Constraints of format...

Hello world

I created an After Effects project that is 1080 x 1920 (Pixel Aspect Ratio: square Pixels).  Making it in Quicktime format is fine, but when I try to make it out like a FLV or MPEG-4, I get this message:

"WARNING: output file will be resized from 1080 x 1920 (1.0 BY) 1080 x 1080 (0.91) to meet the constraints of format."

I tried to solve this by changing the format of the pixels to D1/DV NTSC (0.91).  Images are stretched a little horizontally, which, I believe, goes back to the normal search on a digital display screen, but I can't be sure.

If I do make out with the format of pixels as square Pixels, there is extra space added to both sides of the stage/screen area original.

What is the best way to have my project made out as a FLV or MPEG-4, without any resizing of the screen, or the lengthening of the images.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this.

MPEG 4 has very specific heights. Your best option is to work on a model that corresponds to one of them. I don't know why you get the warning because I don't see output module settings.

Do not change the IRON of what it is. Do not use MPEG 4 output of AE for anything other than testing. Use Adobe Media Encoder to all of this kind of work. It's the best way to get the smallest file size and best picture. Make sure you use multi pass encoding for delivery.

Good so I'm doing my first all the video in Ae(its an introduction). I'm really happy and I'm just as mourad makes it * and brag to everyone I know about what Ae hardcore user I am, when adobe makes my video of 8 sec to about 1.2 GB and I'm just like waiting is not right and I started googling and apparently many people face this problem and it can easily be solved by compressing your video more far by setting your DV NTSC, PAL DV or DV (24 p advanced) video codec. I go ahead and change the video codec and the BAM 'Parameter Mismatch'. It shows that all of these codecs operate at 720 x 480 Max while I was working on my original project was created in 1920 x 1080. If I still continue with this and make my audio not not synchronize and is a few seconds behind that there where it should be at the origin. This is because is executed in 1920 x 1080 at 30 fps while 720 x 480 runs at 25. If someone familiar with this problem was help me I would be indebted to you.

All the good guys its my first time on this forum and I might sound like a noob asking this question, but Googling it does not clear results.

    Thanks in advance

You do not want to be using standard codecs, you want be using Adobe Media Encoder to render files to the h.264 format using a standard HD preset. Check out the third video here: Basic Workflow

  • Video final horrible quality in CS6 after effects when rendering a 1920 x 1080 video in H.264 format

I use After Effects CS6 on my Macbook Pro for over a year now without any problems. However, today when I exported a video would be rendered in 1920 x 1080 p H.264 format, I had the worst quality video I've ever seen. I filmed my video files in 1920x1080p (as usual) and I clicked on the same buttons as I usually do to export a video, but each HQ video I try to export is horrible. I didn't click on the crazy buttons or anything out of the ordinary.

I always export a video following this sequence:

File > export > add to render queue > Lossless > H.264 (format quality) > video output (make sure it is checked) > audio output (make sure it is checked) > OK > out of office

My rendering parameters are still defined as "best settings", including the resolution 'full' and 'better' quality.

Now, when I click on H.264, an "incompatibility of parameters" appears and says:

"WARNING: output file will be resized 1920 x 1080 (1.00 BY) 320 x 1080 (BY 6,00) to meet the constraints of format."

The quality of rendering and playback quality in After Effects is great, but once the video is exported, it's horrible.

Help, please? I have I need to meet deadlines!

Use the H.264 encoding presets in Adobe Media Encoder.

H.264 in After Effects export functions have been removed in later versions due to many problems.

  • Zero denominator ratio multiply (17:17)

    Hi-

I use After Effects CS6 and suddenly have a problem with rendering.

    size of 1920 x 1080 MPEG4

When I set up the AVI in MPEG4 format, I can find the warning on the bottom.

WARNING: Output file will be resized 1920 x 1080 (1.00 BY) at 176 x 120 (BY 1.21) to meet the constraints of format.

WARNING: Rate of the output file will be adjusted from 30 to 15 images/s to meet the constraints of format. Audio sync my steps.

At first, I ignored and I got the renderings.

Then I just tried several times to get a better quality or something.

He showed zero denominator ratio multiply (17:17) , and I can't make it more...

I don't know what the problem is and can not find the solution.

