Depends on what you need to upgrade to. Probably, you can't move on to a new Creative Suite CS4 because it is the most often is no longer in the upgrade path. CS5 is usually at least in the way, and the only upgrade you could get is for CS6 since Adobe does not sell the old versions.
If you want to join the creative cloud then you should be able to upgrade to the special Introduction plan, they have for the owners of the Creative Suite.

Built with CCP by the package Adobe Acrobat does not completely settle. It starts as if it's installing just fine then suddenly disappears without error. I'm installing under the local administrator account and simply double-click on setup.exe created in the build folder. Am I missing something?

I think you're just double click on the deployer of Exception and not running the same command prompt. Below is the syntax that we use everything using the deployer of Exception on your machine (s).

Creative cloud Packager - Adobe found Muse after Installation
Hello
I'm on OS X. I packed all other CC with creative cloud conditioner. They all work as expected. When I package Adobe Muse and install the .pkg to build, the Installer succeeded but then there is no Adobe Muse in / applications. There is however an uninstall in/Applications/Utilities/Adobe\ installers program / for Muse. I tried:
- Install the .pkg to Muse on a machine with a new OS that never had any apps from Adobe installed before.
- Installed the most recent CC Packager on a new machine.
- Minimum of Muse
- Packaged
- Installed the .pkg again on a fresh OS machine that never had Adobe apps.
- It is not always in the same way.
Please do not suggest that I use http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest_mac because I have 500 macs to install this on. (although it works when I install it manually)

Muse is packaged in the Exception file after creating a package using CCP and must be installed from there. Mentioned below is the command to install Muse of Exception:
ExceptionDeployer.exe - workflow = install - mode = post.

I'm just getting started with adobe creative cloud. I hace low loaded Media Encoder CC 2015 as well as first Pro CC 2015, but when every time I select apps in the app it says "download error please aontact costomer support". I tried to reinstall the creative cloud by using the link provided and I also tried manually. I have Windows 7 with a 64 bit system.

I can't not conversion Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 catalog Adobe Photoshop elements 12 Organizer. I get an error of Conversion failure telling me to repair it with the program that created it. I tried several things including deleting all .avi files in the catalog, removing references to missing files and you try to convert a backup external hard drive. I am running Vista Home Premium on an HP laptop. Optimize the organizer and repair doesn't help in this case.
Does anyone have a history with this or advice?

Hey, 10 new update of the window because I am trying to reinstall my CS6 Design & Web Premium. I deleted all the old stuff and downloaded again package CS6. When I tried to start the Adobe Setup he gave me this:

If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.

I'm a little disappointed to see that adobe did not provide a package "Videography". I think it would be useful to be able to pay a monthly fee to receive first, AfterEffects, SpeedGrade, or something in that sense. It would be very convenient for me and many others. There is no "Videography" plan as the plan of "photograph". Since there are so many video and audio applications, you will eventually pay more money if you do individually or combine them. Get all of the creative cloud gets you not only the plan 'Photography' but 'Videography' apps + "Web apps" + apps 'Design' Accordingly, you giving a better case.

Package Adobe Acrobat Pro XI - Bug after installation
Once installed (excluding Exception added for license), Acrobat Pro XI starts nicely without problems. But when I click with the right button on a Web site and selects "Convert to Web page in PDF format" I get an "evaluation version. 30-day trial or buy license now.
How can I correct this before deploying the software in SCCM?

Built the transform file and deployed to test clients. All are reporting the right click, convert Web pages with a trial dialog box appear. They can use Acrobat and create PDFs of the application without problem. In the case of Word, I get an error "Adobe Acrobat is not activated. Failed to create the PDF file.
I think that granting the exception offline should have rendered it useless?
To summarize for those who are still confused (I got it to work), deploy the Setup.exe (no order required for installation in silent mode) in SCCM.
The Adobe Customization Wizard allows you to make changes, licenses and other. I used the ACW to inject acrobat.dll value into the value by default "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\11.0\Language\current\" and then saved as "Custom.mst" changes with the transformation to generate in the ACW.
Edit the Setup.ini file to take into account what you want to do with Setup.exe. Here is mine with a few modifications for the anonymity of the company. Bold lines are the lines added to patch. The "BOLD" to underscore lines are where I've made changes. Note please. 1044 is the only remaining language code. This is to ensure my company that the Norwegian features are prioritized in the installation:

Edit: Some users get a warning for a restart after Setup.exe has completed 30 seconds. This is even when the restart is defined on delete in the file STD ACW. To work around this problem, you can call a file cmd like this Setup:

All other error codes will be accual mistakes, so we want those rejected.
