  Lightroom 5.0 fails to detect the memory card and import dialog box open. It has always worked well in Lightroom 2, 3 and 4.  Same cards, same camera, same iMac using OSX 10.8.4. Manual import works OK, the card is detected fine.

  Thank you very much, this TOTALLY WORKED for me.  Win 10, LR 5.7.1.  An inserted SD card of Nikon D7000 in the SD card reader built-in to laptop and Windows automatically started both Lightroom AND automatically went straight into LR import feature.  Perfect.

  (However, if LR is already running, insert the card SD initiates not import feature, despite having turned on the required checkbox in the preferences.)  Nevertheless, it is progress!   :-)

• new tab (+) does not work after the upgrade to v 23.0.1 forefox

  I had firfox version 22 I guess... Now, today morning I upgraded to v 23. It displays a message from one of the plug-in is not compatible with wud and therefore be disabled. now later I still once downloaded the plug in to check if its works or not but TI worked (as I had already guessed), or its display in modules or plug-ins.

  Now I don't get why the new tab does not work. Not at all. Its so very annoying. I googled the question and tried to reset firefox and the new tab in subject parameter: config. But nothing helped.

  I think that its because of this plug-in I've read somewhere that the parameters can be getting replaced by one of the defective Add-ons.

  Help, please.

  Photos has never worked on Apple TV 4 until today with the 032116 update, but my pictures does not work with the screen saver.

• Photos does not work in the new Apple TV 4

  I got a new Apple TV (A1625 - 32 GB) and it's a great device, apart from a problem. The 'Photos' doesn't work at all. When I go in the Photos, it is showing empty white vignettes with the cloud icon. When you open an image, is to show the rotation icon, but the picture will not be displayed even if I wait for a long time.

  Until I take the Apple TV home I tested it at a different location, and it did not work properly, so it seems that the problem is related to my local network.

  The Apple TV has the last tvOS (9.1) and I am connected to the network with a LAN cable. My router is a Linksys EA3500 where I configured the DMZ for the Apple TV, but the problem persists.

  Have you tried disconnecting offshore and on you iCloud account, have you tried rebooting your network router.

• New WUSB600N does not work after the end of the trial

  Everything worked fine initially.  After the trial period Basic is supposed to work.  Now, says Win 7 64 bit it not only does not recognize the device, but it is bad and must be replaced.  I went with Network Magic and it is said that he can not continue because this computer is not connected to the internet.   Looks like you don't have the right data into the correct fields when you import the address book.

  When you open the address book and look at one of the contacts info is the e-mail address in the e-mail address field? If this isn't the case, you must obtain the right to import or cross and change them all manually.

  A friend has an Iqon machine, bought in Tesco, I think. On the side, he has what looks like a genuine product key for MS, and since it came with XP pre-installed, I assumed that the product key is valid. He recently got a virus and so he asked me to wipe and re-install. I used an XP image from MSDN Subscriber downloads, and his key doesn't :-(

  Can anyone suggest how to get XP on his machine, please?

• sw_lic_full_installer/s does not work for the latest version 11.5

  The old version acknowledged the /s command, but this new version does not work.  The msi file does not have the complete installation. (it does not install the firefox plugin and some other stuff.)

  Download the MSI file is a different version (sw_lic_full_installer.msi) the version 11 and 11.5.  So I wouldn't rather install msiexec /i sw_lic_full_installer.msi /qn because it is not the same (she also do not install firefox plugins).
