  My Canon MX882 all-in-1 would not go online last night. I ran the Wirless easy install the printer to make sure it was on my wireless network and it connected. The prinbter still showed offline in the printer status.

  I'm on a mac desktop and use creative cloud, I started with the download of updates for creative cloud, now it stops at 2% and won't go more far error code 43, now my desktop creative cloud application is missing when I used cleaning tool, now none of my apps will run.   October 3, 2008, my computer displays after installing the update kb938371. As I understand it, this update is required for some future updates or service packs. I use Vista Ultimate (32-bit) with service pack 1. Recently, I had no choice but to do a full restore of my C drive. Everything works fine after the operation except that I now get the symbol of Windows Update. It wants to install kb938371. I tried to get this installed again (thinking maybe that restoration must have caused this behavior) does not. Update of the victory message: «Windows Update has encountered an unknown error...» Code: 80004005. So then I try to uninstall this update (from the list of installed updates). You choose the update and uninstall confirmation is supposed to appear never does. It won't uninstall the 1 from 10/08. I suppose that if I can't get out, then I won't be able to receive it as a new update. Here is where I'm stuck. How to solve this?

  I got DC drive works fine on my computer so I have upgraded to Windows 10.  I hated it, so I started Windows 7. Not sure if this has anything to do with the problem I have now, but in its current form, CD player will not work.   How do I manually uninstall HP Solutions Framework Support so I can install the latest version?  I need to get the latest updates of firmware for my computer.

  I am running Windows 10 (64-bit), but the problem started with Windows 8.1.  When I go to the HP support to verify the updates drivers it says that I need to install the last frame Solutions from HP Support.  I have download the installer from the HP site but when I try to install it, I get the message "cannot find file hpsupportsolutionsframework.msi" - it is impossible to uninstall the existing version.  I try to uninstall from Windows Add/Remove programs and get the same error.  The only thing I've found so far is a couple of third-party software who want $30 for an uninstall program.

• Adobe Reader does not, can not install or uninstall

  A few days ago that I tried opening that a pdf file on my laptop but it does not, in my view, what he told me to install Adobe Reader on my laptop (which I have).  So I thought it must be updated, I think I went on the Adobe Web site and tried to upgrade the player (free), then I got the following error:
