  my product bought and said didn't need a serial number:

  A serial number is not required at this time. To get started, just download/install the product, sign in with your Adobe ID, and it will be ready for use.

  Then, I went on my account page and follow the instructions to find my serial number (Plans & Products > view all > display your products) However, there is no serial number listed.

  Some general information for a subscription of cloud

  Cloud programs do not... serial numbers use you login to your account to cloud paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

  Where exactly did you buy it? Up to now, I know Adobe did not create a version of Photoshop Elements for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) devices, their iOS application is called Adobe Photoshop Express.

  Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.  Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.

  Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

  Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.

  the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc 2015 apps.  and probably more in the future.

  You may need to register to 'https://cloud.acrobat.com/ ' using your Adobe ID credentials. There is no need of serial number for the same thing.
