  Yes, you are allowed to have the software enabled on both machines (you can install on as many as you want) but can have only one of them using the subscription at the same time.

• Adobe person vs Business license for 1 person

  I received a call from Adobe today trying to convince me that I'm on the wrong license for my creative cloud subscription. As typical fashion, the person who called me was less than stellar in the English language, so communication was a bit of a challenge.

  That person who called claimed to be a license check and think I should use a license instead of an individual license. Personally, I feel like this is a cash grab and I wouldn't hard telling him that if Adobe would try to change my license I must find alternative software as the pricing of business just doesn't make sense for me.

  So, to keep things fair, I'll explain my current situation we hope to get an overview on whether I should be switching licenses or not as everything I read indicates that I do nothing wrong.

  I am a small business owner where the only staff is my wife and myself. My business is software consulting where I write software to different hospitals around the United States and the Canada. I am the only person who uses my CC license and I use it for the following purposes:

  • I create PDFs with Acrobat (usually, conversion of Word documents or signing of documents)
  • Sometimes, I use Photoshop to edit the screenshots of applications to send to a client. These are basic things like adding labels and arrows.
  • I use Dreamweaver from time to time to test different web programming techniques or working on my business website.
  • I use some of the Adobe video software to splice videos of my kids and add some special effects of pleasure.

  So my question and concerns are, if I should use the operating license to all work linked in Adobe products, what is the single license that clearly, it would be a very expensive toy?

  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. This call from Adobe today got angry enough over the past 12 years spent more $7 000 on these products and I like the tools I'm not prepared to be watered more like this.

  If your SnS expires, you have til May 21 to fix this. Yes it's early but hey renew now and keep the business... As for the other points on which to play with, it is something totally different. Are they necessary for your VCP or they are really needed by the company. This is the real question I need to ask. You can play with them with licenses from the demo at any time, it's your business needs to spend the additional funds.

  If it was me I get SnS updated / expanded, or enjoy the improvements to the almost half price, you can do by the end of the year.

• CC business license renewal

  We had a 2-year license for the CC companies that we bought just an extension of 2 years for.  Will we have a new license key for this or the existing key will remain valid?

  You can create a license with the new serial key file.

  Please use CC Packager to create a license with the new serial key file, and then you can deploy.

  The products are enabled by the new license file.

• I am owner of CS6 Web Premium.  I lost Acrobat Pro and cannot re - load.  The problem is caused by the business license of Acrobat and an update has failed.  However, I have my own license to CS6. I think my only option is to disable all C

  I am the owner of CS6 Web Premium.  I lost Acrobat Pro and cannot re - load.  The problem was caused by the company license agreement between Adobe and my company.  The COMPUTER software company tried to upgrade my Acrobat Pro XI and since then it does not work I can not open the Acrobat application or open any PDF from my office.  The creative cloud app will not be day or upgraded my version of Acrobat as noted earlier versions must be removed.  However, I can't remove all traces of Acrobat (old version) through normal Windows uninstall process.  I believe that the recommendation of the Adobes is that I disable and remove applications CS6, and then re - load them all.  I'm willing to do that, but now, but I ask a confirmation that it is the best way forward?

  You can try the cleaner suite if your installation of acrobat has been as part cs6, use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  I work in a company. Sometimes, I need to have access to Photoshop. Is it ok for the company I work for (full-time) to purchase a single license of photography for me? I will be the only user of the software and the software will install only on my laptop.
  If the answer to the above is Yes, then why buy a separate (like Photoshop) application more expensive than buying Photoshop + Lightroom together in a package of photography.
