copy a title without duplicate in the project bin?

I have 17 illustrations of the same title with a different text in a movie.

How I learned to do it is by duplicating the title in the project bin and drag it into the timeline.

In my old editor (liquid), I could just copy the title in the timeline, and change the text, first the text change in all files copied to the time.

Is anyway to do it more easy way?

What version of Premiere Elements and on what operating system works - it? At the moment a generalization...

You need to create the title in the Titler, close the titration module, open the media project, right click on the thumbnail of the title in the media of the project and select duplicate.

Then drag the duplicate to the timeline. Double-click the duplicate to open the titration module to change the title in doubles.

If please examine, study and provide more information, so that I can refine (Customize) the answer for you.

  • what the project bin?

I just subscribe to the Photoshop CC 2014 this month.    I spent hours watching and reading tutorials and "help" for help in what concerns the location of project, so-called in the window drop down, or on the bottom bar of the screen, but it is in no place in my application.    I tried to open the photos, but they're going in another PS file. I tried pulling bridge to overlay the bottom bar (to fit in the bin) but nothing happens.   Y at - he of the tutorials that do not assume you have any experience with the PS?

There not the project bin in the PS 'big', only in elements products. You look at the tutorials of evil.

  • The project bin disappeared

Please can someone... I have maximized somehow the Editor pane and have 'lost' therefore the location of project I urgent need for moving between projects and layering.

When you say maximized the Editor pane did turn you on the Application Framework?

    Window > Application frame.

I guess you restarted elements and it's always the same?

You can also go to the window > the project Bin and see if that brings back the location of the project.

  • PSE8 Mac - how to get iPhoto directly in the project Bin files.

I put iPhoto in place so that when I double click on an item, it opens in PSE8.  The problem is that he appears not only in the sandbox of project it is also on the workspace.  I can't understand how to remove the workspace and simply to the location of the project.  I want to use it for scrapbooking, so it would be unusual for me to have six different images, most other elements of scrapbooking, between what I would need to use and back.

Earlier today, I asked how do to close an open file (W command) but when I tried the command + W he closed it on my work area AND in the location of the project.

Several months ago, I took a class, but the teacher was using the PSE for the PC.  She was able to send images directly to the location of the project and raise them (and create layer) as she needed.  There must be a way to do this under Mac.

Thanks in advance if you can get through this one, I tried to figure this out for hours and hours.

Click the arrow to the right of the label "project Bin Actions." I have highlighted below with a red arrow.  Select the option 'create '.  You then will be that a single image in the work area - which is exactly what you want.

Additional pictures will be hidden, but will remain in the project bin.  You can see in the second picture below.

To move a picture to the image, just click on the image you want in the location of the project.  Elements will switch to the new image and relegate the old photo on the site of the project.

Note none of the photo changes will be recorded on your hard drive until you say things to do.  Know so that you can spend 20 minutes a picture setting, it rebasculer swinging back to the location of the project, begins to work on another image - and have things crash.  All of your edits on images then will be lost, because no photos updated have been recorded to your hard drive.

I'm paranoid, so I save each picture before I started working on a second photo.

  • Can I get a FF window title, without going through the menu bar?

Two problems with this split in fact:

    (1) when the FF is in non-optimized mode, you have a piece of * white * chrome between the new menu of firefox and the usual minimize/maximize/close buttons.

    (2) when the FF is maximized, which disappears from chrome and is taken over by tabs.

In both cases, there is no way of knowing the title of the page without doing a mouseover on the tab OR the definition of the menu bar to display (which seems a bit of a strange and unrelated to option to choose).

Happy to head out buzilla and set based queries/bugreports if it is a better avenue btw.

Help if you do not show the tab bar in the title bar?

Try to set the browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar pref to false on the topic: config page.

  • How to get all the names of files and extensions to the project Bin

Is that someone familiar with the question below:

How do I get the display of file name and file extension in the field of "Media Browser.

I was working on a plugin, which should detect the files imported into the active project of first.

I know that first store imported files, while only save a link to the actual path of the clip.

If I'm not planning to export xml, how can I get these as info?

HTML5-based panels can get this information, but it is not available via a C++ API (or Objective-C). Write directly to me, and I can give you more information; b b b at adobe dot com.

    Hello

Last night, I loaded 34 video clips in a bin of labeled project VIDEO DAY ONE.

Today, by the screenshot below, I see that I still 34 articles in the sandbox (as seen in the upper right of the screenshot), but even if the file is open, I don't see the clips.

    Any thoughts?

  • PE8 crashes, blue screened and trashed the project!

Sigh... someone create DVDs using recent PE8 and HD video in a DSLR?  I tried this weekend, and it's really ugly.

    1. whenever I try to open the grave PE8 Panel transitions down.  End of session without any resumption of work being edited.  And it gets worse.

    2. I did my video without transitions, then went apart to create a DVD.  Blue screen of death.  IPF in nonpaged area or such nonsense.  I repeated 3 times this, thinking that it must be timing something.  And it's even worse.

    3. I decided not to do a DVD, just a video online. PE8 now reports my project cannot be opened.  It is damaged.  All those hours of wasted editing.

