  Usually, a bad end cable will not cause you have. It could be one of the items you listed, but could also be the encoder being dirty in this place.   Is - this good new or bad news?  Technical support connected to my system and checked the crash, first roll back the driver to the base VGA, creating a new test project, and then activation made without GPU acceleration.   So, there you have it.  Simply pre-made component sequences.  This tip could have saved me a lot of time.  It is less flexible that the way in which the Prime Minister is supposed to work, but at least it doesn't crash. I applaud the Adobe Support for their efforts, but he was totally lost.  They have identified the software bug or gave me a workaround solution.

  Try to use the laptop under a fan and make sure that the laptop is more air into the fan then check you get the blue screen.
