  • Sign PDF and embedded files

    Hello.

I have a PDF file with enbedded files.

When I connect, it is only the PDF document signed, or the PDF document and signed embedded files?

If you can post links I forge appreciated!

    Thanks in advance.

Of course, read ISO 32000-1 (PDF standard).   Or Adobe has some online documents in .pdf http://learn.adobe.com/wiki/download/attachments/52658564/Acrobat_DigitalSignatures_in_PDF? version = 1

  • How can I batch convert the files of .eml in .pdf with embedded attachments?

I need to convert approximately 20,000 files of .eml in .pdf. I wish I could have all the attachments also converted and embedded or attached to email .eml files. Any ideas?

A "hidden feature" of the MSG Viewer for Outlook (msgviewerforoutlook.com - also available on the app store) is the conversion of the EML files PDF. Preferences, simply select 'Convert to PDF' as output and then drag and drop your EML files for batch processing.

Attachments included in the PDF is a very difficult task... and not simple for most attachments. For example, imagine a multi-page excel document, or a ZIP file, how those who would be converted/integrated? I'm not aware of any option for this.

  • PDF file with embedded files and office 2013

My company just put to upgrade to Office 2013. 'Save as PDF' no longer exists in Word (2013); I have to export to PDF. Now, hyperlinks in Word sport railways complete directory rather than the relative paths, I need. Does anyone have a solution?

Nothing to do with Adobe Reader; You should ask the appropriate instance of the Microsoft.

  • Convert PPTX to PDF with hyperlinks

    Hello

We have a user who is trying to convert a large PPTX file into a PDF file with a number of hypertext links (300 or more). When save us to PDF or print to PDF links stop working.

We use Presentation adobe acrobat 9 pro ext. We also tried an online tool that emails back the doc with links work, however we are reluctant to do that because of the nature of the business policy and PPTX. This shows that it is possible to do, we're just curious to know how we do it ourselves.

    Thank you

To convert the links of Office files in PDF files, you must use the

Plugin of PDFMaker, not the Adobe PDF printer.

Which version of PowerPoint you have? The version of 2013, for example, is

only compatible with Acrobat 11.0.1 (or higher) and the 2010 version with

    Acrobat 10.1 (or higher).

  • Client wants to download a .pdf with inbrowserediting file

    Hey everybody,

my client (a small restaurant) wants to load its menu (file.PDF) every 2 weeks via inbrowser edition.

Is it possible to do or what is there to use a FTP Client? In this case, I am preparing a link in muse. By clicking the menu pdf opens automatically... ok so far.

The client replaces the menu every 2 weeks by FTP. But this solution would probably be to complicated for him...

The best way would be to make an update in the menu of the restaurant on the homepage of restaurants, as we change the images to muse by inbrowserediting.

Change the .pdf in a photo would not be the solution, I guess.

    Happy for answers

    Alto

    Hello

If the PDF menu opens after clicking on a link on a page then you can replace the pdf file using the instructions in the link below

  • Pptx to PDF conversion issues - images disappear or showing only in pieces

Recently, I have my pptx to PDF files conversion problems.  I'm on Windows 7, Powerpoint 2007 and have tired both Acrobat 10.1.2 than Acrobat 9.5.

When I choose Save PDF of PowerPoint, it publishes, BUT many of these images (created with powerpoint with shapes and clip art) disappear from the PDF file.  Some of my pptx files have been converted without problem (using the combination of pptx & Acrobat 10.1.2) - However, if I come back in a do even a simple change (even to the text) it will NOT convert to PDF with precision - once more images will be missed and I get an error message.

I tried to fix my Acrobat - which did not change the results. I also tried to go to an earlier version of Acrobat reader, and that no longer works.  I even uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat, restarted my computer - etc.

I'm at a bit of loss - since I have not had problems in the past?  This question seems recent - in the last two months.

Any ideas where I could watch or what else I could try?

Thank you very much for your ideas!

    HI Bill,

I work with Acrobat - not a 3rd party.  Maybe I'm missing something but my Word and Powerpoint 2007 do NOT have the option of printing to the Adobe PDF printer - it is NOT listed or available (I think from my research that Microsoft has more than a provision to issue with Adobe?).  The ONLY way I can find to create a PDF file (by Adobe) of Word and Powerpoint 2007 is the Save as function.  The MS Plugin was for the function "save under"-I have that already have in place.