I tried to refute the computer.

Is this a computer problem? or I did something wrong?

    Please help me! ~ ~

    Several things:

First of all, your level is too low. Make the highest possible.

Second, you really should not make MP4 out of After Effects in any case, it can be a little bug - as you saw - and it does not offer same multipass encoding. It is best to make a file intermediary (such as QuickTime with the PNG codec), and then use Adobe Media Encoder to do your deliverables. That's what's SOUL. The encoding is done automatically so you can even set up watch folders.

Third, you really need to update AE. You are missing a lot of bug fixes! CS6 should be on version 11.0.4 but you're on 11.0.0.

  • Convert 1080 p to 4K in CC gives me an error.

    Hello

    I use after effects CC

    I import a clip AVCHD 1920 x 1080 p 50 p 28 Mbps, can I use the details of the effects upsacle to preserve for this high-end at 4 K.

The problem occurs when I try to export to h264 mp4 to 4 k maintain the 16: 9 4096 x 2304 with a flow rate of 50 Mbit/s, an error message says "output size will be reduced by 4096 x 2304(1,00 PAR) at 1636 x 2304 (BY 2.50) to meet the constraints of format."

    Why?

How can I export my original clip in a ratio of 16/9 4 K with the effect preserving high-end retail?

    Thank you

It's because you don't understand encoding mpeg. H.261 or is very picky on the heights and only a few are legal. This is because MPEG is encoded in pairs of pixel blocks. You must use the standard frame sizes. If this means that your film is cropped or Letterbox, then that's what should be.

A quick search on Google gives you good specifications for coding or H.261.

  • You are looking for a number that is not black

I need to get a long document for a number at the beginning of a paragraph which is not black. Is there a way to do this in InDesign?

With GREP, I can watch ^ \d+ find paragraphs starting with a number, but I don't know how to specify the constraint of formatting.

It can be done - or rather, not at once.

A method of passages is this: Add the underline of all numbers. Remove the underscore from all the numbers that are black. Check the remaining underlined numbers. Remove the underscore from all numbers.

You should do this, of course, with an attribute that you are sure that you do not use!

  • NEWBIE - PE7 - finalized video becomes pixalated in WM & QT - Please HELP - project!

Hello. I am new to this forum and have browsed this forum to see if there was a previous question dealing with my problem. Although I have not found one, I was impressed by the knowledge of the answer and the desire to help those in trouble, that's why I joined. I need help!

I was PE7 mounted for a year and have no problems before. I do not make any changes to the settings that I am not an expert and don't understand what they mean or can do for my projects, but I've never had a problem of any kind before so it wasn't a problem. Now I have a problem.

I have two laptops that I use for editing. Is a Toshiba (chart below) and the other is a Dell (chart below). The Toshiba has firewire input and the Dell does not work so when I edit on the Dell, I introduced on the Toshiba and the film it via USB stick or external hard drive for the Dell printer. I've never had any problems before with this procedure.

I don't change any of the presets that are there as I don't know anything whatsoever thereon. , All was well with both computers and I had no problem with PE7. I set up a video which is about 4 ½ long minutes with pictures that are imported in the Toshiba and then via external hard drive to Dell. I did the editing on the Dell. There many avi clips that I put as well as mp3 music. Video, music, and all the clips looked perfect even after making it. When I finalized it and done a windows media file and a quicktime movie, the video became pixelated in both formats. I don't have any other programs open when editing. It is pixelated in windows media player, quicktime player and when I play it PE7 too.

I have PE8, but was waiting until I finished this installation project. However, when this problem occurred, I installed PE8 hoping he could solve the problem. It did not so I uninstalled PE8 and restored the computer to an earlier date when I installed PE8.

Also, is there a way to return to the file was before finalizing this? It seemed perfect during playback even in full screen before finalizing the it. How can I get rid of the pixilation on this file?

I've never had any problems before with computers. There is no change to the computers before the problem occurred.

Oh, and I tried to edit together some of the original images in another folder on both computers to see if it was just this file, but two of them finalized pixilated. It is a unique problem (in the last week) and I never had this before.

    Thank you!

