  With the help of Jdev 11. R2, and I think it's the most recent user interface shell.
  
  Looking to draw knowledge and validate if I'm heading in the right direction... Also, I assume that this message relates to a broader topic on user sessions and what I think is referred to as "State economy."
  
  First of all, I have an AF:Query which for the life of my tasakflow, I can save a particular search... I'm looking forward to use this feature (especially run automatically option), so that each user can save their favorite search and when loading the form, see their specific list, rather than a blank search form.
  
  The problem is that once I restart the workflow saved search does not persist!
  
  Now I guess it's the registration State, and there may be a global or a template parameter? I can see a property on the "State Saving" template and I tried setting than that to the customer - and nothing happens...
  
  To increase more far my question... is possible that, as a user changes their pages (by splittter collapse and re - organize columns of table) we can also have these selections continue?
  
  I can't seem to find enough resources on this, and I think I'm looking with key words evil, because I am not sure of the correct terminology to 100%.

  Page 25-6, the above mentioned guide speaks to the users to create their own saved searches and States, "saved searches created by the user persist during the session."
  
  Is it possible for us to provide a more persistent method to store research? This (I assume) will be part of the next MDS? I guess we could write our own query template, but it would be more complex and do not seem to eliminate the possibility for us to use the declarative approach of research related to the data. I think decorate the query pattern provided by the ADF (if possible), but if it is for 'soon' with MDS, I stop thinking about it and wait.

  Yes, you will be able to persist user research registered to MDS, when it becomes available.

• Address bar and the search bar locked on Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer)

  My address bar is tiny (20%) percent of the width of the window and the search box is about 80%.

  I have fixed the problem. If you encounter this problem on Macbook Pro 15 "retina. Follow these steps

  (1) on the parallel, go to the Virtual Machine > configure
  (2) on the Hardware tab, click on the video
  (3) on the resolution, choose 'chipped '.
  4) go back to the Windows right click on the desktop and go to the screen resolution. Choose 1920 X 1200, or whatever you want, and then click on apply and OK
  (5) right click on desktop to new, and then click customization.
  6) go to the screen (lower-left)
  (7) changes the text size from the largest to the smallest 100% (default value)
  8) press OK and close the session
  (9) this should solve your problem.

  The ability to edit a previously saved search is not available. However, you can add additional filters to a search folder and then save it by opening the folder and make the appropriate changes.

  I will try to explain with an example.

  I assume you are using OracleTextSearch as the University Complutense of MADRID indexing engine to make searchable and indexable metadata you want. For example, the metadata tags are marked as searchable by default.

  When you search for example for tag: 'test', is the following queries generated:

  • WebCenter content: QueryText = ( test )
  • WebCenter content when searching using WebCenter portal search TaskFlow: QueryText = ((xCollectionID > '0' xCollectionID < `0`)=""> (test)) )

  It seems that if the content is in a folder it will be sought. However, when you are searching through AAU it will add several configuration parameters to the function GET_SEARCH_RESULT = 1 ftx (it looks like using full text search). In case of WebCenter portal does not have full-text search of the Complutense University of MADRID.

  I think you should open a SR Oracle regarding this issue.

  Nobody here knows where you specified to save the file on YOUR computer. Thunderbird does not control that.
  You can open the file again, and then select Save. It will more than likely try to save in the same place. Pay attention to the place this time to see where it was saved. If this location is not to your taste, specify a different location, and then delete the first record attempt.
