disproportionate amount of space (about 25 GB to an indicative value).  They are in a sub-sub-sub etc directory and appear to be copies of random images as advertisements for computers, cars, soccer players and goodness knows what else, since every time I try to see, explore stops at halfway through, due to the large amount of files.

So my question is: is there a way to delete these files without the help of Windows Explorer, for example by using a command line? or is there another utility of file management that I could use?

I would appreciate help on this.

    Start > type CMD

Right click on CMD and select run as administrator

You type the command DEl as written in the link I mentioned earlier.  Just make sure that you type the location of the file and names as you see them on your system.

I discovered that there was a mismatch between the ' / monitoredHost/name "used by the agent of systeme_windows and the virtual 'name' machine, which this script assumes must match.

I've seen the advice that the old syntax WinXP works but I can not put the root of the view.  The desired folder appears but [in the left pane] all unwanted folders appear also [e.g., Favorites, libraries, all other folders for the user, network] which severely complicates the view, especially once I have develop subfolders in the folder desired.  In Windows XP, the part of the root of the activated syntax look at a just the folder and its subfolders [so that the left pane just to show my documents in the left pane for example].  Simple representations of WinXP can be created in Win7?

Which is not clarified your original intention; I see now that you were recommending "the new paradigm" rather than offering a way to recreate the previous.

As for me, I only occasionally used far the paradigm of wire of Ariane and never as a total replacement for the navigation pane.  I guess I'll have to turn off the pane for a while and see how the breadcrumbs affects my workflow.  I've been very heavily dependent on the visual appearance of the component and be able to see the hierarchy and relationships... but on the technical information is also available in the bread crumbs, but not as visually complete.  We'll see.

As an addendum, it is worth noting that, despite this overhaul two times you mentioned, Explorer still apparently accepts all the original XP - era command-line switches, as / root, even if they have no relevance and seem to be ignored.  If the switches is nothing more do, then for gods sake why not to delete and generate a warning or polite error?
