COMPAG HP dc5800 motherboard - what version of slots PCI Express-1 t - it have?

I have a HP Compaq dc5800 p/n AK819AW #ABA.  I am thinking about adding a expansion card, but you should know which version of PCI Express-1 slots are on the motherboard.  They are the original or are they version 2.0?  Any help would be appreciated.  If you need more information on the computer please advise.

Hello:

Here is the link to the Intel chipset plug for the chipset of your PC.

You will see the revision of PCI 1.1 listed.

http://Ark.Intel.com/products/31917/Intel-82Q33-graphics-and-memory-controller

I can tell you that I have personally installed a 2.1 PCIe card (Radeon HD 6570) in a CMT dc7800 who has express Q35 chip set and the specs intel for the Q35 also show a PCIe 1.1 revision.

I have the latest version of the BIOS installed on my dc7800.

  • Slot PCI Express HP p7-1203 question!

I just bought a HP p7-1203 today and I want to update the th graphics card and the specs say that it is a PCI Express x 16 (gen2.0) slot that means it's just a regular PCI Express slot or a PCI Express 2.0 slot? Probably a stupid question.

    http://h20000.www2.HP.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/document.jsp?objectID=c02980014

This means that it is a second generation x 16 PCI-Express slot... so Gen2.0 it conforms to the PCI-E 2.0 standard.

  • Pavilion p6340f: version PCI Express Slot p6340f

Hi all!  I'm upgrading graphic on the hp p6340f computer and need to know the version of the PCI-Express slot for the card that I get functions correctly.  Thanks for any help you can give me.

By checking several motherboards using the Intel G43 Express chipset (same as the one in question), they are all are rated 16 PCI-E 2.0.  The standard 3.0 is more recent than the date of reference of the manufacturer of your PC.  Some PCI-E 3.0 might be OK in this motherboard but make sure that they are backward compatible.

  • I have version 3.6.23 on a desktip PC. When I "check for updates", I get a message that there are no updates available. What version should I do and how do I get it?

I tried to use a tool of shmetsy.com for Etsy. I couldn't use it because of my version of Firefox - 3.6.23
I went 'On Mozilla Firefox' to check the updates and got the message "there is no update available"

I don't know what versions of Firefox work with Shmetsy. They have a page system requirements? It is not in the very short FAQ...

You have later in the line of 3.6.

If you want Firefox 7, go to http://www.mozilla.org/firefox to get the installation program.

Normally, the major updates go without a hitch, but just in case, I recommend to backup your Firefox settings to cover you in the rare case that something is not going. See your backup information. (You can copy your profile folder Firefox together somewhere outside the Mozilla folder).

At the moment European Toshiba driver page doesn't provide drivers and BIOS for the XP operating system.

Of course, you have the SATA driver installed first, if you want to install one of the Windows OS (Vista or XP)
Many people have already installed XP on the L40 PSL40E and they didn't update the BIOS!

  • What version to distribute the screws?

I've done a few screws in BT 5.1 (licensed version only we own) as a proof of concept, and they work very well!

I just installed the Eval 8.6 version, and I can't open them ("old version" error). I want to open them in an intermediate version and the re - save so I can open them in more recent versions, but I want to choose the "right" version to re-record the slot so that they could be more widely used by my customers.

Is there a version somewhere control chart that shows what versions of LV play/pause that versions of file format? for example, I don't want to get them all the way forward to 8.6 if it involves people with 8.2 can't read them, but I don't want to let them to 7.0 so that keeps always incompatible with 8.6.

Once I decide on a version, I will always need help doing the actual conversion, because I only 5.1 and 8.6 Eval

    Thank you!

Take a look at this link to see what versions of LV are needed to make the conversions if high or low.  http://zone.NI.com/DevZone/CDA/tut/p/ID/8387

    Hello:

I don't think that anyone will be able to answer this question with a correct answer of 100%.

You must look at the chipset and determine if these PCIe versions have been introduced.

Based on the chipset (G33), I would say that your PCIe location is v1.1, because Intel had slots capable PCIe 2.0 until the X 38 chipset was introduced.

You should find this article informative.

    http://en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express

You'd probably be 100% sure to install a video card PCIe 2.0 on your computer subject to power supply constraints.

  • How can I tell what version of Windows my Win7 upgrade copy corresponds to?

A few years back, one of my friends gave me his old computer running Windows 7.  I just had to replace the motherboard and processor on it, and when I went to reinstall Windows, I learned that the CD Win7 key he had corresponded to a Windows 7 upgrade version.  From what I could tell, I need to install an older version of Windows first, and then use the upgrade CD to return to Win7.  I installed Windows XP Home Edition and I tried, but the CD Win7 said that I had the wrong version of Windows to upgrade.  I installed Windows Vista and got the same thing.  How can I tell what version of Windows my Win7 update of that CD will modernize?

    Thank you!

Looks like the copy of Windows 7, you were trying to install from Windows XP Home Edition is a 64-bit version.

You will need to boot from the DVD 64 bit Windows 7:

Boot from the Windows 7 DVD

To learn how to change your BIOS options to boot from the DVD drive, the following tutorial:
    http://notebooks.com/2011/05/05/How-to-load-BIOS-and-change-boot-configuration/

    Click Install now
    Accept the license agreement
When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows 7 click Next.

You will receive the following warning:

The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

(At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

  • What Version of PCIe for XPS 435 t

Hi, I want to install a PCIe USB 3.0 card.  What version of PCIe are PCIe slots?  They are PCIe 1.0 or 2.0?    (I have a card 1-way USB 3.0 and I'm trying to manage my expectations for performance.)

I see nothing in the literature of Dell that specifies the PCIe version.  However, this machine uses the X 58 chipset, and Intel said this chipset supports PCIe version 2.0.

Unless you know how to separate installs and use separate profiles with each 37.0.1 Firefox and the former 21.0 vulnerable or 16.0 as you should not share the same profile.

so I suggest you use Firefox portable instead since you seem to have Windows and not Mac OSX or Linux.
