Your new PC must have provided with software to play. Otherwise, I'd contact the manufacturer and see if she did or why it didn't.

  • Disable the software of the computer, that I no longer use.

I have the student and teacher of Adobe CS6 Production Premium edition. I'm more interested in using the software and want to sell it. I registered and installed on a computer, that I no longer have access. I tried to install the software on a new computer (to disable) with the same serial number and it says serial number is not valid. I contacted customer service and they asked what email address I registered under and after several tests software originally, I did not identify the right one.

I still have the original product code, I know where I bought and could, in all likelihood, produce the receipt. Is it possible to disable the software and sell the software? I have no use for him, and it was expensive. Should I now have a set of really expensive coasters?

Because the Adobe education software has a special permit and a discounted price, you are not allowed to sell

  • How can I disable the Adobe applications that were installed on a computer that is no longer available?

How can I disable the Adobe applications that were installed on a computer that is no longer available? I have a creative cloud subscription, and I want to disable a device that is no longer available. I would have thought that there will be an option to disable all devices somewhere in my account, but I can't.

This isn't what Mary said.  You get 2 facilities by title.  You should have disabled software on your old machine first, but since you have now 2 methods to disable older facilities.

My first recommendation was to contact support with your product purchase information and disable them.

Mary offered another option which is to go ahead and install the software on your new hard drive.   If an error saying: you have exceeded the limit of 2 machine, press the button continue to disable older facilities.  You will then be able to install on you're your new hard drive plus one more.

    Make sense?