It's bad enough.  Is anyone using the elements of Prime Minister to edit video from a HD camera? If someone is doinf this, I would like to know how to work around what appears to be the killer of bugs in PE8.

I use a Nikon D7000.  I did a lot of video using PE4, 6, & 8, using still images and video standard digital and especially it work OK.  This experience is so bad that I wonder if I need to switch to products from Apple to HD video.

This is Ole Pa new reporting PROMBLEM RESOLVED.  How?  I just bought the upgrade to Premiere Elements version 10. and the same project without modification to the project or my computer now makes the DVD instead of taking down my PC with the Blue Screen of Death.  Adobe never helped me with this problem or suggested that this might be a bug in their program.

It is difficult for me to undersatnd why Adobe don't let not their paying customers help them find bugs in their products.  This seems to be an example where "crowdsourcing" could help them get the best products without a large part of the costs for them.  Adobe users, help other users of Adobe is a wonderful thing (and thanks to Adobe for providing a service that allows us to do), but as this folder, users of Adobe cannot fix bugs in the Adobe code.  Only Adobe can do and if listen to use we could help them to do so.

I am very happy that version 10 has fixed the bug that interrupted my months project; and I hope that someone in Adobe will look at these forums of supervisory and allowing users to help Adobe to find and solve problems.

    -Thank you, Ole Pa

  • Hide the Bin of the project in 10 items?

Item 10 use on a computer 15 "laptop.

Is there a way I can hide completely the 'project Bin' and side panel with 'share to create change?

I can increase the height of the "tray" but not completely hide it.

Both of these signs are too much screen space.

    Thank you

In the main menu bar click on window, uncheck the Bin and Bin in the project Panel.

When my Captivate project is published on my LMS, course opens a new window.  You are able to copy the URL of this window and access the course without logging into the LMS.  How can I avoid this?

Return to your LMS administrator and ask them why they have not put in place more firmly. The scenario you mention should not occur if the LMS is well attached.

Some LMS have the contents of the course are in a folder outside the web space so that users can access the course URL directly.  For example, Moodle t - it this way and then shot the course content in a temporary folder when the learner clicks on the link ask a module.  No matter how your LMS is supposed to do, it is currently not configured correctly.

  • How can I copy and paste titles without any change?

I use a standard text title which by default appears in the center of the screen. I want to move it to another location and then have subsequent identical securities throughout the video appear in the same place without starting from scratch each time. I thought that I would just paste copies of the title moved throughout the video, but when I change the text in one, all copies are changing to this text. Is there an easy way to change rather than a title and to reuse this place many times with different words in each?

    Assuming that the first items 11 to 14 on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 64-bit...

Do not copy and paste, unless you want to use the same titles in all the different places in the project.

In the Expert workspace, create your title in the Titler, open and close the module titration when finished. In the process of creating a copy of the title will be placed on the timeline to the position of the marker on the timeline. Also a copy of the file will be placed in the active project.

With the module of closed captioning, open the active project, right-click in the thumbnail of the copy, select duplicate. Drag the double on the timeline and double click it to open the module of titration to change it. Repeat the process for additional titles, as indicated by your workflow system.

Please read the above and let us know if it addresses your issue. If this isn't the case, please detail what additional information you need.

    Thank you.

  • In Windows 7 when you try to copy files to an external hard drive, getting the error "are you sure you want to copy this file without its properties?

I know there have been a few posts on this in the past, but I have a slightly different query.

To copy files from my drive NTFS of Windows 7 64 bit for my Western Digital My Book World Edition II 2 GB player manually, not with the WD software provided), for some files, the following message appears.
"Are you sure you want to copy this file without its properties?  The X file has properties that cannot be copied to the new location. »
After investigation, it appears that Western Digital My Book World Edition II is not NTFS format and is, in fact, driven Linux.
Their technical support has confirmed that, despite the message, it is safe to copy files and rely on this backup (I want to backup my drive HARD whole so I can do a clean install - so it's really important!).
Is anyone able to advise exactly what means the message in terms of properties lost?

If you right-click on one of the files in Windows Explorer, then select Properties, you will see the Details tab of the properties he wouldn't if the files have been copied to a drive not NTFS. They are written in an Alternate Data Stream (ADS), and the FAT format readers include ADS.

It depends on the file type of the importance of these properties. If you have spent a lot of time, adding titles and comments and authors and authors e-mail addresses to docprops your Word documents, for example, that the work would be lost.

If you can live with the loss of these properties, go ahead - standard properties will be re-writings in the file when you restore from backup. It's of course time and resources.

To avoid this problem, format your external drive to use the NTFS system.

  • can I delete the temporary chm without messing up my project?

I have a huge project with 33 folders, and about 20 000 htm files. Build a chm file, and there is a copy of each file in temp of chm files. If I try to do a search on the entire project, it also search these records. I wonder if I can delete these temporary files without screwing up my project. Thank you.

    Hello

No matter what with the Temp it is subject to demolition. You should be fine.

I believe that RoboHelp creates before compilation of CHM. It * SHOULD * be clean once finished, so it may be necessary to some research that occurs as to why they are being left behind. Unless, at some point the process fails.

    See you soon... Rick
