Contact ID on my iPhone 6 s does not work although it is on pricing

Contact ID does not work when my iphone 6s is in charge that I bought 09/12/15.

Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device.     Hey, I don't know exactly know what happened with my phone. Suddenly, my microphone work on LINE, Whatsapp and almost all other applications that use mic. Except, camera and when someone call me on my number.

    But it does not work on whatsapp and LINE calls. And it also does not work when I snapchat. Only works on the default camera Apps and call through my number.

    I tried:

    -restart my phone

    -hard reset and blink? Reset with the power and the "home" button.

    -read the micro support page. Still no solution.

    TL; Dr:

    my microphone does not work on every apps on my phone except calls through number and approx. of default camera it gives you just that silence when I play it on voice notes. But it works when I record yourself using videos on the default camera app.

    I see from your post, some applications have a problem to access your Microphone. I know how it is important to ensure that your applications have access to the Microphone and can use this feature. I have a few things I want to try.

    First, tap Settings on your iPhone and then scroll to the last section that lists your apps. Select the applications that use the microphone and make sure that the Microphone is activated (green).

    Then, follow the steps in the article below to close these applications:

    Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    Then, test the microphone in these applications again and see if it works.

    Your iPhone is under warranty.  Take it to an Apple Retail Store or Apple authorized service provider and have them check it for you.

    UPDATE: when I said that your iPhone is under warranty, I assumed that you had an iPhone 6.  Now I'm re-reading your post and I see that you have listed iPhone 6 in several places.  So I don't know that you have.  If you have an iPhone 6, it is under warranty.  If you have an iPhone 6, it can be is no longer guaranteed.

I think I can be "go back" to a bad driver, but I can't find out how to download a driver that is correct and working.

  • JavaScript does not work although Java has been installed correctly and enabled javascript in the menu options. Surprisignly javascript works fine in Internet Explorer.

    I installed FireFox 3.6.9 and after while JavaScript began to malfunction, even if I have the latest Java installed (Java 6 Update 21) and JavaScript enabled in my Options menu.     I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the sound drivers and check.

    How to remove.

    1. click on start. In the start search box type "devmgmt.msc", and then press ENTER.
    2. expand "Audio, video and game controllers", double-click on the input of the sound card.
    3. click on the "Driver" tab, click "Uninstall".
    4. click on start. In the start search box type "appwiz.cpl", and then press ENTER.
    5 remove the entries related to the graphics card.

  • Internet does not work although it is "connected".

    I got internet at work - a time for 5 seconds.  Then he gave me the same message in offline mode.

    I saw a strange thing to my hours of troubleshooting XP which seemed rather strange to mention:
    During troubleshooting, the computer advised me to check duplicates of the wsock32.dll, winsock.dll Winsock and winsock32.dll, wsock.dll file.  I have not found all the files in doubles, which was good, but I haven't found a single file at all - a single winsock.dll file.  Should I have all 4 of them to run the internet?  Or if my one winsock.dll file do just fine?

    And Yes, I restarted my computer, turned off for 1 minute and turned it back on... used.
