  You can use the Adobe DNG (free download for packing) program to convert your Nikon D750 Nef (raw) files in Adobe's DNG format which will allow you to import those into LR 4. This is the crutch provided by Adobe to allow the processing of raw files with versions out-of-date LR and ACR.

  You can also update the ACR for PS CS6 version 8.7 plugin that can also work with the raw files of the D750. For direct support in Lightroom, you will need to upgrade (paying) to version 5.7.

  I just checked the site Web and found Oracle provides two suites - BPM and BPA for the management of business processes. I'm quite confused, what is the difference of their use? It seems to me that they are very similar to each other in functional.

  BPA is a process robust tool used by business analysts to model their process and all of the modeling business. BPA has many different types of charts that allow you to see the different levels of abstraction and decomposition. As you would exect, BPA has a robust process simulation capability.   Oracle BPM was built and designed from the outset as a tool for Business Process Management (BPM) lifecycle full. It is similar to BPA that he supports the process, documentation and simulation modeling. I use the same diagram to explain the process to executives, managers, IT, SMEs and business analysts. As a business analyst, the tool is not complicated and can be learned in a few hours.

  Here is where the two differ. Oracle BPM has been designed as a complete management tool business process which implements and monitors business processes from the outset. Its features include:

• Integration of existing assets THERE -Oracle BPM can expose and consume the components directly or via a service bus. Once consumed, the components can be used by any process that need to invoke the runtime.

• Confused about 720 p and output AVI 720 x 480

  I use the first of 12 elements. I have a video input which, according to MediaTab, has a width and a height of 1280 x 720 pixels. I would like to go out in these same dimensions. All I'm doing is important in a session of ss12 whose parameters are 1280 x 720 and then seeking to publish as AVI. But for some reason, the AVI output by default, 720 x 480, and the controls are grayed out so I can't change. How can I output in AVI 1280 x 720? TIA.

• Confused about BI Publisher and BI Presentation Services

  I have already created a user, role, and data sources, to integration with the presentation Services. Now, what is the relationship between the BI Publisher with services presentation BI? So far, I could only connect to the presentation of the Services as administrator. I tried to use "user" I created on BI Publisher to log on as a normal user presentation Services, but it is said that it is not valid. How can I set up a normal user for presentation Services create the report? (if that's the goal of it). What is the diff of the user on presentation of BI and BI Publisher Services? I'm still confused and so far I can not create a report on the responses =) would a person also refer to a document on a setup step by step if I could create a report?

  You should if it's not supposed to exist without a Department employee. It seems unlikely that you would like to have employees who are not in a Department. But there may be something about your organization, which make it possible to have employees who are not in a Department. Maybe the CEO, for example, doesn't want to join a Department.

  Why don't you show the foreign key attribute (or, realistically, the value of the foreign key in the maps as the name of the service, and not the service ID) on the form? Introduce something like a drop-down menu that displays the records and department_name would normally do the department_id from home.

• I'm totally confused about records, collections and smart collections.

  I am a complete newbie to Lr so please forgive what are fundamental questions without doubt!

  In records, I have 2 folders - Annecy and Aix which have different vacation photos.

  In Collections, under smart Collections, I have a folder named Aix which has my pictures of Aix and that is synchronized to Lr on my ipad.  However, although Annecy is listed under Collections, it is in a folder at the top of a new tree under smart Collections but does not part of smart Collections.  I hope that makes sense!  This issue of Annecy does contain pictures, and the only thing being synchronized on ipad is the name of the folder.  How can I copy photos from the folder in the folders in the Collections folder?

  I read that peaks must be in the Collections before they can be synchronized.  However, on the ipad there is that a folder named "Pictures Lightroom" it contains 242, the same as "all photographs synchronized" under the heading catalog when Lr appears on my desktop.  At present, I am initially upload my pictures in my office and then import to the RL.

  Finally, about mobile Lr in response to a previous johnreliis investigation informed that I must ensure that I am connected to creative cloud on the ipad before being able to view synchronized + photos on the ipad.  I downloaded Lr mobile on the Apple store and have nothing to CC on the ipad.  Now, I wonder if the reason that the pictures of Annecy are not displayed on the ipad is due to the fact that, at the present time, they are not in a Collection.

  Just drag Annecy out of smart Collections and next to Aix.

  What is called "smart Collections" is actually a Collection Set - that is a container for other regular or silent collections (like your Aix) and smart collections which include images of criteria that you define. Notice how "Smart Collections of" has a different icon from the smart collections inside, looking more like a box. So what you could do then is to create a set of Collection called France and drag Annecy and Aix in it.

  To get the pictures in the Annecy collection, you can find them in your folders and drag the thumbnails in the grid and place in Annecy.

