  Hello, my name is Zac.  I spent a lot of time trying to figure this one out for myself, but I couldn't find what I needed.  A few threads looked promising, but I realized that they only apply to the LiveCycle.  Many other threads link to discussion 2006 Thom Parker on this subject, but it is very advanced and I feel that what I need is not as complex as the solution he proposes.  I've never used Adobe Acrobat until a few weeks ago, but with the help of Bernd Alheit and George Johnson I managed to create a document with fly-out help windows and scrolling lists and radio buttons which dictate the choice.  It's great and it works.  The last thing I have to do is to create a text box (or some kind of box) which will display a pre-written block of text based on the user choice in another area (a drop-down list box).  Like this:

  

  I wish, it is also easy to create because it draw a picture of him!  If the user selects "Algebra 1", for example, a specific description display below.  There are a lot of courses and descriptions, and the descriptions are long enough (as shown).  It is not necessary for the user to make changes to the description - in fact, which would be terrible.  But I would like to be able to copy text from it and paste the text in another area of text on the same page.

• Drop-down list - how to use event handler?

  I can't with setting the readonly (via Javascript) in the adjacent text box property to my drop-down list when the index value is a number.

  I tried to use MouseUp and MouseDown OnBlur even... but the readonly does not always get the value true or false,.

  This could be a timing problem? The text box that I am trying to control is the control tab order in the list of controls for this page.

  This same logic works very well in the MouseUp handler for checkboxes. So I was just wondering if it is a bug or should change the my implementation to accommodate drop-down lists? • Nested drop-down lists (3) spontaneously corrupt

  I have a project in Robohelp X 5 which worked well. A topic is incredibly dense (very complex procedure) and includes a drop-down text box nested three layers (layer one contains several drop-down lists, and all of them contain some institutions).
  
  Converted Robohelp 7 project, seemed to convert well. Audited the spelling/grammar on the printed and discovered documentation that this topic has been altered. The first layer contained the * links * layers second, but the * content * second layers had migrated upwards in the first layer.
  
  I have rebuilt the subject (well, part of it), digging in the third layer. When I saved the topic I stepped back to the main view of the subject (as expected). Opens the drop-down text box to the first layer and... he had more corrupted.
  
  Someone knows something like that? Any suggestions on what to do? Color me confused now :-(

  "browser.search.showOneOffButtons" was a temporary pref which lasted from Firefox 34 upward through 42 of Firefox. The underlying code that have supported this preference is gone like Firefox 43.

  I need help to reorganize my combo of bookmarks to make things run in the way that I like. I am former fighter user of Firefox (and Mozilla/Composer etc. way back when). I use Firefox 42.0 on openSUSE 13.2. These two are completely up to date. I'm a fan of Firefox, which is the only browser that I use on my laptop.

  My question is about how to prefix some unwanted with "ZZZ -" titles to make sure they appear only at the bottom of the drop-down list of bookmarks, rather than at the top. The problem is that these six tracks only appear on the list box dropdown bookmarks when I press < Alt > + < B >. They do not appear in the window "library / all bookmarks" in a way I can modify them to insert the prefix. The six titles that I want to move to a more appropriate (and less prominent) space in the list are:
  View all bookmarks
  Bookmark this page
  Subscribe to this page
  To bookmark all tabs
  Bookmarks toolbar
  Download bookmark modules

  I won't be taken away entirely optional. That's why I wish they were downstairs. I just want to get them out of sight, since I was a very organized hierarchy within my bookmark system. I always use strikes, never the pointer clicks, allowing access to my favorites. Those with six in my view area when I opened my favorites to get some desired that URL seems unnecessary. By placing a prefix ZZZ - in front of them, they in alphabetical index would be at the bottom of the list, rather than at the top.

  I would like any ideas you have to help me move these six titles.

  Those are the elements that appear in the list by default.
  You can try to give them a higher value of - moz-box-ordinal-group to reorder the items and move them down.
  All items have to - moz-box-ordinal-group: 1 by default.
  You can set the number to set a specific order of each of the elements.

  Add code to the file userChrome.css below default @namespace.

  I have it! It's the topic: config "hiddenoneoffs" where the 3 elements of google, maps and mcafee have been included. There was no space between Google and maps. I put one in from Google Maps. She appeared in the first box-ff, but not sure about the search in the second time zone. I went back to the subject: one-offs. Safe search was shown with a space after Secure. I took out the space. Safe search arose in the 2nd single search box!

  Look for these wrong email addresses in your address book and remove them.
  Make sure to look in all address books you may have, including the "collected addresses".

  When I click on the bookmarks drop-down list opens. However, instead of appear suddenly, it begins at the top right and zoom out until it is complete.   Hi, hopefully a screenshot can make things more clear - when you right click in the area of the red dot, then a popup menu will appear where you can re-enable the toolbar of bookmarks.

  Click the cell that contains the context menu,

  Click on the brush to Format to open the Format Inspector and click cell.

  The Inspector displays the menu items in the context Menu in this cell.

  

  • To remove a menu item: click on the item to select. Click the button below the list.
  • To edit an item: double-click on the item to select content. Modify if needed.
  • To add an item: click on the button +. Type the content of the element.

  To use the same drop-down list in a different cell:

  • Click the cell that contains the menu to select. Copy.
  • Select the cells to the same menu. Dough.

  Until the most recent update from the drop-down list of the available sites in the search box was easy to read and simple to use. Being able to target its research so easily and conveniently was one of the attractive features of Firefox.

• Drop-down list boxes &amp; menu bar drop-down lists don't no projection in 32.0

  Just upgraded to 32.0 Firefox on my laptop under Windows 7 Professional, for some unknown reason, drop-down boxes on different websites and Firefox menu bar lists drop-down would not show. When you click in the drop-down boxes, blue they just (as usual), but the list would not show. Firefox menu bar drop-down list behave the same way.

  I restarted Firefox in safe mode and this problem does not exist. I suspect it's something to do with the "Default 32.0' under 'Appearance' (as it has been disabled in safe mode). There is no 'Disable' button visible to delete this sub mode. Obviously I can not remove this in SafeMode either.

  I hope you can help as no setting change made during the upgrade and it has become unusable (so go to Google Chrome in the meantime).

  Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache

  Press < Alt > or < F10 > to display the toolbar. Then;
  Tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: clear now

  and

  • Delete Cookies

  Press < Alt > or < F10 > to display the toolbar. Then Tools > Options > privacy.

  Under historical, select Firefox will use the custom settings.
  There is a button on the right side, called View the Cookies.

  If there is still a problem,
  Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
  While you are in safe mode;
  Press the < Alt > or < F10 > key to bring up the toolbar... Then
  Tools > Options > advanced > general.
  Find and stop using hardware acceleration.

  Dig safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart
