Hope you can help. I bought 1 x Adobe Design Standard CS5.5 Mac download 24/07/2013. I recently bought a new computer and wanted to put a new CS download on this machine. Unfortunately it seems that the company that bought the software is now non-existent and the original download key is not valid. Can you tell me what I should do now?
Did you register your serial number with Adobe?

If you have a serial number, download links using kglad in answer 1 # here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2017859
DO BE AWARE that CS6 and previous programs have not been tested and will not be updated to run on Mac El Capitan
-which means you are trying to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems

I bought a new computer and want to put lightroom on it, do I have to cancel my old membership and create a new?
You should be able to use your existing subscription. It allows you to have two facilities enabled, so you should be able to keep the two work where you can use as needed. Just install Lightroom on it the same way as you did initially

If you have any records, you can use them to reinstall. Otherwise, you can download the demo version of the software by means of the linked page below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Don't forget to follow the steps described in the Note: very important Instructions in the section on the pages of this site download and have cookies turned on in your browser, otherwise the download will not work correctly.

Do not like and want to go back, or use other products
Do not like the new Firefox and wants to go back, or use other products such as the chrome
None of these methods works to open the Options page:
- button '3-bar' menu > Options
- Or if you have moved the Toolbar Options, this is the gear icon
- Tools menu > Options
- If you do not normally display the menu bar, press the Alt key to temporarily show
If you get the same error in both directions, your installation of Firefox could be damaged. To do this, I suggest:
Clean reinstall it
We use this name, but it isn't about deleting your settings, this is to ensure that the program, files are clean (not incompatible, corrupt or exotic code files). As described below, this process does not disrupt your existing settings. Don't uninstall NOT Firefox, that does not need.
(A) download a fresh Installer for Firefox 40.0.3 of https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ in an ideal location. (Scroll down your preferred language).
(B) the release of Firefox (if any).
(C) to rename the program folder, either:
(Windows 64-bit folder names)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
TO
C:\Program Files (x86)\OldFirefox
(Windows 32-bit folder names)
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
TO
C:\Program Files\OldFirefox
(D) run the installer downloaded to (A). It should automatically connect to your existing settings.
No improvement with the toolbars?

I have a legitimate copy of windows in my hand with 2 CD case then why must I activate the same windows product, I had on my computer for 2 years. First of all I did not change any material in my computer so you can't use that excuse. I bought so many windows products since windows 3.1 to windows 98 for the Millennium of the window, xp home and professional and vista ultimate and now you say I have to buy a new copy. I can't believe this. I'm so angry. Go ahead and treat me like that. Just because you have the money and have the market you don't think I'm capable of anything, it's fraud and ripping off a consumer and you know. You have no reason for me to activate my windows again. It's like the 3 times on the same computer ruined. I does not change a single piece of hardware, and you want to deny my activation. all I know is that better, solve you the problem. It's so bad. If I lose my personal accounts and subscriptions I pay online because my windows is not working properly you're going to pay for them.
original title: what's your problem guys.According to the statement of 'Authentic' is concerned, be aware that any system that has not been activated (i.e. within the "grace period" will show as authentic except another problem.
You should also check that the word "Authorized" appears in the 'License' tab, under the license status.

Bought a new beam of barebones as my old series was tired. I have transferred my hard disk but had to format it as a new motherboard. After you have reinstalled my OEM copy of Vista on my new rig, it won't activate as it says this copy is already in use. I vaugely remember using a phone number to address this before, but it can not find on the net.
Wooly
Hello
Are you sure it's an OEM copy?.
If it is then you will not be able to transfer it to another computer, because it is tried to the other computer.
If not try this, you use the telephone option to activate Vista.
Click the Start button.
1. in the search box, type slui.exe 4 and press enter.
3. Select your country in the menu dropdown.
4. click on continue in the UAC prompt.
5. an toll-free telephone number will appear with a set of numbers generated by Windows and displayed on your screen.
6. dial the number and follow the automated instructions.
If the activation service informs you that she has failed and cannot help with activation, thenSTAY ON THE LINE and your call will be transferred to a representative of Activation.
Simply explain to the representative the situation and that they will help in the activation of Vista.