• Confused about Windows 7 and vRanger connection

  I pulled my PC of laboratory for testing of vRanger connection, but the client could never connect to the service. He has worked the last time I got it running. I checked and the services were running. Version = 7.0.2. Thinking that something went south with my lab pc I got a laptop with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and 6 GB of RAM. I installed the same version of vRanger connection and after a qualified installation, I found myself with the same exact error - could not connect to the service. Then I read about vRanger connection plug and see that Windows 7 is not listed as an OS supported to install more. Is this correct? Should we use a server operating system to run vRanger connection?

  First thing to check when you see a glorious "Could not connect to service", is to go to the Windows - Application and Services - vRanger connection newspaper Service event viewer and retrieve the last error. There could be a clue.

  Talk about your case, I guess that's a "feature", we met at Ranger 7.x.

  You MUST be logged in under the account that you use for care to ensure that the installation or upgrade was successful.

  If it was a facility clean, better delete everything, including SQL instance. Program directory Files\Dell\vRanger recheck if the files are actually deleted. You need to maybe restart the server and go through Control Panel once again to uninstall.

  Then log in to the zone with officials of department store and run executable.

  Another thing I noticed during the upgrade is if Ranger DB is attached to an instance of SQL 2005 'foreign', usually BackupExec. Logic of ranger fails completely and install utility keeps SQL Express 2005 (impossible to create a new instance), which does not work with Ranger 7.x.

  But it is a different story.

• confused about downloading messages and synchronization

  I'm new to TB - in the past, I always used a simple web interface. My server is on a server (Dreamhost) IMAP

  I read "Options of Configuration for Messages to download" page, but either do not understand or it does not give enough detail.

  I want to download all my messages stored on my server for my laptop, not only the headers. I want to retain the existing configuration of file I have on my server. I don't want TB never remove any message unless I tell it to do, preferably with confirmation.

  My goal is to download all my currently stored electronic records, and then once I know that they are safe on my hard drive I'll selectively delete them from the server.

  I do not understand how TB do this. It seems it only downloads the headers, and I don't see how to download the entire message. In addition, I don't want to quite what I think considers synchronization - if I delete a message on the server I don't want necessarily TB to remove this message locally. Otherwise, how could I check my messages locally?

  in other words, I want that all my messages stored locally, and only some of them left on the server.

  For example, I put three emails in a folder on my server. I left who
  connection, then call Icedove on my laptop. If I click on this file, it
  then retrieves and displays these three emails (or only the headers?).

  If I leave Icedove in my web based e-mail and delete these
  three emails from the server, I would expect these three emails to stay on my
  local computer. Yet when I invoke Icedove once again, he sees three emails are
  disappeared from the server and subsequently removed from the display.

  So, this means that the messages were never really recovered
  locally? Or Icedove Deletes local copies to synchronize
  with the server?

  Here are the settings I use:

  under "Copies & folders"-> archives message keep in: "archive folder".
  "On": local folders.

  under 'Synchronization & Storage'-> 'Message synchronization'-> keep
  messages for this account on this machine. I have all the files audited
  under "Advanced".

  under "Disk space"-> synchronize all messages regardless of age. And
  'Do not delete all messages '. It does not give me an option to not use
  synchronization.

  Your info really helped. This is what worked for me:

  Right-click local folders, and then create local folders to match those on the server.

  All folder to online server, select, ctrl + A to select all of the messages, right-click for the drop-down menu "copy", then copy them in desired local folder.

  Once I did, I also went through the selected server files, ctrl + A to select all, then click on "Archive", which offers the mail on the server in the Archive, sorted by date of the year. It was scary at first because I didn't know they would not display until after Icedove has restarted! United Nations-Linux very like, but I think not uncommon in the world of Windows.

  So I found myself with two copies of most of my mail - in a local folder and the other in the Archives. What is good for a few MB of messages I have.

  I will mark this as resolved issue.

• Confused about accts Admin and users

  Windows 7: I have an Admin account, and then I have a user account, then a guest account.  I worked in my user account. While in the user account, I can't turn on the firewall. When I log into the Admin account, it indicates that the firewall is enabled.  The firewall is always controlled by the Admin account?  Is this valid?  Error in the user account, user: error code 0x8007042c trying to turn on the firewall and also receive the Base filtering error that I am unable to change to the user account.

  Question 2: How can I transfer my files 'user account' to my Admin account, or which is better - to work as a user and Admin?  Security? Just do not know if I need to have 2 user accounts. just me using my laptop. Thank you, just need to understand.

  You are on point in fact - it's a great practical (and recommended) to use a standard account for everyday use, only to connect to the administrator account when you need to make some adjustments of the system as set up your firewall.  It keeps your computer safe.

