  I'm having a little problem and I hope someone here can help me. I have a form and a report based on a table, let just say for simplicity that is the structure of the table:

  create table table1(
  id varchar2(5),
  date_added date)

  I have made a calculation, after submit, the form. If the end user has to put in the code. The code for the calculation is:

  select sysdate from dual

  Now, this is where I get my problem. I want to be able to display the date and time in the report. The code that I use for this is:

  select id, to_char(date_added,'DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS') from table1

  However, this produces the result on my APEX report:

  1 , 11-MAR-2009 00:00:00

  Really frustrating thing is that if I insert by using the command line, SQLPlus or APEX SQL commands I get the expected result.

  I created a form as below and is entered a few entries to test the date column, which is not included in the form. It is filled by the trigger as follows:

  CREATE TRIGGER biud_events
  BEFORE the events of the INSERT or UPDATE or DELETE ON

  BEGIN
  IF THE INSERTION
  Select nvl (max (id), 0) + 1 in: new.id of events;

• Modifed date and time display is not in mode files

  I upgraded to Fireworks CC a few weeks previously and suddenly discovered to date information date and hour "Modifed" does not appear in the site in the section "Files", or Local or remote files. The column is there but it is just empty. Other areas such as the size and Type are presented as usual. This applies to all of the many sites that I defined in DW.

  I use this information frequently (as with any FTP software) and would it show as usual I can compare the date and time stamps on the files.

  Does anyone know why this information would suddenly be absent since the upgrade?

• Date and time are not displayed correctly

  The motherboard was recently replaced on my Pavilion dv6-2155dx.  Since then, my laptop does not correctly time.  It seems that once I turned off my laptop, the clock stops as well.  When I login again, the date and time displayed is the same date and time when I finally stopped my laptop.  I am running Windows 7 64 bit.

  Take the real time clock of your old Board stack and install it on the replacement or better yet, buy a new one. After that you will also be asked to load the BIOS defaults, click Yes.

  Post again if you need instructions on where to find the RTC battery.

  It seems that some application or service is in conflict. To narrow down on the boot of the issue of the computer toboot and check if the issue still persists. Link below will help you to start the computer in clean boot:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

  For the second question, you can search this forum on the "load lov. You are not the first who raised this issue... and there are a lot of answers there.

  And now: the time of the server. This can be very difficult, because the time on the server can depends on the physical location (and advanced the time on the server) and if you are using zones, it will be even harder. If your users see once on their screen as real-time, you will get a lot of questions.
  And you don't want to update the time (from the server) every second... every second a call from database to get the sysdate to all your users seems a very bad idea. However, what you might do is starting with the actual SYSDATE from the server and pass it as an argument to the clock function and add a second every second... But it will change the minutes and hours also... Overall: it sounds like a bad idea.

  The date and time are correct on my control panel, but when I send an email to someone, the time stamp on the e-mail is 8 hours before real time zone where I am. I checked and updated control panel, but that did not help. Any ideas on what could be bad?

  When I got my BB 8830 leave for some time (for example during a flight) or been out of coverage, messages accumulate on the server. When I log back, it retrieves all the (I'm mostly concerned about e-mail via BIS) and they all have the date & time that my BlackBerry has come online. In addition, the chronological order is not preserved, (esp. with multiple e-mail accounts). This makes it very difficult to scan my Inbox and understand what I missed and when. It is ridiculous to have 20 messages all with exactly the same date and time.

  The Question:

  Can I have my inbox show is the "sent" date and time or (even better) the data and time, were received by my mail server? Would it not different with BES?

  It only shows the date and time when the message received on the device, this is normal. You can check that your messages the individual icons for your BIS BIS accounts e-mail.