For the pixelation problem, I think Steve has pointed to the top of the probable cause. These files must be consulted to the display size that they open in the player and has not increased, especially in full screen. Increasing the output image size will improve the display in full screen on a file AV Player I would do a test and / the share of exports to the size of the image in your project, to see that if the quality is improved - basically, you will be quadrupled resolution (2 x horizontal and vertical 2 x).

Concerning the files deleted, back at the beginning.

1.) when you Capture images, you create footage AV in AV files For example, if you have a DV SD project, you end up with files on your HARD drive (HDD), DV - AVI Type II where you run the program to place them. They will be the autonomous AV files, which can be played in playback AV software

2.) these files are also linked to the two places, the organizer and the project Panel. These are just links to the DV - AVI files, and the physical files are still on the HARD drive and only connected to these places.

(3.) when you create a new project, you write a database of XML (PREL) links and instructions. DV - AVI files are NOT in the project file - links to them and instructions on what will be done, when the data in these files are read in the release of a new single file. The original AV files are still on the HARD drive where you run the program to place.

    (4) when you drag the file from the project Panel, the organizer or the Source monitor AV, you drag not actually this AV file, but a proxy, which is linked to the original. You also place only one Instance of this file on the timeline and you can use the Source monitor Panel to change the Points In & Out of this forum and many of them use, and each may be different. All these link to the original DV - AVI, who is still on the HARD drive.

5.) when you save your project, you can save this PREL (XML database) file and NOT the original assets. You just save the instructions on how to process the data from these files of original components.

6.) when you share/Export, you use these statements in the file PREL, who will go to the original of the active files and extract only the data that you asked (by the Points In & Out) and then will gather these data, in the order you have chosen when you changed. It then processes this data, with all effects, Transitions, etc., that you have added and adjusted. This data extraction are then written in a new and original AV file, which will be placed where you head and name you have chosen. The original asset files are not affected, only the data copied from them.

7.), you cannot delete the original components. They are NOT in the DOC, which contains only links to them where they are. If you do not delete them, you will need to retrieve and place them in their original locations.

8.) if remove you them from the project Panel, you have deleted only the links to the original files and files of origin not themselves. You should get an error message that you remove the assets that are used in the timeline panel, asking you to confirm the deletion. If you choose to do, you will also lose the Instances of all of them in the timeline panel.

9.) after making an export/Share, you have created a new, unique and totally separate AV file. He is not related to what whatsoever and is an AV stand-alone file, which can be copied, moved, Deleted and even imported into another project. If you delete that it affects your project in any way - unless, when you exported Shared to create this file, you have chosen add to the project, which will link to the new AV file and place in the project Panel. So, if you delete the original file, you will break the link to it in the project Panel.

As you can see, a lot depends on exactly what remove you. If it's the PREL, or the original Captured AV files, you must retrieve those of trash. If you have emptied that, you will need to have a copy of these assets or the project file. In the case of the project folder, you could have backup automatically in this folder within the project folder structure. They might be pretty recent that you won't have to redo a lot of work, but you STILL have the files of original components to work with those.

If you deleted the output file, created with export/Share, you can redo this right action and create a new.

Hope that explains things better, and good luck,

    Hunt

    NOVALIDATE;

    Rgds,

    Athuru Mithuru.

Let's start by defining precisely what you want.  For example

    1. The 1st character can be 0, 1, or 2.
    2. The 2nd character can be any number EXCEPT if the 1st character is '2', then the 2nd character must be in the range ' 0 'to 3'.
    3. The 3rd character can be '0' and '5'
    4. The 4th character can be any digit.

It's pretty simple code like a regular expression with the exception of the exception in the 2.   Here's a way to get around that:

    REGEXP_LIKE (law on the)

    , ' (' || -options for the first 2 digits of start

    "([01][0-9])' |" --0 or 1, followed by another digit

    '| (2[0-3])'    || -2 followed by 0, 1, 2 or 3

')'              || -end of the options for the first 2 digits

    '[0-5]'          || -any digit between 0 and 5

    '[0-9]' - a figure

    )

As others have said, think about the type of data.  How will you use this column?  If you really need a column which reflects a time of day, but not special, then perhaps an INTERVAL, or a NUMBER (for example, the number of hours after midnight) rather than a string.

  • Video format without constraint.

