  Not the answer you want, but you could set up your quick customer with an ftp upload which would replace the existing pdf. I use Transmit and it would allow your customer to simply drag and drop on a folder.

  You can check on the Adobe site, but I don't think that there is such an option. You can upgrade an earlier version of Acrobat to AA 9, but nothing else. Access the products and select buy Acrobat. Then change to upgrade and you will see that only Acrobat is an option.

  InDesign is mainly used for printing.  DW is used for creation of web.  It might be easier to print from InDesign to PDF.  Then download your PDF on the server and put a hyperlink on your web page to the PDF file.

  If you can auto discontinuous batches in a single file depends on the printer driver. Check the printer manufacturer's documentation, or the forum.

  Not normally. You will need their reembed in Acrobat.

  I have a table with xls, doc files inside the BLOB objects, when I used the wizard to create a form and make report makes the column say DOWNLOAD.
  When you click on the download it asks where to download the file but don't know what type of file it is, xls, doc and the user has to tell him how to open it.

  If you have a column that contains the MIME type of the file, you can refer to it in the column attributes > formatting of the mask of the BLOB.

  There is no standard to do this, in particular no standard method to store in a PDF file, a preview map. Is iBooks entirely to Apple, but as most of the software that he will probably use the first page without condition.

  If iBooks can show something different (and it does its not useful), you will get this information to Apple.

  the button 'Download a .zip file' is disabled on our Phonegap Build account. We do not have any application to our GBP account.

  Today we downloaded an application with a file config.xml bad, we couldn't build it, so we have removed the application via the API generation Phonegap.

  The app has been removed, but we can no longer download a zip file to create a new application (we don't have any more than any application on our GBP account).

  The appid of the deleted app was: 979642

  I guess it's still registered somewhere on our GBP account?

  I see that you have a Pack PDF Adobe membership. You can access it directly from this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com (click the tab ExportPDF if want to convert a PDF to Word file). If you have Acrobat Reader, you can also access the ExportPDF function in the tool pane there.