  For example, if you were to go to a site that had been compromised and he was trying to send viruses to your computer, a basic user account would not allow the virus to seize the computer.  If you were an administrator account, the virus would have all the control you have too, and he can go and do damage, change settings and firewall configurations and nothing else.

  The sRGB and AdobeRGB modes use hardware for calibration LUT in the monitor. If you use these modes you must set at least the standard sRGB or AdobeRGB ICC profiles in your operating system to correctly define color space, in which you are working.

  You could actually make calibrations of LUT of additional software stored in a custom ICC profile, and they would act on top of equipment calibration LUT in the monitor.

  The 'DELL U2413, D6500 color profile' native ICC profile defines the color space of the monitor, which is actually a bit larger than AdobeRGB in certain colors. Do not use it if you set the monitor the sRGB or AdobeRGB modes. According to me, the native ICC profile corresponds to the color space used in preset 'Standard' of the monitor, but there is not LUT stored in the ICC profile to calibrate the colors accurately.

  I followed several tutorials on dynamic objects, which this one by Julieanne Kost (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8wlNJlNbfk), in which she points out that if you create a mask on a SO, it will not be bound to the CG [08:12 in the tutorial]. She created a reverse mask and no link. I tried on a test document, and as illustrated in my pic, the mask is related.  I'm obviously missing something.  Can someone explain?  Also, if anyone can recommend tutorials detailed SOs and masks, I'd appreciate it.  Thank you.

  

  This video could be very old. When dynamic objects have been made public, the masks were not related. They are now.

  The problem with INTERNAL_USE is that it is, essentially, made a direct update of the data dictionary without checking if this will cause any corruption of data in the database (which was, at the time of Oracle 7, the way which you did conversion of character sets and there are probably still on some Metalink note somewhere). As such, it is very easy to screw up something.

  Note in particular that you are referencing seems to assume that you have just installed an empty database that you want to use as repository WebCenter. In this very narrow circumstances, it probably does not hurt anything to change the character that is defined in this way (if I wouldn't really consider doing this way, I got a lot rather just re-create the database at that time there) because there is no data in the database. It's awfully dangerous outside this very narrow circumstance.

  On the other hand, if you have an existing database with the data, change the character set in this way is very likely going to corrupt at least some of your data. For example, imagine that you have a Windows-1252 database that stores the character 'a' in a particular line in other tables. In the Windows-1252 character set, which is represented in hexadecimal as 0xE1 (decimal 225). If you change the character set using INTERNAL_USE, Oracle tries to change the way this character is represented, it will start to treat as UTF-8. However, 0xE1 isn't a valid way to represent any character in UTF - 8 (you need two bytes to store this character). So when Oracle reads the data in this table, it will be impossible to convert binary data in any valid character, so (according to the client character set), it will substitute a replacement character (usually an exclamation mark or question mark in reverse). It's really insidious corruption because your basic ASCII data will be fine (since the first 127 characters have the same binary representation in this example), then you will have a bunch of data that are distorted that you might not recognize it immediately but your test data are often basic English. Of course, according to the source and target character sets and their different binary representations, you can also get the corruption where a character seems to have converted to another and other types of corruption.

  If you change the character set correctly by using the character set of scanning and the CSALTER script, on the other hand, Oracle takes various measures to warn you if there will be data loss or to prevent loss of data.

• Confused about A-master and layouts

  I was recently told that it is best t layout pages helps A-master and not facing the ticked page.

  When I did I was present with a Virgin 2 page document which I presented my work. I had a problem when it came to print, as would print only one page.

  Throighout my workflow it will always take a box that remains in the same position in all the new pages/document and it is a title with my name etc. block. I highly doubt I'll keep the same layout each time.

  What would be the best way to save a layout for this? And what exactly is A-master?

  (I looked at a few tutorials, but they did not really help)

  A model is an entire document. It can have one or more pages and these pages can be based on the same or different master pages. Models can have predefined styles and shades, as placeholder or actual content that you want to use again and again.

  Master pages are templates to create pages in a document. You use them to set the margins and guides (if you want to repeat on multiple pages guides) and position all the items that will be repeated on several pages, such as the header, footer, page numbers, etc.. You can also use them to apply a rigid structure layout of magazines and similar publications. Any content placed on a master page will be visible on all pages in the document that are based on this basic form. If you create a master of two pages, and pages change aside on a facing pages document, the main content will be amended accordingly.

  New documents made not from a model have two default master pages: no and A-master. You can not edt no master, who is white, except for the margin guides that correspond to the preparation of the document. A-master will begin in the void, but can be changed. If you want to have content that is repeated across many documents you need create a model. If you just want to implement many documents that share size and page margin settings, but do not need content, create a document preset.