I am currently working on a video of 3500 x 1000, but I can't make the full 3500 x 1000 pixel, as most of the output format have been forced into a maximum of 1920 x 1080

can anyone help me please with a parameter that allows you to compress the video in good quality but compressed video size? I tried Quicktime compression but for 10 seconds, the video was like 600 MB +.

I use the video for a LED wall using a Windows operating system (Dataton Watchout) as a player, I tried to divide the video into two 1750 x 1000 but there was delay between 2 videos when they are projected on the LED wall and large video format will simply slow down the system. My final solution was to create a 1920 x 1080 video and double to 3500 pixels but I'm avoiding to do this.

    Thanks in advance

p.s. I saw that someone has actually created a quicktime 3840 x 1080 video, then using a mac system to convert .mpeg video with 3840 x 1080. But I don't know how it was done.

Go to a lossless format like Quicktime Animation (100% quality) of After Effects.  Then compress using a different compression tool: Apple Compressor, Quicktime Pro, Adobe Media Encoder, episode Pro etc.

What is the driving - Watchout system shows how?  In what format/setting?  It is usually best to provide video Watchout into segments for each output device, rather than a huge file on all devices.  The delay you encountered between files was probably the result of the player low speed I/O.

If, for example, the view is created by using two parallel projectors in 1920 x 1080, you're much better off building your model at full resolution, and then rendered two segments to the native resolution of the two projectors, account duplication etc.

I hope that there is a regular expression that I can use to format numbers ignoring the character entries.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello

Whenever you have a question, please post a small example of data (CREATE TABLE and only relevant columns, INSERT statements) for all of the tables involved and the accurate results you want from this data, so that people who want to help you can recreate the problem and test their ideas.

Explain, using specific examples, how you get these results from these data.

Always say what version of Oracle you are using (for example, 11.2.0.2.0).

See the FAQ forum: Re: 2. How can I ask a question on the forums?

What do you mean by "if it's a number"?  The following could all be considered numbers:

    • -1
    • -1.2E + 3
    • $9,987,54
    • 123 456,7
    • 3/4

Depending on what you consider a 'number', you can use expressions regular, perhaps combined with other string manipulation functions, like to TRANSLATE.

You can consider a function defined by the user who tries to convert it to a NUMBER, but never to raise an error.  See How to determine if a Varchar2 string has characters from a to z?

Which type of formatting you want for the numbers?  You said that you don't want to end ' 0 decimal, but how about a trailing decimal point?  When you post the sample data and results, examples of all individual cases, you want to manage.

You may need TO_CHAR and then some channel, for example, RTRIM or REGEXP_REPLACE mainpulation functions.

As you realize you probably now, it's a really bad design.  You let people in chains that may or may not represent the numbers, then, much later, trying to guess the whehter they meant it to be number, and if so which COMP.  Guess, isn't a very good way to solve problems.  The person who knows the data if it is a number or not - make him tell you at the point where it enters the number.  For example, instead of having 1 VARHCAR2 column, you may have 2 columns (a VARCHAR2 and a NUMBER) and a CHECK constraint that requires at least 1 of them to be null.

  • Format of the date when the table was created

    Hi all

Is it possible to create the table with the specific date format: as I want to create table with the format date must be in the format "mmddyyy" or no matter what specific.

    I am using oracle 11g

    Thank you

    Hello Abbas85,

not only the dates Oracle occupy only 7 bytes, but using DATES give some benefits, like:

-verification of the data: the system will not accept things like '44-JAN-2014' or 15 months,...

-date arithmetic: it's so easy and convenient to be able to do things like "date2 - date1", or "date 1 + x days!"

-l' effectiveness of the index: when stored as dates, Oracle knows that there's only one second between 27-APR-2014 23:59:59 and 28 April 2014 00:00:00, but if it is stored as strings or numbers, for example there is a bigger difference between 20140331235959 and 20140401000000 and between 20140331010203 and 20140331195959. This may mislead the optimizer...

But in any case if for any reason any bad you persist in the idea of storing dates as numbers or strings, be sure to keep the items in the order YYYY MM DD HH24 MI SS; at least the order is respected. With the help of MMDDYYYY would be really sad!

And on the addition of certain "quality check" If you use for example a 8 string ((aucune heure min sec)): this can be achieved with a constraint, as for example

    Kind regards