This problem is recent... I have created a complete PDF of the document photographed above there are a few iterations.  The only changes that I made to the document were changes in texts... I then went to save in PDF format and this time... you see the result... pieces of missing images.  I wonder if there is a bug or something is the most recent update of Adobe Reader 10.1.2?  Or if there is somewhere else I should be looking to try to resolve the problem.

Thank you very much for your ideas!

  • Convert several Word files from the Explorer windows for PDFs with bookmarks

    Hello

I used to be able to select several Word documents in Windows Explorer and convert them into multiple individual PDFs with bookmarks (using XP, Office 2007, Acrobat 8 Standard). Lately, my computer has been upgraded to Windows 7 with Office 2010 and Acrobat X Standard. The selection of multiple files function exist; However, I encounter following issues:

    Thank you

    c3000ca

    1. the converted files without all the bookmarks.
    2. save the file screen pop up twice. First asked me to save to where it begins to convert, after PDF conversion screen has finished, it will ask me again to save the file in the root directory, i.e. when the files are really saving.
    3. for each open Doc file, Word 2010 pop up a message will indicate that the normal template file has been changed and ask me if I want to store the update.

I tried searching everywhere on the web and seems we do not encounter the problem. Did someone encouerting similar problem?  Is there a way to solve the problem?

Finally, I reinstalled Office 2010 and Acrobat X Standard.  Everything went very well.  No found bugs.  It must be a problem during the installation of the program. Detective Conan.

  • Conversion of MS Word documents with bacgrounds colors in pdf format

Forgive an Acrobat "dope", but externally, this seems to be a simple problem... I can not understand!

For work, I use Microsoft Office Word 2003 (MS Office Pro 2003) and Acrobat 8 Pro.  I have no problem to convert an MS Word doc, with the foreground, images or text, or PDF.  However, if I give any MS Word doc, a backgroundcolor, using the Format Menu > background > and then selecting a color, the color is not everywhere in the conversion to PDF-, I find myself with a standard white page, instead of color!

Where I'm going wrong?  Or is this something color background that Acrobat cannot convert, whatever I do?  I do wish to produce an effect of 'Nick' by placing a color image behind the text (which I know will work) because the size pdf files become larger I want.  I want to 'color paper' using menu of MS Word and convert it to a pdf with this same "color paper" being the result.  Is this possible?  If so, how?

Thanks in advance for any help that might be available out there...

In WORD: TOOLS > Options > Print > background color and images (I had already checked background printing, but which refers to the process of printing, not the background. Check this other does the trick. It is probably disabled by default to prevent using regular printers ink.)

  • How to open local PDF with the new Viewer PDF files?

I would use the new PDF Viewer integrated into Firefox 19.0 Beta to view local PDF from my computer. But when I try to open with Firefox, instead of opening it with PDF.js, Firefox gives me a dialog box asking "Firefox do with this file? It is not an option in Tools/Options/Applications to use default PDF.js, so, how do I use it for local files?

I'm not on the same OS, but don't you have an option to preview in Firefox/Beta. You will need to disable the plugins PDF first.

If you are able to see on the web pdf files ok I see no reason why it won't work on local files as long as you have the permissions to access the involved file path.

The pdf file is sync with my account, I'm not able to open the latest version of the pdf file now.

Any idea to restore to the last edit version?

    Hello

Would like to inform that after that change the document on the ipad, if we go back to the homepage of the implementation of the changes would save it automatically. There is no possible way to restore the changes.

Therefore, in this case you will need to recreate the document.

  • How well Adobe to convert PDF to DOCX when the PDF file is only a LATEX generated PDF with a lot of equations.

I create a lot of Latex documents that automatically export to PDF. I am interested in getting a DOCX format to help convert adobe PDF to docx, but there is no way to test this, is it good for Latex PDF with lots of equations?

Unlikely that any use at all, I think. The PDF is not aware that it contains equations: only lines, symbols, fonts of specific placement. Go to the Word could preserve this in the form of a graph cannot be changed, but it's probably you leave nothing usable.

Since nearly 20 years people have said. "I need to convert from X to Y." Can I convert X to PDF and PDF to y. work! "In fact, it is almost always the worst possible way to work.

Maybe someone has created a tool for direct conversion.

    Hi jonathanc

    Greetings!

Support for this camera is added in Camera raw version 8.7.1 which is compatible with Photoshop CS6 and later.

Your Options are either upgrade to Phooshop CC/CS6 or Free DNG Converter allows to convert .raw .dng files.

This way you can import to bridge and can work on it in Photoshop.

Download link for DNG Converter:- Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter: for Windows: Adobe DNG Converter 9.2
