  I have a new laptop with Windows 7 installed.  My old laptop came with Vista and I had him upgraded to Windows 7.  On my old laptop I can search the contents of files (for example, a table name in the sql files) and it will return all of the files that contains this text.  The new laptop will not.  I indexed my C drive, verified that all of the settings to ensure they are consistent with the parameters of my old laptop, and I don't always get no search results.  I spent 2 days read other threads full of complaints about the problem with Windows 7 search.  I tried to look for ' content: 'my text' ' without success.  I tried the Windows key + F to find but still no result.  I do not understand why it works fine on my Vista > Windows 7 laptop but do not work on my laptop Windows 7 out-of-the-box. Is it a setting or a step I'm missing?  Here is what I tried:

  (1) indexed my C drive
  (2) options records - always the names of search and content files, include subfolders, find partial matches, System Include directories
  (3) advanced indexing options - index the properties and the content of the file (even if I have not selected on my old laptop)
  (4) c: properties - allow files on this disc have content indexed in addition to file properties

  My applications have log files and it seems too hard to read on the device (screen too small), so I used the Blackberry destop manager to copy the files in my computer. However, the content of the file is not correct. Missing end of file content. The sequence of contents is not as straight. Some characters are deleted or modified. I was able to get the content of slightly different files with each copy.  However, I could see the file appropriate to the BB device. I have never had any problem to copy files from the computer to the device through Desktop Manager, and they are always correct.

  Did I miss sth or is this a known problem? Somehow, I couldn't find a good keyword to perform a search on google.

  You copy the file by using the API for synchronization or by accessing your BlackBerry smartphone as a USB drive on your PC?

  How is the file is created on the device?  Ensure that you close all water courses before copying the file.

  test.PNG exist and test2.png is created from scratch. And the files were not the same at the end. Which means that to get the content of the file with file.readch () or file.read () is not the right solution. Right?

  So, how can I get the contents of the file in a format that can be sent and, no doubt, rebuilt on the other side?

  It sounds like such a simple question, but I've been googling and searching forums 30 minutes now with no luck.  So I was wondering if it is even possible at all.

  How can we change the name of the content in the assignments Panel?  The names given here seem random and our publishers are complaining.  I saw in other proper names beautiful screenshots and tutorials for the stories, but I was not able to understand.  How to change the name of what I've highlighted in the screenshot below?

  First check the content. Then simply click on the name of the story.

  Keep in mind that you only change the name in the Panel, not the name of the actual file BCTI.

  I made the mistake of cleaning C: in my computer.  Clean the C:\National Instruments downloads

  Why would someone put bits of applications or modules, etc. in such a directory?

  I'm not too crazy about restoring 11FR in this folder.  It's just crazy!

  Side note: I do not touch anything in the \Program files. National Instruments\TestStand\AdapterSupport\LabVIEW

  What version of LabVIEW and TestStand do you use?

  In 2012, TestStand, this directory is mapped to:

  C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\National Instruments\TestStand 2012\AdapterSupport\LabVIEW

  Have you tried mass compiling the screws in this folder?

  I had to create a new 'TestStand - default values XX.llb"file, where XX is the last version of LabVIEW you use, but I have not seen this message before.

  RSOP appears in the confiuration computer, registry error, Unspecified.

  As you try to edit the same file that is running to make your content and the edge of the actions, I don't think its possible.

  On the other hand, I think that browsers restict you to write directly on the drive of the browser.

• Gray folders in the files Panel

  Hey all,.

  I'm fairly new to dreamweaver. Yesterday, I created a local site folder, which appears in yellow in the files Panel. I then set the Web site and the folder turned green.

  Today, I don't know what happened. But all my folders in the files Panel (on all drives, including those that existed before) appear gray. I am still able to open the files properly, the names of the sites still appear in the files drop-down menu panel and the site manager. But I am aware that the records are supposed to appear in green. Any ideas?

  Just to add to Ben's response, all of the icons in Dreamweaver have been converted to grayscale in line with other Adobe programs. The theory behind this initiative is that neutral icons don't distract the design that you are working on.

  Not everyone agrees that it is a good idea with a software like Dreamweaver, which has a very large number of icons. If you want Adobe to reconsider, or at least give users the option to choose if you want to activate the color icons, submit a request via the form at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform.

  If a sufficient number request colorful icons to restore, Adobe can meet the demand of the user.

• Why external folder and files not showing in the files Panel?

  I think that I rescued my first external stylesheet to my root folder.  First of all, I've defined a class and under the rule definition and I chose the New Style sheet.  When the "Save Style sheet file as box came I give it a name general external_styles.css and recorded in the working files, save."  Then I set the CSS rule for the class and chose options. Finally, I save the page as a .htm file in the job file and it see the does'nt upward in the files Panel.  I also tried to save the page as a .htm in the folder root and it will not always be displayed in the files pane.

  I have trouble understanding the structures of files.  I'd appreciate any help to explain how to record the first style sheet external as it appears in the Control Panel files, otherwise I understand that I can not edit them or put them on the remote site.

  When a directory and sub directories are fully developed any display in the files Panel, how the youI collapse this expansion back without going and collapse each directory manually one by one?  It takes several minutes every time I need to do?

  Hi, I have a brand new (demo) installation of Dreamweaver CS6 on a Mac and in the files Panel icons for the files aren't there. The icons of the folders are there but where there should be an icon for a file there are empty spaces. It's frustrating because it makes it harder to see the list of files and work with the files.

  I tried to uninstall Dreamweaver, deleted the preference files and reinstall but who did nothing at all.

  How can I get the file icons to show?

  This is a known issue with OSX and must be attached with the 10.7.4 update.
