  When I try to send an attachment on my msn hotmail account, the range of options that contains the option 'Attachment' briefly appears, then disappears so I can do an attachment. It is normally always there when I do a 'new' email. I have written to windows hotmail MSN and they said to optimise my browser, but I don't know how to do this. It works on my other computer and also works on Safari on my Mac. Just can't on my usual Mac with Firefox. So, what to do? Thank you.

  Whenever I try to access my msn.hotmail account on my macbook, it takes 15 + minutes to load, I can not send email and delete email.  It's only on my account, my husband connects on the side of the computer, he is able to access everything fine.  There's no problem check me the email from another computer.  We even changed our router and the problem is still there.  We used Fire Fox and Safari and the slow pace is still there.  This problem occurred for months, we took the macbook to a computer store and they couldn't find any problem with the computer and everything is up-to-date wise program.