After last version 10 of Windows set to update my HP Officejet 4500, which was working fine, now it is "not connected", says or wants to "fax"everything." Can not even uninstall printer to reinstall the drivers. Where should I start to fix this mess?
I managed to successfully uninstall printer with control panel and Device Manager. I then downloaded latest drivers from HP specifically say it's for Windows 10. support.hp.com/gb-en/product/HP-Officejet-4500-All-in-One-Printer-Series---G5/3919445/model/3919446/drivers I installed and wonderful - printer working properly again. He does not think it is only a fax and print again normally computer. I think the drivers HP takes over again and did not allow 10 Windows run the show and confuse the printer and the computer more!

Windows XP says I'm not authentic and must validate online.
Not usre why. I replaced a CD/DVD drive dead and upgraded RAM, but that was a week ago. I had problems with my home wireless router. When I got worth of work began (non-genuine message). MS for some reason any will not accept my product key when I try to register online.
Help, please.
To analyze and solve problems for Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag (download and save to the desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 ) tool
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the button continue, which will produce the report.
To copy the report in your response, click the button copy in the tool (ignore the error at this stage), and then paste (using r-click and paste or Ctrl + V) in your response. -
One of my friends asked me to help because she has a serious eye problem requiring a transplant, and his other eye is not so good either. To see the screen, it uses the function of magnification of the screen on a 24 "monitor and sits with his eyes of 10-15 cm off the screen (4 to 6 inches)
She had this machine for about 4 years and in recent weeks, she had this recurring demand for re turn on his machine.
Unfortunately, when she bought this machine, it did not have the OEM disc and I find no hint of the usual OEM stickers that should have been on the machine. Apparently she bought from a vendor just a couple of the townships far away and is no longer there.
I made the diagnosis of MGA and here are the results:

I regret to say that it seems that installation is a counterfeit.
The motherboard seems to be an a detail - the key used OEM_SLP is one for the Asus computer.
There is no SLIC table in BIOS (as it should be in any computer with Windows OEM pre-installed)
The machine was sent for repair to anyone? -replacement motherboard could cause these problems.
In view of the fact that you do not find a COA sticker, I guess the original installation was a fake, but it was only discovered by a need to validate the system.
The only real options are either to buy a complete package of legal retail for Vista Ultimate and use the key for this to make the authentic system. or to buy a pack of Win7 full detail to any edition of Windows is going to suit your friend and then clean install that (after you back up all data from external storage).
Note that in most circumstances, it would be useless for your friend to have a full edition of Vista or Win7 - at most, professional would be the natural choice, but it is likely that home Premim would do perfectly well, unless your friend has specific programs that require a higher edition.

MCFG DELL GX620You buy a genuine Windows 7 license. The copy of Windows 7 Professional, you have installed is an OEM SLP license that should only be preloaded with a new PC. You seem to have installed a copy of Windows 7 Professional that uses an activation exploit that bypasses the product activation.
We know that it is because the BIOS date:
20060331000000.000000 + 000
Windows 7 was released in 2009, the date of your BIOS says 2006, which probably means that your system is provided with Windows Vista or Windows XP.
In addition, it is a Windows 7 well known professional license which has been used all over the web:
Windows product key: *-* - M3DJT - 4J3WC-733WD
Do a search on the web.
Thus, you must either charge your version of Windows that came on your computer (Vista or XP) or consider purchasing a license of Windows 7 genuine.

I have a little asus Eee pc seashell series running windows 7 edition starter and when I start now it tells me that my copy of windows may be illegal
To analyze and solve problems for Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the diagnostic report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to the desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once downloaded, run the tool.
Click on the button continue, after a short time, continue button will change to a copy button.
Click the copy button in the tool (ignore the error at this stage) and then paste (with r-click and paste or Ctrl + V) in your message. (please do not change the report.)
Please indicate the version and edition of windows from your COA. do not specify the product key from the COA.
