Conflict setting with BC to edition in the network browser?

I'm developing a site for a client in Adobe Muse that will be hosted on Adobe BC.

For the moment, it's a trial site that expires in 2014 in mid November.

A month ago, my client was able to connect, using his PC and make changes from original text with editing in the browser.

He tried to repair some over the weekend, however, and now the editing in the browser does not seem to work.

The summaries briefly what happens:

He made changes to text, typing [publish] button, but instead of its color changing from blue to clear - button remains blue.

What he did in British Colombia since there produced a warning indicating there dialog box are unsaved changes.

I have accessed the site using a desktop and a laptop in my studio and can edit and publish changes to text with no problems.

I took my laptop to the desktop of my customer yesterday, but met the same problem, as he did at the weekend.


My first think is that this conflict is caused by its parameters may be network or firewall.

As it is a huge area, I wonder if anyone else has experienced a similar situation? I havef Yes, how to solve it?

  • problem with opening pdf file of the web browser

    I have Acrobat Pro ver 6 and Adobe Reader 9.1 on a computer.  When my user tries to open a pdf file from the web as it gets the following error message:

    "Adobe Acrobat/Reader that not running to view the PDF files in a WEb browser.  ADBE Acrobat/Reader version 8 or 9 is required.  Quit and try again. »

    What also happens is that Acrobat Pro 6 worm opens and nothing is there.

    Configuration of your PC drive by default for embedded PDFs has become confused, because of multiple solutions of Adobe PDF documents installed on a PC.

    Solution 1:

    Go to start > run

    Type regedit, and then click OK.

    Navigate to the following key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Software\Adobe\Acrobat\Exe

    Make sure that the correct default data value is set to the path where are installed the Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

    The default installation values are:

    "C:\Program 9.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe Adobe.

    or

    "C:\Program Files\adobe\acrobat 6.0\acrobat\Acrobat.exe" (not sure of this path.  Make sure that on your PC)

    If Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat is installed.

    Solution 2:

    Configure the browser to use Acrobat or Adobe Reader as a helper application.

    If you use Firefox to browse the web, you can change this setting in Firefox by clicking on:

    Tools > Options

    Click on the "Applications" tab

    The first item in the list should be "Adobe Acrobat Document".  In the Action list, click the drop-down arrow and select the application you want to read a PDF file in the web browser.  Click OK and you should be done.

    If you use Internet Explorer to view a PDF file, try the steps below.

    After you configure Acrobat or Adobe Reader as a helper application, the browser starts the helper application in a separate window and displays PDF files within this window.   • Pro 8000 Wireless with incompatible IP address to the network

    I installed a Pro 8000 A809 wireless printer to my wireless network. It cannot establish a connection with my laptop running Vista wireless. The diagnosis of HP network attributes the cause to different IP addresses on the printer (169.254.29.69) and the Microsoft Vista laptop (192.168.1.xx). A unique SSID is used and there is no local network using the same SSID. The router is a Linksys WRT54G with a range extender WRET54G. The laptop and a wireless printer make contact through the range extender.

    To access the settings of the printer through the IP address of the printer results in Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, a Page load error (can not find the page). I ping the printer successfully using his IP address, so it is really seen by the router... All HP software has been updated. Still no connection.

    Is there another way to change the printer wireless settings? I tried to reinstall the HP software with the same results.

    Thank you. I had already downloaded the network diagnostic and he pointed out that the printer was not on the same network. I solved the problem by using an ethernet cable between the laptop and the printer. The diagnosis reported then one network address different IP (169.254.223.86) for the installation of the printer. I was able to access this page and set the IP address to the correct network. It works fine now.

    Insert the Windows XP Sp3 CD in disc drive (I have xp sp3 installed)

    At the command prompt, type in

  • [Solved] pc with xp home edition as the operating system does not start after installation of SP2 via automatic updates

    Hello everyone. After formatting my hard drive I reinstalled windows xp edition sp1 family and then installed the latest version of windows update agent. I have the auto update set to download the updates automatically and notify me when they are ready to be installed. Initially, he found 3 updates that I installed and rebooted. He concluded 58 updates. Again, I've installed and restarted. After that, we found ServicePack 2, I installed as well. But after the reboot, the pc does not start. What I get is the windows xp logo which discoloures after a few seconds and I don't see a bar moving from left to right. I left it like that for 3 hours, but nothing has changed. Also, it does not start in safe mode. I get a screen with red and green vertical lines in this case. Anyone know what's the problem? I'd appreciate any help. Thank you.

    I was finally able to solve this problem. That's what I did. I reinstalled windows xp home and followed the same path (but his definition of the automatic updates notify me before downloading or installing updates) until the automatic updates found in the new service pack 2. This time that I did not choose to download it. Instead I downloaded from here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=28 and then started in safe mode and installed. I don't know one that makes the difference but service pack 2 has been successfully installed this time and tha pc was able to start after installation. Because for all the hassles that cause this kind of thing, I can just as well use Affinity Photo, Capture1 and Google Reader etc... Why should I worry stick with PS 'CC', if the CC part is barely useful in this classic scenario?

