  Unfortunately... when a file is overwritten (replaced) with another
  file of the same name... the original is unrecoverable.

  There is a slight possibility... If the photos had been altered in
  Windows Live Photo Gallery... the unreleased original versions which
  could be cancelled in may still be in the following folder:

  C:\Users\\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Windows Gallery\Original photos.

  1. connect to the discoverer desktop computer and open the workbook you want to copy from.
  2. open the workbook you want to copy.
  3. While both are open, press the "Restore down" button in the upper right area of the worksheet. (the Center button of the 3 to minimize, restore down, and close).
  4. now change the size of windows so that you will be able to see two worksheets side by side 1.
  5. place the mouse on the name of the new worksheet, press left click and drag the worksheet in the second workbook.

  You move the worksheet from one to the other, if you copy the worksheet to another workbook, and then before you start duplicate the worksheet and accomplish the foregoing on the duplicated worksheet.

  Yes, it is possible, but perhaps not obvious:

  1. go into shared components > models.
  2. click on create >.
  3. Select the required model type.
  4. Select a copy of a model existing.

  5. follow the rest of the wizard to identify the required application, theme and style.

• Scheduled tasks are stored in a file that can be copied easily from one server to another?

  We have a multitude of scheduled tasks.  When moving from one server to another, we currently re-enter manually the tasks.  There are problems which the least is my strike capability.  The tasks are saved in a XML or any other file type that I could just copy from one server to the other instead of re-entering?

  3. Click on move down on the right side of the: Document

  I use windows media play to organize my music with various information.  I recently bought another computer to contain music.  Copied music from the folder on a windows xp on a windows system system 7.  All data for all columns except columns Custom1 and Custom2 was preservered.  Is this a known issue?  If so, is there a solution?  If there is not a fix is there a workaround.  Which is a file that is associated with the music files that can be retrieved and updated with the correct information.

  Note the same issue occurs on the same system for the music that resides on an external hard disk if the hard drive is cut then re add the files to the library and once they are added all the previous metadatsa entered for all the columns are again the same as previously entered excpet for the the cutom1 and the custom2 colums

  Has anyone seen this problem and if yes anyone knows how to avoid losing information that is added to the custom1 and custom2 colums

  You should not select Trial1 - you already have data. Simply insert this value.

• Is there a way to copy the capture from one photo to another time?

  I recently re-scanning of pictures that were original scanned a few years ago. Giving them the same name as the previous scanned (only with a _1 at the end), I import the newly scanned photo in the same folder (which is how to organize my photos), to be able to compare and then copy the metadata from the initial analysis to the latter. As I did not yet all signs or notation, most metadata will contain only keywords. But stored under "Metadata" in the view library, 'Capture time' is also stored, but I can't in any case among the options "copy of the metadata. Is there something that I missed, or is there a work-around somewhere?

  Hi Ole,

  You cannot copy, but edit:

  In the menu goto of the metadata module library - change the Capture time.

  If you have multiple images selected when you choose this command, you set the active image to what you enter as 'date and time specified' and others will be adjusted by the same increment. Decrement in your case, as I suppose.

  So if you want it to be exactly identical to that of the old scan, you must do it one by one for each new analysis.