    Hello!

    Warner has answered part of the question. What is able to pick up where Fix left, the answer is: definitely! You can send your changes to Fix Photoshop CC by clicking 'send to Photoshop '. However, you will have to "Send to Photoshop" each photo individually. A better way to have a whole lot of changes sync would immediately make the changes through Fix, send them to LR Mobile and have active sync. You will then need to make the rest of the Desktop LR edition or export them in PS CC. It is also important to keep in mind that using portable LR and Fix can resize your images according to their original size.

    It seems that, for now, our applications are completely unable to manage this workflow. Sorry about that!

  • With windows media center on the network.

    I have my directv and computers connected to the internet and I try to use windows media center, but it says that it cannot find the tuner when I try to set up the tv. I have a Toshiba A215 with Windows Vista home premium (which apparently has no tuner). I need a tuner since I have everything connected to a network?  My tv wil recognize the computer: I use directv VOD and can get pictures from my computer, but the library does not recognize the tv. I use media center as it seems it would be an easy way to organize media.  I was also wondering if you can use media center or y at - it another way to other internet videos on TV (i.e. youtube...).  I have some suggestions that I'm not a person savy very tech.

    What is the best approach for the connection to the VPN in the following scenario?

    We want to install VM for our projects as VPN client networking (using the cisco vpn client). In many cases the VPN profile that is configured by the client is configured to prevent access to the local network, but rather the tunnels all through the VPN.

    I tried the NAT and Bridged networks and once you connect to the VPN client, the conectitivy of the virtual machine is limited to the VMWare console. SSH and other connections no longer work.

    I'd VNC - that's what I use for a VM XP that uses the client VPN SecuRemote CheckPoint blocking the same way (wisely) off incoming traffic when the connection is made to the other end of the VPN.

    Just paste lines similar to the following in your .vmx file when the virtual machine is shut down:

    RemoteDisplay.vnc.enabled = TRUE
    RemoteDisplay.vnc.port = '5910 '.
    RemoteDisplay.vnc.password = 'somepassword '.
    RemoteDisplay.vnc.keymap = 'uk '.

    Note that you point your VNC client software on the IP address (and port of your .vmx file) to your server 2.0, not the virtual machine host. Use a different port for each computer virtual you need simultaneous to access.

  • Problem with the PC Backup on the external DRIVE on the network drive home.

    I made backups of my laptop wirelessly through my router to my connecting external hard drive attached to my desktop, when I used Microsoft OneCare. Since then, OneCare is being abandoned, I decided to go to the basics of Microsoft (MS). Unfortunately, Ms Essentials doesn't have the features of OneCare. I try to perform a backup using the backup and Restore Center, however, I get an error message when I put backup settings to location network - error code: 0 x 80070534, no mapping between account names and security IDS was done... the results. Is there a KB or a fix for this problem? I've looked everywhere for answers and keep looking, however, I have found no solid solution (especially scams, i.e. pc scanners and fixers of registry error). How is it that I could make a backup without problem with OneCare (that I have no more:{{class=fontblue}} {.}) Now I try to do through the Center backup and restore, the backup does not work! It makes no sense at all!  I have Windows OS: Vista Home Premium 32-bit 2 Gb RAM SP2; HARD drive external: Maxtor 3200 (320Gb) hdd personal

    Thanks, I found the problem. I had to uncheck the ReadOnly property on the folder that I traced to use for my backup location on my HARD drive. In truth, the property read-only (checkbox) is not checked, it is filled (designates the system setting) with a green square in the box (on my Windows XP desktop). I'm sure that others have missed this little nuisance. It's cheating. I don't know how many times I looked at the folder that I use for my backups, forget to realize that the ReadOnly is the default setting for the file. I no longer get the error message: 0 x 80070534, no mapping between account names and security IDS was done. I can't believe it's just as simple as that! My backups work fine.

    I tried to assign permissions to objects in network with Powercli.  Based on this link http://communities.vmware.com/message/1563864 Set-VIPermission does not work on the network of the objects and provide a workaround to assign permissions.  This works very well when you are trying to assign users but throws the following error when you set the security to a group entity (IE, domain\group)

  • How can I remove an additional editable in the head of a specific page?

    I have a single model site.  My model is the standard two regions editable in the head ('title', 'head').  Somehow, one of my pages ended up with three regions editable in the head - two named 'head' as well as the title.  My model refresh this page because editable regions do not match.  How can I remove this extra editable area of the top of the page?  I can't change it on the page itself, of course, and I can't remove it by changing the template because it is not part of the model.

    Your child page does not contain editable regions, if it was not attached to a model.  Maybe you nest templates which is the wrong thing to do.

    Go in modify > templates > detach model.
